Abstract

Control Self Assessment (CSA) has various benefits for a company or organization that implements it because it provides great added value in improving the operational performance of the company or organization. The process of implementing the Control Self Assessment (CSA) continues to be developed and implemented so that the benefits can be felt because it reveals the broad problems involved in the risk control concept. Control Self Assessment (CSA) is a process where management from all levels continuously builds awareness on all important factors that can affect the achievement of goals so as to enable them to make the necessary adjustments (create control). The company in this case the management cooperates with the Internal Audit and Risk Management Unit in an effort to develop the Risk Management. The Internal Auditor is required to carry out his role as a consultant to facilitate the development of Risk Management in the company. The structure of the ALKHA automotive company has several fields, each of which has a specific work process. With the Control Self Assessment method, all fields identify the inherent risks inherent in the work process as well as the mitigation activities that must be carried out. This paper will present in detail the technical implementation and results of the Control Self Assessment in the ALKHA work area, namely the Material Planning field. Errors that arise due to the application of CSA can be negligence of the PIC concerned but also due to weak dual control (dual control) from related parties. Analysis of the data in this paper, several conclusions can be drawn that internal auditors have an important role in facilitating Control Self Assessment of business processes in the Materials Planning sector.

Abstract

Kewajiban kepada setiap Perguruan Tinggi sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi adalah Pendidikan, Penelitian, dan Pengabdian Masyarakat. Oleh karena itu Universitas BSI melaksanakan Pengabdian Masyarakat. empat keterampilan berbahasa yang harus dikuasi oleh seorang pembelajar bahasa, yaitu keterampilan berbicara, keterampilan mendengarkan, keterampilan membaca, dan keterampilan menulis. Keempat keterampilan berbahasa ini bisa dikuasai seorang pembelajar bahasa dengan ditunjangoleh kemampuan menguasai komponen bahasa, yaitu penguasaan tata bahasa dan kosakata. pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pemahaman bagaimana proses pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di kelas unggulan yang dilaksanakan di Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak Al Amanah. hasil pengabdian terhadap Yayasan Al Almanah dapat disimpulkan bahwa program membangun dan mengelola lembaga (Panti Asuhan) dengan segala sumber daya yang ada untuk bagaimana memberdayakan para fakir, miskin, yatim, piatu dan para janda melalui aktivitas pemberdayaan ekonomi, pemeliharaan kesehatan, penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan apresiasi kebudayaan, telah mampu memberikan manfaat bagi anak-anak dan remaja di Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak Al Amanah Depok Jawa Barat yang menjadi sasaran penelitian ini. Dampak penelitian ini memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan baru dalam komunikasi menggunakan Bahasa Inggris pada anak-anak dan remaja di LKSA tersebut agar lebih memahami tentang pentingnya ketrampilan menggunakan Bahasa Inggris untuk menunjang keberhasilkan mereka mewujudkan impian.

Abstract

The need for nutrients to support plant growth is very important, coupled with hydroponic technology, the use of nutrients is the main requirement in supporting good plant growth. Therefore, in this study the authors forecast the nutritional needs to support plant growth from time to time. The analysis used by the author is using linear regression analysis. So by using linear regression analysis, it can be known the nutritional needs in hydroponic plant growth. In determining the provision of nutrients, it is influenced by the pH of the nutrients, the height of the nutrient liquid in the reservoir, and the dissolved nutrient particles in the reservoir. Calculations are made every 4 days, within 56 days, with the type of hydroponic plant is paprika. Forecasting of nutrition is used in an Internet of Things ecosystem, so that nutrition can run automatically based on Linear Regression calculations. Forecasting in this study uses linear regression with the RMSE (Root mean square error) result of 51.47887, from these results it can be categorized as forecasting that is close to the real value

Abstract

With the rapid development of computer technology today, it encourages authors to conduct research in the field of information systems. Where in the information system that the author does is with a problem that occurs in the writer monitoring all server room activities. In this case the author has had difficulty recording all activities carried out in the server room. Because if it does not record all activities carried out in the server room, it will result in server work that cannot be controlled and non-standard configurations carried out by the administrator. With this information system, it can monitor what has been done, and which servers need more attention by the administrator. In making this information system the author uses a web-based open source application, where the programming language used is Php, the web server used is Apache and utilizes the Mysql database. By utilizing a web-based open source application, this application can be installed on any server, and can be accessed using various operating systems includingusing a smartphone.

