Abstract

The existence of interest between principal and agent, hence arises a conflict of interest in management of Syria bank. In order to minimize the conflict, the implementation of GCG can be one of the solutions. Implementation of GCG, which is done consistently and continuously in the end can improve the financial performance of sharia banks. The type of this study is the study of causality with quantitative approach. The number of samples in the study was 13 sharia banks with documentation as their data collection method. Data analysis technique in this research is using a panel data regression method with the help of software Evies version 9. The result of this research indicates that GCG implementation has significant influence to NPF, ROA, and BOPO. The implementation of GCG in this study proved to have no effect on ROE and FDR.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel makro (sertifikat bank Indonesia syariah, tingkat inflasi, nilai tukar rupiah, jumlah uang yang beredar, dan indeks harga saham gabungan) terhadap nilai aktiva bersih (NAB) reksadana saham syariah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari lima produk reksadana saham syariah dengan total NAB terlengkap yaitu Trim Syariah Saham, CIMB-Principal Islamic Equity Growth Syariah, Mandiri Investa Atraktif Syariah, Cipta Syariah Equity, dan Manulife Syariah Sektoral Amanah selama periode 2013 hingga 2016. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis data panel model Fixed Effect (FEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel tingkat inflasi, nilai tukar rupiah, IHSG, dan jumlah uang beredar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap NAB reksadana saham syariah. Variabel yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap NAB reksadana saham syariah adalah SBIS.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the community's attractiveness in managing waste in Jombong Hamlet, Patent, Dukun, and Magelang. This activity aims to reduce the accumulation of household waste so that there is no disaster and to utilize the waste with the creations and innovations of the surrounding community. The methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. With the PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach, the service team views the existence of a waste bank as an essential asset for the community. The results show that waste bank management benefits the surrounding community; the environment becomes comfortable, beautiful, and green. This study concludes that household waste can benefit from the social, economic, and environmental aspects that positively impact the Jombong Hamlet Waste Bank.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out about the strategy carried out by the wasp honey shop mr. ipin to provide customer trust and satisfaction with qualitative methods with SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is an assessment of the situation, in determining conditions categorized as strengths, weaknesses, opportunities or threats. The results showed that the word of mouth marketing strategy carried out had a major influence on consumer trust and consumers were satisfied with the experience and quality of honey obtained. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to complete the literature on the Nepal Van Java tourist attraction in Butuh Kaliangkrik Magelang to become sharia-based tourism where previously there has not been much research on SWOT analysis in sharia-based tourism research. In this study using descriptive qualitative methods with SWOT analysis techniques. The subjects in this study were managers, local communities, and tourists. The results of the study using the SWOT analysis technique show that the existence of adequate worship facilities, specific halal culinary, and traditional customs, natural beauty that encourages tourists to practice nature pilgrimage makes Nepal Van Java a potential as sharia tourism. Abstract

UPZIS NU Care-LAZISNU is a zakat management institution formed by a community organization, Nahdlatul 'Ulama (NU), at the 31st Nahdlatul 'Ulama (NU) Muktamar in Boyolali in 2004. This research aims to determine how the management system zakat, infaq, and sadaqah funds use all organizational resources at UPZIS NU Care-LAZISNU. This study uses a qualitative method that begins by reviewing existing phenomena related to the management of zakat, infaq, and sadaqah funds at UPZIS NU Care LAZISNU. The theory used in this study is the management theory put forward by A.F Stoner, who has described a theory of management. The results of this study indicate that the management of zakat, alms, and infaq funds through comprehensive stages, starting from the fundraising stage (fundraising), utilization and distribution, and reporting at UPZIS NU Care-LAZISNU Secang District, has been going well.

Abstract

Community empowerment initiatives are pivotal in bolstering the financial stability of rural communities, particularly those facing challenges in marketing local products such as fresh milk. One of the strategic actions taken for the village populace involves enhancing the marketability of Etawa goat milk—a product with significant demand. The principal objective of this service activity is to inject innovation into the sales techniques of Jegglik Village's community outputs. It was achieved through the creation of distinctive logos or labels and leveraging Google Maps to extend the customer base, thereby amplifying the visibility of Etawa goat milk production far and wide. The approach employed in these community service efforts was Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), which focuses on fostering social cohesion and enabling community-led environmental and economic development, also known as Community-Driven Development (CDD). The outcomes of this initiative have been markedly positive, yielding beneficial impacts for the community, such as expanded market reach and the ability to forge contractual relationships with milk production enterprises.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are essential for economic growth, especially in rural areas. However, many MSMEs need help marketing their products, including Geplak Salak MSMEs in Jengglik Village. Mentoring aims to assist in marketing by utilizing social media and product labels to increase market reach and product selling value. The assistance was carried out in March-April 2022. The target of the assistance was MSMEs that produce food using snake-fruit as the primary ingredient, which was processed into ready-to-eat food, namely Geplak Salak. This assistance used an asset-based community development (ABCD) approach to improve marketing strategies through training in social media. The result of this training was the creation of a product logo that suits the preferences of MSME owners and increased product exposure on the Instagram and Facebook platforms, which can help expand the product's market reach. In conclusion, promoting social media can be an effective solution to overcome the marketing challenges MSMEs face.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggambarkan peran pembiayaan murabahah dalam meningkatkan pendapatan di Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Syariah (KSPPS) Al-Husna. Pembiayaan murabahah di KSPPS Al-Husna dijelaskan sebagai salah satu instrumen pembiayaan yang efektif dan sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Konsep dasar pembiayaan murabahah, syarat-syarat yang harus dipenuhi, dan dasar hukumnya yang meliputi fatwa DSN MUI No. 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 menjadi fokus dalam pembahasan. Selain itu, peran KSPPS sebagai lembaga keuangan syariah dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi mikro dan menengah juga dibahas dalam konteks pengelolaan keuangan yang efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan lapangan. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan murabahah memiliki dampak positif terhadap pendapatan KSPPS Al-Husna, namun juga menghadapi tantangan seperti pengelolaan risiko dan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip syariah. Oleh karena itu, strategi strategi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan pembiayaan, seperti diversifikasi produk, peningkatan layanan, promosi aktif, kemitraan kerjasama, dan edukasi keuangan menjadi penting dalam konteks ini. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang sistem pengelolaan keuangan dan langkah-langkah yang dapat diambil untuk meningkatkan pendapatan pembiayaan di KSPPS Al-Husna.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi akad ijarah dan murabahah pada produk pembiayaan di BMT Atina Banyubiru Semarang, dengan fokus pada kepatuhan terhadap prinsip syariah, efektivitas pelaksanaan serta kesesuainnya terhadap fatwa DSN-MUI. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan dengan manajer BMT Atina, staf marketing dan nasabah untuk mendapatkan informasi mendalam tentang pelaksanaan kedua akad tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi akad ijarah dan murabahah di BMT Atina Banyubiru telah sesuai dengan ketentuan Fatwa DSN-MUI, meskipun terdapat beberapa tantangan operasional seperti ketersediaan barang yang tidak selalu sesuai dengan permintaan nasabah. BMT Atina berhasil menerapkan prinsip transparansi dalam penetapan ujrah pada akad ijarah dan profit keuntungan pada akad murabahah. Kedua akad ini berkontribusi positif dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pembiayaan masyarakat, baik untuk keperluan konsumtif maupun produktif, dengan tetap menjaga kepatuhan terhadap prinsip-prinsip syariah.
