Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemudahan persepsi dan persepsi kegunaan pada penerapan e-filing baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap tingkat kepatuhan formal wajib pajak orang pribadi dalam pengajuan SPT Tahunan di KPP Pratama Muara Bungo, KP2KP Muara Tebo dan KP2KP Rimbo Bujang. Tes yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas untuk angket penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi berganda dan pengujian hipotesis, tes penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 22 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil penyebaran 392 kuesioner terdapat 313 kuesioner yang diisi lengkap oleh sampel, dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial persepsi kemudahan dan kegunaan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepatuhan formal dalam pengajuan Pajak Tahunan. Pengembalian dengan nilai signifikan t-hitung 0,000 dan 0,006 lebih kecil dari 0,05, sedangkan persepsi simultan tentang kenyamanan dan kegunaan memengaruhi tingkat kepatuhan formal dalam pengajuan Pengembalian Pajak dengan nilai signifikan F-hitung 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05.

Abstract

Our education has so far emphasized the cognitive domain, informative knowledge, which only uses traditional learning models or in the direction of the learning process. The PAK field of study is one of the areas of research that is based on building and forming individuals, as well as the growth of the faith of students. As educators who are directly related to the teaching and learning process, the teacher will play an essential role in determining the learning outcomes that students will achieve. The selection of the right learning model is a demand and must be fulfilled by an educator so that the process of delivering material or learning material can arouse students' learning interest, the results of which will determine the achievements that students will achieve. The approach of this research is quantitative research with a correlational approach, which is to find out how much influence PAIKEM has on the PAK teaching and learning process on increasing student interest in learning. The results of this study are the magnitude of the influence of the PAIKEM model on student learning interest is 0.998 with a Very Strong interpretation and has a relationship with a value of 0.733. So as an educator who is directly related to the teaching and learning process plays an essential role in determining student learning outcomes, for that the teacher must change the old teaching pattern by using the PAIKEM model to increase students' interest in learning.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji “Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kelurahan Klamana Kota Sorong. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi dan sampel adalah karyawan Kantor Kelurahan Klamana Kota Sorong berjumlah 10 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan regresi linier sederhana, uji t dan uji koefisien determinan. Hasil uji hipotesis dengan mengunakan uji t menunjukkan hasil nilai t-hitung sebesar -1,549 dengan nilai signifikansinya adalah 0,160. Hasil ini memiliki makna bahwa jika dibandingkan nilai signifinasi t-hitung adalah 0,160 lebih besar dari taraf kepercayaan 0,05. Dengan demikian variabel lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan pengujian koefisien determinasi yang memunjukkan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,134  memiliki makna variasi variabel lingkungan kerja mampu menjelaskan sebesar 13,4% terhadap variable kinerja pegawai sedangkan sisanya 96,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Gadget merupakan suatu media Elektronik yang memiliki banyak fungsi dan manfaat, namun Penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan dapat memberikan dampak dan pengaruh buruk bagi anak-anak baik secara fisik maupun mental. Dampak dan pengaruh yang ditimbulkan dapat berupa pengaruh positif maupun negatif terhadap perkembangan anak. Oleh karena itu harus membatasi penggunaan gadget dengan melakukan aktifitas yang positif seperti lebih mendekatkan diri kepada Tuhan dan bermain permainan tradisional diluar rumah bersama teman-teman sebaya. Dengan adanya kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini maka kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari kegiatan ini diantaranya sebagai berikut : (1) Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat mengenai “Dampak Gadget pada Psikologi anak” , mendapatkan respon yang antusias dan baik dari para anak-anak sekolah minggu maupun Remaja yang ada di tempat kami melaksanakan kegiatan kami. (2) Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat mengenai “Dampak Gadget pada Psikologi anak”  ini yang kami lakukan di Gedung Gereja GKI Kalfari, telah terlaksana dengan baik dan dengan adanya kegiatan ini kami sebagai mahasiswa mendapatkan banyak pengalaman baru.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat/PkM) aimed to support children’s faith education through the implementation of creative and contextual Christian Religious Education (CRE) at SD Negeri 36 Kota Sorong. The activity was conducted on Tuesday, December 5, 2024, by lecturers of the Christian Religious Education Program at Universitas Victory Sorong in collaboration with CRE students. The main issue faced by the partner school was the low level of students’ interest and engagement in CRE learning due to the use of conventional and less contextual teaching methods. The program employed an educative, participatory, and contextual approach through interactive Bible storytelling, faith-based educational games, children’s worship songs, simple discussions, and reflective activities adapted to the developmental stages of elementary school students. The results indicated an increase in students’ enthusiasm, active participation, and understanding of Christian faith values such as love, honesty, responsibility, and mutual respect. In addition to benefiting students, the program also contributed to teachers’ insights into innovative CRE teaching methods and provided contextual learning experiences for students as prospective Christian educators. Therefore, creative and contextual CRE-based mentoring proved effective in supporting children’s faith and character development in elementary education.

Abstract

The character of children in the modern era is greatly influenced by technological developments, their social environment, and the parenting styles they receive. According to Koesoema (2010), character formation must be carried out comprehensively through an educational approach that incorporates values, knowledge, and role models. Today's children interact not only with their surroundings but also with the challenging digital world. Therefore, shaping children's character requires an active role from various parties, including students as agents of social change. Through outreach and training activities for character development in children, the Teaching Team collaborates with students to provide character education to children and adolescents at the Emmaus Christian Church in Sorong City, using a fun, interactive, and contextual approach. The themes highlighted the importance of responsibility, courage, honesty, and the wise use of technology. This activity demonstrates the implementation of the Developmental Psychology course and our moral responsibility as academics who care about the future of the younger generation. This activity also adheres to Lickona's (1991) perspective, which states that character education must encompass the dimensions of moral knowing, moral feeling, and moral action. Therefore, our approach is not only informative but also instills values ​​and encourages concrete action in the children involved.

Abstract

The development and advancement of modern technology have had a significant impact on various aspects of human life, including the faith of young people. Young people living in the digital era are overwhelmed by the flow of information, social media, and technological advancements that influence how they think, behave, and develop their identities, including their faith identity. This study aims to analyze how young people's faith can be built and maintained amidst the challenges of technological advancement by examining the thoughts of Harold Victor L. in his book *Theology and Modern Technology*. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a literature review. The results show that technological advancement is neutral and can be a means of strengthening the faith of believers when used wisely and based on theological values. Therefore, faith formation for young people needs to integrate technological literacy, contextual theological education, and strengthening faith communities that are relevant to current developments.

Abstract

Children are a vulnerable group facing various social threats including sexual abuse and the negative impacts of digital technology. Limited understanding of self‑protection and responsible technology use increases the risk of violence and exposure to inappropriate content. This study aims to analyze the implementation of self‑protection and digital literacy education for children in the Kokoda Complex, Sorong City. This research used a descriptive approach through participatory socialization and training methods. The activities were conducted through presentations, interactive discussions, educational games, and quizzes. The results show that interactive learning approaches improve children's understanding of private body parts, encourage them to say 'no' to inappropriate actions, and increase awareness of responsible technology use. Therefore, continuous education regarding self‑protection and digital literacy is essential to support child protection in the digital era.
