Abstract

This research aims to identify and to ensure the advisability of Arabic book module “Qary el-A’raby 3rd” published by Indonesia Lafazh Book. The book is a teaching materials for the sixth grade of Elementaryy school of Bani Saleh Labschool. The Researcher uses the descriptive kualitative method to analyze the contents of the book module as a total population according to some certain criteria and indicators. The research shows that the book module is proper to be taught in the sixth grade of Bani Shaleh elemantary school indicated by 95% of indicator values.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the Implementation of Fatwa DSN-MUI NO. 96/DSN-MUI/IV/2015 Concerning Hedging Transactions on Forward Exchange Contract.The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data is the source of research data obtained directly from original sources in the form of interviews, opinions of individuals or groups and the results of observation. Secondary data is the source of research data obtained through intermediate media, books, records, and archives published or not published in general. According to the fatwa No. 96/DSN-MUI/IV/2015 about sharia hedging the conclusion of this study is forward exchange contract transactions not in a accordance with Islamic shari’a. DSN-MUI asserted that the concept of wa’ad must occur between the two parties who are bound by the transaction agreement, it is different from the Forward Exchange Contract that only uses the concept of single wa’ad (one party is bound) only.Islamic banks also have difficulty in determining the status or hedging transactions in Forward Exchange Contract. In addition, the implementation of the fatwa DSN-MUI on sharia hedge is still limited in certain areas only.

Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar curriculum is a curriculum that is tasked with complementing and simplifying the 2013 curriculum. However, in practice, various problems arise that are very theoretical to applicative. This can be seen from how the philosophical basis that develops in this curriculum is very thick with an understanding of western epistemology which in practice emphasizes the essence of forward-looking education without looking at the roots of existing educational traditions. From the above, this research will examine how the need for an effort to deconstruct the current Merdeka Belajar policy. Then, this research also examines how the results of the deconstruction are used as a basis for carrying out a reconstruction of the philosophy of the principles of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum policy through a review based on the prophetic social science epistemology built by Kuntowijoyo. The research methodology will be through a qualitative research approach and literature study, as well as the use of Derrida's deconstruction theory. The results of this study show that in building a national education policy that is humanist, liberative, transcendent in its application, an education policy principle is needed that also looks at the world in a theoantrposcentric perspective between divinity and humanity in all aspects of life. The contribution of this research is the researcher's effort to try to propose a hypothesis in the formation of the prophetic philosophical principles of the new Merdeka Belajar policy based on prophetic social science thought.
