Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Kreativitas guru PKn SMP Negeri 3 Mempawah Hilir dalam pembelajaran; dan (2) Aktualisasi pembinaan kesadaran berkonstitusi yang dilakukan guru PKn SMP Negeri 3 Mempawah Hilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis interaktif yang memiliki tiga komponen analisis, yaitu reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) Dalam mengelola pembelajaran guru tidak hanya dituntut untuk membuat perangkat pembelajaran tetapi juga harus mengembangkan kreativitasnya dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran di kelas yang tertuang dalam rencana pembelajaran. Guru PKn tentu harus bisa kreatif dalam mengelola pembelajaran terutama terkait dengan metode dan media pembelajaran; dan (2) Mata pelajaran PKn adalah mata pelajaran yang didalam kurikulumnya ada beberapa Standar Kompetensinya berisi tentang konstitusi, seperti pada materi di kelas VII dan kelas VIII (pada kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan). Semakin tinggi kesadaran siswa memahami konstitusi, semakin sadar akan hak dan kewajibannya sebagai warga negara serta semakin tinggi prestasi belajar PKn. Kata kunci: guru, PKn, konstitusi.

Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi, pengangguran terbuka, jumlah penduduk, kemiskinan dan IPM terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan di Pulau Sulawesi. Jenis data dalam penelitian adalah data sekunder, diakses melalui website Badan Pusat Statistik dalam bentuk time series tahunan periode 2009-2020. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Data Panel.Software yang digunakan adalah Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan di Pulau Sulawesi. (2) Pengangguran terbuka berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan. (3) Kemiskinan berpengaruh terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan di Pulau Sulawesi. Kata Kunci: Ketimpangan Pendapatan, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Pengangguran Terbuka, Kemiskinan

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruihi tunggakan pajak kendaraan bermotor di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer yang diperoleh dari kuisioner yang bagikan keada 100 orang responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sanksi yang kurang tegas menjadi faktor yang menyebabkan wajib pajak melakukan tunggakan. Sanksi yang diberlakukan oleh Kantor Samsat Kendari masih sebatas denda yang ditentukan dari persentase jumlah pajaknya. Sehingga wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor masih tetap melakukan tunggakan pajak. Sementara faktor lain yaitu wajib pajak belum mengetahui bahwa sarana prasarana pajak yang harus dibayaran dapat diakses oleh wajib pajak. Kurangnya sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh Kantor Samsat Kendari sehingga sebagian wajib pajak belum mengetahui bahwa sarana prasarana pajak dapat diakses via internet. This study aims to (1) determine the employment opportunity elasticity of the Southeast Sulawesi agricultural sector in 2010-2019, (2) to determine the development of productivity in the Southeast Sulawesi Agricultural Sector in 2010-2019. The data used in this study are secondary data, sourced from Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Southeast Sulawesi. The analytical tool used in this research is descriptive analysis. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that, (1) The development of the elasticity of employment in the agricultural sector has fluctuated with an average elasticity of 9.85 percent. (2) The development of labor productivity also fluctuated with an average of 38.397 percent.

This study aims to determine simultaneously and partially the effect of family income, husband's education level, wife's education level, wife's marriage age, wife's length of use of contraceptives, and culture on fertility in Moolo Village, Batukara District, Muna Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 154 couples of childbearing age. The number of samples used was 122 people. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of family income, husband's education level, wife's education level, wife's age of marriage, length of time using contraceptives on wives and culture have a significant effect on fertility. And partially family income (X1) has a significant and positive correlation, the husband's education level (X2) has a significant and negative correlation, the wife's education level (X3) has a significant and negative correlation, the wife's age of marriage (X4) has a significant and negative correlation, The length of time using contraceptives on the wife (X5) has no significant effect and is negatively correlated and culture (Di) has a significant and positive effect on fertility.

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian yaitu meningkatnya pemahaman dan minat pelaku usaha tentang urgensi sertifikasi produk pangan industri rumah tangga dan legalitas usaha. Peserta terdiri dari 16 pelaku usaha Industri Rumah Tangga produk tahu dan tempe di Desa Lambusa, Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Metode pelaksanaan melalui penyuluhan. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dari aspek legalitas usaha dan jaminan keamanan produk. Evaluasi program menggunakan kuisioner pre-post kegiatan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat telah efektif dilaksanakan yang ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang urgensi dan prosedur sertifikasi produk dan legalitas usaha. Minat peserta untuk memiliki sertifikat produk pangan berada pada kategori tinggi, sementara minat peserta untuk memiliki legalitas usaha berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Rekomendasi yang diajukan berupa upaya instansi terkait guna membuka akses yang lebih luas bagi pendaftaran legalitas usaha maupun sertifikasi produk pangan. Counseling on Certification and Business Legality at Tofu and Tempe Industry Centers in South Konawe Regency The purpose of service activities is to increase understanding and interest of business actors regarding the urgency of the certification of household industry food products and business legality. Participants consisted of 16 household industry Tofu and Tempe products in Lambusa Village, South Konawe Regency. Implementation method through counseling. Service activities are carried out from the aspect of business legality and product safety guarantees. Program evaluation using the pre-post questionnaire activities. Based on the results of the evaluation, community service activities have been effectively implemented by increasing participants' understanding of the urgency and procedures of product certification and business legality. The interest of participants to have a food product certificate is in the high category, while the interest of participants to have business legality is in a very high category. Recommendations submitted in the form of relevant agencies' efforts to open wider access for registration of business legality and food product certification

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) has a strategic role in shaping character and strengthening the spiritual mentality of students amidst the challenges of the era of globalization and disruption of moral values. Through an Islamic values approach, PAI can be a foundation in building individuals with integrity, noble character, and strong mentality in facing social pressures and developments of the times. This study aims to examine various literature related to the contribution of PAI to strengthening the character and spiritual mentality of students, both in schools and outside schools. This study uses a literature study method (library research) by reviewing scientific journals, reference books, and education policy documents. The results of the study show that PAI is able to strengthen the values of honesty, responsibility, empathy, discipline, and spiritual resilience of students. In addition, internalization of religious values in PAI learning has a positive impact on students' inner peace and learning motivation. Character building through habituation methods, teacher role models, and integration of Islamic values in daily life are the main strategies in implementing religion-based character education. Thus, PAI not only plays a role as a subject, but also as a medium for continuous character and spiritual development. This study recommends improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education teachers and integrating a more humanistic and contextual curriculum to strengthen the relevance and effectiveness of Islamic Religious Education in the modern era.
