Abstract

This article aims to provide another perspective on the concept of community empowerment by utilizing local potential with cultural value combined with a tourism-based empowerment pattern. Herbal medicine as a hereditary heritage in Rejowinangun village is optimized for marketing in the concept of a tourist village, thereby increasing its economic value in a modern society. To achieve this goal, this study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to capture the context of changes experienced by the community to see the significance of the empowerment model. The results of this study indicate that the process of developing the production of herbal medicine as a processed product of herbal plants is produced through the use of land owned by the community. The expertise of the Rejowinangun village community in concocting traditional herbal medicine is produced from hereditary inheritance. As a form of re-actualization in the marketing system, modern methods were introduced, from the concept of a tourist village to marketing herbal medicine in the form of instant packaging. Modernization steps in all aspects as part of empowerment have an impact on increasing the economic value of these products, so that they have an impact on improving the community in the economic, social, cultural, environmental and health fields. The integration between the concept of cultural preservation and modern management in community development that takes place in the village of Rejowinangun has proven to be effective and efficient, so that this method can be a new alternative in group-based community development that still preserves local traditions and keeps up with the times.

Abstract

Program peningkatan kesejahteraan sosial masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah harus direspon positif oleh dunia pendidikan Islam. Pendidikan Islam perlu melakukan pengembangan formula baru sebagai solusi pembangunan ekonomi masyarakat, salah satunya dengan mengintegrasikan konsep pendidikan Islam dengan konsep pendidikan kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian literer yang mengkaji integrasi konsep pendidikan Islam dengan konsep kewirausahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data dari jurnal, buku, buletin, dan artikel online. Penelitian ini berupaya mendeskripsikan konsep integrasi pendidikan Islam dengan kewirausahaan. Kewirausahaan mampu merangsang pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat, sehingga integrasi pendidikan Islam dan kewirausahaan juga mampu menjadi tawaran solusi pendidikan Islam atas problematika ekonomi di masayarakat. Pendidikan kewirausahaan yang digagas oleh pemerintah ternyata dalam praktiknya masih parsial, sehingga diperlukan pengkajian konsep mengenai integrasi pendidikan Islam dan kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada tiga nilai yang menjadi integrasi pendidikan Islam dan kewirausahaan, yaitu nilai kreatif, mandiri, kepemimpinan. Strategi yang dilaksanakan dapat berupa konstruksi nilai kreatif, mandiri, dan kepemimpinan kedalam kurikulum pendidikan Islam

Abstract

Digitalization has had the greatest impact not only on the economic, social, cultural, and technological sectors, but also on the education sector. The higher level of Islamic education can be a part of its generalization. Otherwise, this article aims to explore the challenges of the period in the Revolution 5.0 era and its implications for Islamic higher education, particularly at the UIN Sunan Kalijaga. Is a lecturer still required if students were a part of the industrial revolution while the educational system was rapidly expanding? Furthermore, how is the lecturer going to prepare for the challenge? The phenomenology approach was used in this study. Based on the observation and the interview, data is analyzed to form an interpretation. According to the findings of the research, UIN Sunan Kalijaga has prepared to face the challenges of the Society 5.0 era, but the institution has not. Moreover, the institution hasn’t yet come out of the digital era; there is still much that needs to be done. For example, the systems of e-budgeting, e-public service, and e-governance haven't been formed. The conditions were constrained by a data system that requires substantial funds. The problems' recommendations are to establish an integration system for document capture and information management, to expand the knowledge foundation based on research and development, and to expand adaptive by human resources.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the concept of individual counseling applied in addressing trauma, using the film "Dear Zindagi" as a case study. Trauma is a profound emotional experience that can affect an individual's psychological well-being. Individual counseling plays a crucial role in assisting individuals in overcoming and managing the traumatic impacts. Qualitative analysis methods are employed to investigate the individual counseling techniques described in the film. Additionally, the characterization of the main characters and the counselor's role in guiding the trauma healing process are also analyzed. The research findings indicate that the film "Dear Zindagi" provides a fairly realistic portrayal of how individual counseling can help someone overcome trauma. The conclusion of this research is that the film offers valuable insights into the importance of individual counseling as a method for addressing trauma. These findings can serve as a source of inspiration for counseling and psychotherapy practitioners to develop more holistic and effective approaches in helping individuals cope with traumatic experiences in their lives.

Abstract

Tulisan ini menyajikan tentang bimbingan edukasi yang diberikan oleh konselor sekolah kepada wali kamar di pondok pesantren. dalam memahami santri, diperlukan adanya hubungan yang baik antara sekolah dan pondok dalam suatu Lembaga Pendidikan di pondok pesantren. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pandangan baru tentang layanan bimbingan edukasi yang diberikan oleh konselor sekolah kepada wali kamar dalam mebentuk perubahan baru di dunia pesantren. Diskusi dalam tulisan ini disajikan melalui metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research) yang memanfaatkan buku, jurnal ilmiah dan materi kepustakaan lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah konselor sekolah juga menjadi bagian dari pondok pesantren untuk membantu wali kamar dalam membimbing perkembangan santri. Adapun pembinaan tersebut merupakan Upaya Kerjasama yang baik konselor sekolah dengan wali kamar untuk membantu jalannya Pendidikan di pondok pesanten.
