Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media LMS yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah R&D model 4D, meliputi: (1) define yang mendefinisikan masalah, solusi dan kebutuhan. Fakta yang diperoleh dari studi lapangan ialah dosen menggunakan beragam platform online sehingga tidak jarang mahasiswa harus mempelajari platform yang beragam dalam pembelajaran. Kemudian dilakukan analisis kebutuhan untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, yaitu mengembangkan media terpadu berupa LMS. Selanjutnya dilakukan studi pustaka berkaitan dengan pengembangan media; (2) design membuat LMS moodle, membuat instrumen, menyusun pedoman penggunaan; (3) development, terdiri dari validasi expert, uji coba perorangan, dan uji coba kelompok kecil; (4) disseminate, menerapkan LMS di mata kuliah metode penulisan ilmiah. Berdasarkan tahapan penelitian tersebut, LMS memenuhi kriteria kevalidan yang meliputi aspek tampilan, kepraktisan, dan aspek pedagogi. LMS dikatakan efektif karena hasil penilaian respon mahasiswa yang berada pada kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan aspek praktis respon mahasiswa berada pada kategori sangat baik dan jika diinterpretasikan berada pada kategori praktis. Media terpadu yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, efektif, dan sinkron digunakan di era pandemi Covid-19. LMS dapat dijadikan referensi pengelolaan pembelajaran menyenangkan, memotivasi, dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai hsv pada tanaman sayur sawi. Metode pengolah citra dengan segmentasi warna, Tanaman sayur sawi yang diambil dalam penelitian ini setelah tanaman di semaikan dan di tanam ulang di lahan tertentu atau dari pembibit 0 umur sampai 17 hari kemudian di pindahkan tanaman tersebut, satu hari setelah tanaman sayur sawi tersebut di tanam ulang di lahan yang sudah di siapkan sebelumnya. Tanaman sayur sawi berumur 18 hari sampai 22 hari menghasilkan nilai Hue antara 37,224 % sampai 29,662 % , sayur sawi yang berumur 22 hari sampai 26 hari menghasilkan nilai Hue antara 29,662 % sampai 17,459%, sayur sawi yang berumur 26 hari sampai 30 hari menghasilkan nilai Hue 17,459 % sampai 15,755 %, sayur sawi yang berumur 30 hari sampai 34 hari menghasilkan nilai Hue 15,755 % samapi 7,483 %. Jika sayur sawi nilai HSVnya kurang dari nilai standar maka diprediksi ada gangguan tanamannya atau kurang baik pertumbuhannya, begitu juga kalau tanamannya melebihi nilai HSV standar bisa dipastikan pertumbuhan tanamannya dalam keadaan baik. Abstract

Fixed asset management is a crucial component in supporting the performance of local governments. However, the Polewali Mandar Regency Government still faces obstacles in managing assets conventionally, such as the risk of recording errors, duplicate data, and difficulties in field data verification which is time-consuming. This study aims to design and build a Web-Based Fixed Asset Management Information System integrated with Quick Response Code (QR Code) technology as a digital solution for real-time asset data collection, tracking, and monitoring. The approach taken for system development is known as the Waterfall approach, encompassing the phases of analyzing requirements, system design, execution, evaluation, and ongoing support. The creation of the system was carried out utilizing the PHP coding language, the MySQL database system, and Tailwind CSS to achieve a mobile-friendly interface. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and literature studies at the General Affairs Division of the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency. The result of this research is a fixed asset management information system featuring the generation of unique QR Code labels for each asset, category and location management, and reporting features divided into three access levels: Admin, Operator, and Verificator. Based on the system testing results, an average score of above 4.00 was obtained for indicators of ease of use (user-friendly), access speed, and information accuracy. In conclusion, the implementation of this QR Code-based system is proven to increase the efficiency of the asset identification process in the field, minimize manual input errors, and improve accountability in regional asset management in Polewali Mandar Regency.

