Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis sektor ekonomi di mana sektor strategis akan dikembangkan, mntuk menganalisis kabupaten secara rinci hubungan dengan daerah sekitarnya sehingga satu sama lain untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonominya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Kerinci, sedangkan Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Kabupaten Kerinci dan Provinsi Jambi berdasarkan harga konstan (ADHK) pada tahun 2008- 2017 Teknik pemrosesan data digunakan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel dan teknik manual. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa: Sektor Potensial dan Unggul dalam detail kabupaten 2008-2017. berdasarkan perhitungan Location Quotient Analysis (LQ) yang besar dan sektor Perdagangan Ritel dengan nilai LQ yang lebih besar, dan dari Shift Share Component diperoleh nilai terbesar dari Proportionality Shift (35,67%) yang berarti bahwa Pertumbuhan Kabupaten Ekonomi Kerinci 2008-2017 adalah dipengaruhi dan ditentukan oleh Kondisi Khusus Area Kompetitif

Abstract

The background of this research is that Muaro Jambi Regency is a Regency that has a potential sector, namely the plantation sector, especially palm oil and rubber commodities. This can be seen from the data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Jambi Province. The analysis method used is Location Quotient (LQ) Analysis. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, all data used in this study includes the area of ​​oil palm and rubber, production and productivity of oil palm and rubber plantations, production of oil palm and rubber plantations and production data for the last six years, namely 2018 to 2023. The results of the Location Quotient (LQ) analysis show that in Muaro Jambi Regency as a base area for oil palm, namely (i) 2018 with an LQ value of 1.13 (ii) 2020 with an LQ value of 1.19 (iii) 2021 with an LQ value of 1.16 (iv) 2022 with an LQ value of 1.06 (v) 2029 with an LQ value of 1.08. The results of the analysis show that oil palm is a base sector while rubber is a non-base sector.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of knowledge sharing and organizational culture on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable.the object of this research is the senior high school 2 sungai penuh.the respondents in this study are teacher at the seniot high school 2 sungai penuh city with a total of 30 people. based on the results of the previous analysis and discussion,the following can be concluded as follows:knowledge sharing,organizational culture has an influence on the large hall of the senior high school 2 Sungai penuh city, because T count>T table (4,16>0,05).job satisfaction influences the performance of teacher at the senior high school 2,Sungai penuh city because T count>T table (0,40>0,05).knowledge sharing influences job satisfaction.this is proven by T count >T table (0,44>0,05).organizational culture has an effect on job satisfaction.this is proven by T count>T table (0.26>0,05) job satisfaction has an effect as an intervening variable between knowledge sharing on the performance of teachers at the senior high school 2,Sungai penuh city.this is proven by T count<T table (0.83>0,05)