Abstract

Tanaman membutuhkan air didalam menunjang pertumbuhannya. Air dan nutrisi yang terkandung didalam nya berperan vital dalam bidang pertanian yang menggunakan teknologi hidroponik. Kendali perkiraan nutrisi yang harus diberikan ke sistem hidroponik memerlukan ketepatan. Oleh sebab itu, penulis melakukan penelitian untuk melakukan kontrol pemberian nutrisi ke tanaman hidoponik menggunakan Internet of Things, dengan sistem peramalan regresi linier, di pengukuran peramalan menggunakan regresi linier penulis mendapatkan data Ph cairan nutrisi, Ketinggian cairan nutrisi, Ppm nutrisi terlarut dalam nutrisi dari sensor yang diletakan dalam sistem tanaman hidroponik. Penulis melakukan penelitian menggunakan tanaman paprika, sebanyak 5 unit dan dilakukan pengamatan selama 24 hari. Sensor akan mealakukan penarikan data setiap 4 hari dan dikirimkan ke server Intgernet of Things. Berdasarkan formula peramalan yang di diapatkan dari regresi linier, sistem pemberian nutrisi dapat diberikan secara otomatis oleh Internet Of Things.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of situational leadership, individual characteristics, motivation, and discipline on the performance of business organizations in Astrido Group. This research was conducted in the office Astrido Group Jakarta.The method used in this research is to conduct a survey, with a sample of 264 people. Data analysis was performed by multiple regression analysis between independents variables (situational leadership, individual characteristics, motivation, and discipline) and the dependent variable (performance business organizations). From the analysis and hypothesis testing, is known to have a positive and significant effect simultaneously between variables competency, compensation to employee performance, and a positive and significant effect partially between competence and compensation variables. Based on these results, it was concluded that the performance of employees Astrido Group will be increased by increasing the competency, and compensation. Keywords : situational leadership, individual characteristics, motivation, discipline

Abstract

Abstrak - Intenet of things (Iot) untuk saat ini sudah tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan kehidupan manusia. Salah satu pemanfaatan teknologi tesebut dapat digunakan di bidang pertanian. Iot dapat membantu teknologi pertanian untuk melakukan monitoring terhadap proses pertanian. Penelitian ini melakukan analisa tren penelitian di bidang Iot dan pertanian dari tahun 2020 sampai tahun 2024, menggunakan database artikel Dimension, aplikasi yang digunakan adalah Vosviewer dan Biblioshiny. Analisa ini mengahasilkan gambaran penelitian Iot dan pertanian . Penulis menggunakan data jurnal sebanyak 2436 artikel, dengan H index tertinggi  oleh “Ieee Access” sebesar 28. Dari analisa ini dapat dilihat penelitian yang berkembang dengan baik dan unik, dan masih dapat dilakukan penelitian yang lebih dalam  adalah dibidang aplikasi yang berhubungan dengan Iot dan pertanian, sedangkan penelitian yang menjadi dasar adalah di bidang monitoring Iot. “Smart Agriculture” merupakan bidang yang paling banyak diteliti dari tahun 2020 sampai tahun 2024. Kata kunci: Internet of things, pertanian , bibliometric Abstract - The internet of things (IoT) is now inseparable from human life. One use of this technology can be used in the agricultural sector. IoT can help agricultural technology to monitor agricultural processes. This research analyzes research trends in the IoT and agriculture fields from 2020 to 2024, using the Dimension article database, the applications used are Vosviewer and Biblioshiny. This analysis produces an overview of IoT research and agriculture. The author used journal data of 2436 articles, with the highest H index by "IEEE Access" of 28. From this analysis it can be seen that research is well developed and unique, and deeper research can still be carried out in the field of applications related to IoT and agriculture , while the research that is the basis is in the field of IoT monitoring. “Smart Agriculture” is the most researched field from 2020 to 2024.Keywords : Internet of things, agriculture, bibliometrics

