Abstract

This study aims to determine the causality between regional revenue and regional expenditure in Jambi Province, to determine the causality between regional revenue and GRDP in Jambi Province, and to determine the causality between regional spending and GRDP in Jambi Province. The result of the research that has been done is that there is a causality (two ways) between regional revenue and expenditure. This means that the higher regional expenditure, it can trigger an increase in regional revenue in Jambi Province, on the other hand, the higher the regional revenue, the higher regional spending in Jambi Province. Meanwhile, regional revenues and PDRB do not have a two-way causality relationship. This means that regional revenues have a relationship with GRDP, but on the other hand, PDRB has no relationship with regional revenues. Regional spending and GRDP do not have a two-way causal relationship. Regional spending has a relationship with GRDP, but on the other hand, GRDP has no relationship with regional spending.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Anggota Polisi Di Satuan Sabhara Polres Solok Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian korelasional atau korelasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Anggota Polsek Satuan Sabhara Polres Solokas Selatan sebanyak 22 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja anggota Polsek Satuan Sabhara Polsek Solok Selatan. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan t hitung> t tabel (5,743> 2,09302) dengan nilai signifikansi = 0,000 <0,050. Ada pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja anggota Polri di Satuan Sabhara Polsek Solok Selatan. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan t hitung> t tabel (4,750> 2,09302) dengan nilai signifikansi = 0,000 <0,050. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja anggota Polri di Satuan Sabhara Polres Solok Selatan. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan F hitung> F tabel (38,230> 3,52) dengan nilai signifikansi = 0,000 <0,050.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Apakah terdapat pengaruh kompensasi dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Kantor Pusat Siulak baik secara parsial maupun simultan? 2) Seberapa besar pengaruh kompensasi dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Kantor Pusat Siulak, baik secara parsial maupun simultan?. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel kemampuan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel kompensasi dan kemampuan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

The background of this research is that Muaro Jambi Regency is a Regency that has a potential sector, namely the plantation sector, especially palm oil and rubber commodities. This can be seen from the data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Jambi Province. The analysis method used is Location Quotient (LQ) Analysis. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, all data used in this study includes the area of ​​oil palm and rubber, production and productivity of oil palm and rubber plantations, production of oil palm and rubber plantations and production data for the last six years, namely 2018 to 2023. The results of the Location Quotient (LQ) analysis show that in Muaro Jambi Regency as a base area for oil palm, namely (i) 2018 with an LQ value of 1.13 (ii) 2020 with an LQ value of 1.19 (iii) 2021 with an LQ value of 1.16 (iv) 2022 with an LQ value of 1.06 (v) 2029 with an LQ value of 1.08. The results of the analysis show that oil palm is a base sector while rubber is a non-base sector.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of knowledge sharing and organizational culture on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable.the object of this research is the senior high school 2 sungai penuh.the respondents in this study are teacher at the seniot high school 2 sungai penuh city with a total of 30 people. based on the results of the previous analysis and discussion,the following can be concluded as follows:knowledge sharing,organizational culture has an influence on the large hall of the senior high school 2 Sungai penuh city, because T count>T table (4,16>0,05).job satisfaction influences the performance of teacher at the senior high school 2,Sungai penuh city because T count>T table (0,40>0,05).knowledge sharing influences job satisfaction.this is proven by T count >T table (0,44>0,05).organizational culture has an effect on job satisfaction.this is proven by T count>T table (0.26>0,05) job satisfaction has an effect as an intervening variable between knowledge sharing on the performance of teachers at the senior high school 2,Sungai penuh city.this is proven by T count<T table (0.83>0,05)
