Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the regulation of the responsibility of Sikumana Health Center in managing medical waste in review of the Minister of Health Regulation Number 18 of 2020 concerning Medical Waste Management. The research method used in this research is empirical juridical research, namely research based on applicable laws and regulations and data obtained in the field. The results of the study provide information that the Regulation of the Minister of Health. Number 18 of 2020 regulates medical waste management which includes reduction, sorting, storage, transportation, utilization, processing, and supervision, comparison of the responsibilities of Sikumana Health Center with Permenkes No. 18 of 2020 can be seen that, Sikumana Health Center has carried out some of its responsibilities in medical waste management in accordance with Permenkes No. 18 of 2020. However, there are still some shortcomings in terms of storage, utilization, and processing of medical waste. Sikumana Health Center has carried out the reduction and sorting of medical waste in temporary shelters (TPS) properly, the storage of medical waste in TPS has not met the standards, such as the absence of room separation and the absence of complete personal protective equipment (PPE) in terms of transporting medical waste from TPS to the medical waste processing site (TPPLM) is carried out by a third party who has an official permit in terms of supervision of medical waste management at Sikumana Health Center is carried out by the Kupang City Health Office periodically this is a factor that is the most frequent obstacle in medical waste management.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the Regulation of the Health Management System in Realizing Public Health at the dr. Hendrikus Fernandez Regional General Hospital, East Flores Regency. This research is a normative juridical research using secondary data consisting of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials collected through literature research in the form of books, laws, legal journals, research-related articles and several from internet sites and other reading sources. The collected legal materials are analyzed qualitatively juridically using a conceptual approach (Conceptual Approach) and a statutory approach (Statute Approach) based on laws that are relevant to theories, legal concepts and principles of problems. The results of this study show that: (1) From the aspect of health management regulation, the lack of support for health management which is the influence of performance is not good. (2) From the aspect that is a factor that hinders the service, the poor arrangement makes the service not good so that there is a lack of satisfaction from the community.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to understand and analyze the regulation of the duties and authority of the Department of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in protecting children, and to identify and understand the inhibiting factors in carrying out these duties and authority. The research methodology used is normative juridical research, obtained through interviews and observations, and empirical juridical research, obtained through literature studies. The research results show: (1) The regulation of the duties and authority of the Department of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Rote Ndao Regency in protecting children includes the areas of child protection and fulfillment of children's rights and the special child protection program. (2) The inhibiting factors of the Department's duties and authority in protecting children include strategic issues and problems in regional development and strategic issues and problems in the sector of women's empowerment and child protection, population control, and family planning.