Abstract

Abstrak- Sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memegang peranan krusial dalam struktur ekonomi daerah, namun di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, pengembangan sektor ini masih menghadapi kendala signifikan karena potensi wilayah yang belum terpetakan secara komprehensif berbasis data digital. Meskipun Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) daerah didominasi oleh sektor pertanian sebesar 46,58% dan pertumbuhan sektor perdagangan mencapai 7,93% pada tahun 2024, distribusi sumber daya dan kebijakan pendukung UMKM seringkali belum tepat sasaran akibat ketiadaan model klasifikasi wilayah yang objektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model integrasi antara Machine Learning (ML) dan Decision Support System (DSS) guna memetakan potensi UMKM di 16 kecamatan Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah algoritma K-Means Clustering untuk pengelompokkan wilayah dan metode pembobotan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan prioritas kriteria. Data penelitian bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Polewali Mandar Tahun 2025, mencakup variabel PDRB sektoral, statistik tenaga kerja, dan akses kredit usaha.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terbentuknya tiga cluster wilayah utama, yaitu potensi tinggi (pusat pertumbuhan), potensi sedang (wilayah berkembang), dan potensi rendah (wilayah tertinggal). Evaluasi model menggunakan Silhouette Score menghasilkan nilai 0,62, yang menunjukkan bahwa pengelompokkan wilayah memiliki struktur cluster yang cukup kuat dan baik. Implementasi model ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi pemerintah daerah dalam mengalokasikan bantuan dan infrastruktur pendukung UMKM secara presisi sesuai karakteristik ekonomi masing-masing kecamatan untuk mendukung peningkatan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) yang kini berada pada angka 70,71.

Abstract

Developments in technology and information indicate that manual data processing is increasingly showing weaknesses. Because of that, we need a more sophisticated data processing by using a computer. This is necessary to realize the acquisition of information according to the needs of decision makers and those who need it. The purpose of this study was to design and implement a letter filing system at the Information Systems Department using a web programming language. This system has inputs such as Faculty profile data, incoming mail data, outgoing mail data and mail disposition data. This system is also used to process incoming and outgoing mail data in the administration section at the Faculty of Economics, University of West Sulawesi. This system has output in the form of attachments from incoming and outgoing letters. The results of making a web for processing incoming and outgoing mail data indicate that the role of computers in information systems is very important as a support in improving the quality of mail data processing activities. Abstract

This research focuses on the creation and implementation of a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) to map the position of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) in Wonomulyo District, Polewali Mandar Regency. The rationale behind this research is rooted in the rapid economic and demographic development in the area, which requires easy access to financial services. However, the distribution of existing ATM points is still uneven, where people in rural areas often have to travel long distances to reach the nearest ATM. The method of creating this system involves the use of the PHP programming language along with a MySQL database. This system aims to present spatial information about the current ATM location accurately, thereby helping the public in finding banking services with high accuracy through an interactive map interface. In addition, this system offers optimal paths to ATM locations to improve user time efficiency. System evaluation was conducted using black box techniques to verify that the menu operations and application procedures function as intended. The findings indicate that the implementation of GIS improves public access while offering data assistance for financial institutions and local governments in developing a more equitable and systematic public facility allocation strategy in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an information system for the Imam Malik Koppe Mosque in Darma Village, Polewali District, Polewali Mandar Regency, utilizing the eMasjid platform as a solution for digitally managing mosque activities. The problem faced was the suboptimal recording of activity data, financial data, and service information for the congregation. The system development method used the Waterfall model, which consists of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The result of this research is a mosque information system capable of presenting information on activities, financial data, reports, and communication between administrators more efficiently, transparently, and accountably. This system is expected to be an effective and user-friendly means of digitizing mosque management.

Abstract

Correspondence administration is vital for supporting operational efficiency in schools. However, manual management often leads to issues such as data retrieval delays, recording errors, and the risk of lost archives. This research aims to design and develop a Web-Based Administration Data Monitoring Information System using QR Codes at UPTD SMAN 3 Majene. The study employs the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Waterfall model, encompassing requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.The system involves three primary users: Admin/Administrative Staff, Teachers, and the Principal. QR Codes are implemented as digital identities to facilitate easier archive tracking and retrieval. Results indicate that the system enhances effectiveness and efficiency in correspondence management, accelerates letter request services, and simplifies data monitoring for school management. This system is expected to provide a solution for achieving orderly administration at UPTD SMAN 3 Majene. Furthermore, QR Code integration ensures document validity and digital archive security, supporting a more modern, transparent, and sustainable school governance transformation.