Abstract

The development of the Internet of Things is so rapid that it can be seen by using it to help human life. It can be seen in various health, education, plantations, agriculture, fisheries and other fields. With the Internet of Things in most aspects of human life, reliable data integrity is required, thus encouraging technological verification to ensure data integrity. In this research, the author uses bibliometric analysis using Vosviewer and Biblioshiny to determine the picture of blockchain and Internet of Things research. The author uses 11,302 journal data from 2016 to 2023; it can be seen that the highest H index ranking is given by the IEEE Internet of Things Journal", with a value of 65. This analysis shows that research is developing well but is still quite uniquely carried out in the "Home Environments Fabric" field. In contrast, the basis research is "Blockchain Internet IoT".

Abstract

Pelaksanaan tridarma bagi perguruan tinggi merupakan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan setiap semester, antara lain memberikan pelatihan di bidang teknologi komputer, seperti penggunaan aplikasi virtual speech, dimana kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi kader PKK kelurahan Cibubur sebagai mitra pengabdian kepada masyarakat kali ini. Di era teknologi, pemanfaatan teknologi sangat membantu dalam berbagai kegiatan, salah satunya adalah pembelajaran cara dan teknik berkomunikasi menggunakan aplikasi virtual speech tersebut. Tantangan yang dihadapi mitra abdimas kali ini adalah bagaimana kader PKK dapat meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi yang dibutuhkan untuk menjadi moderator atau Mastef of Ceremony (MC) yang tepercaya dalam berbagai kegiatan. Oleh karena itu, team dosen Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika memberikan solusi dari permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan memberikan pelatihan pemanfaatan aplikasi virtual speech sehingga kualitas kader PKK kelurahan Cibubur untuk menjadi moderator (MC) menjadi lebih baik. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara luring dengan mendatangi secara langsung lokasi berlangsungnya pelatihan. Pelatihan ini dapat tercapai dan memberikan dampak positif bagi kader PKK apabila semua pihak saling bekerjasama dengan baik.

Abstract

Abstrak - Perlindungan terhadap integritas data merupakan suatu keharusan dalam transaksi sistem informasi. Integritas membuat sistem informasi menghasilkan output yang akurat yang nantinya akan digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan oleh para pelaku bisnis. Teknologi yang ada untuk menjaga integritas data adalah dengan menggunakan enkripsi yang dipercayakan kepada lembaga yang secara resmi menerbitkan sertifikat enkripsi tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengusulkan suatu pendekatan untuk melindungi integritas data dengan menggunakan rantai encryption. Pendekatan ini memastikan bahwa data yang tersimpan dalam database memiliki sertifikat pengikatan untuk setiap data yang tersimpan. Dengan adanya ikatan rantai encryption, maka dipastikan bahwa data tersebut tidak dapat dimodifikasi oleh aktor yang tidak berkepentingan terhadap data tersebut, karena apabila terjadi perubahan salah satu data maka akan mempengaruhi ikatan data atau rantai dari satu data ke data berikutnya. Dalam transaksi data pada penelitian ini penulis melibatkan para pelaku bisnis yaitu produsen, distributor dan konsumen, sehingga data yang melibatkan ketiga pihak tersebut dipastikan merupakan data yang terpercaya dan tersertifikasi dengan menggunakan kode rantai encryption.Kata kunci: encryption, integritas data , sistem informasiAbstract - Data integrity protection is a must in information system transactions. Integrity makes the information system produce accurate output that will later be used in decision making by business actors. The existing technology to maintain data integrity is to use encryption that is entrusted to the institution that officially issues the encryption certificate. In this study, the author proposes an approach to protect data integrity by using an encryption chain. This approach ensures that the data stored in the database has a binding certificate for each stored data. With the existence of an encryption chain bond, it is ensured that the data cannot be modified by actors who are not interested in the data, because if there is a change in one of the data, it will affect the data bond or chain from one data to the next. In data transactions in this study, the author involves business actors, namely producers, distributors and consumers, so that data involving the three parties is ensured to be trusted and certified data using an encryption chain code.Keywords: encryption, data integrity, information systems
