Abstract

The selection process for expert employees must be managed properly because it will greatly affect the company'sperformance. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a competency-based employee selection process to produce the best employeesand according to the needs of the company. The role of a decision support system will greatly assist managers in processing employeerecruitment selection data without compromising the assessment parameters set by a company. The selection process for hiringemployees manually, especially in the process of calculating the final value of each prospective employee, will take a lot of time,especially if the number of prospective employees participating in the selection is very large. In this study CV. Bangkit MandiriSejahtera (BMS) Semarang, a company engaged in the field of building contractors in Central Java, especially in the Semarang area,will apply the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method to the Decision Support System for hiring experts to get maximum results.

Abstract

This Veterinary Clinic is located in Magelang City and has been established since 2017. Pancea Veterinary Clinic has never used computerized health information media such as a website until now. So far, they only use conventional media to provide information about clinical services. Registration is then also manual in the sense that the patient (animal) must be brought directly to the clinic for registration. The manual registration process for one patient (animal) takes approximately 10 minutes. In this article, researchers analyze the ins and outs of existing problems and try to provide solutions for the system being developed to achieve maximum results. The Bootstrap framework is used to create a user-friendly website in terms of appearance and the SDLC information system development method is adopted. Perform process model design using DFD model, database design, interface design, and relationships between tables. After implementing a health information system, clinics can reduce costs and attract more patients to the clinic because they already know the advantages that exist in the clinic. Patients can then register with the online registration system without having to come to the clinic and queue.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze system user acceptance of online attendance information systems with face recognition and GPS using the variables Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness and Attitude toward Using contained in the TAM model. (Technology Acceptance Model). Respondents used as many as 45 people consist of teachers, teaching staff and students. Questionnaires were used to obtain data that had been tested for validity and reliability which were then analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the analysis of the 1st regression equation show that the variable Perceived Usefullness (X1) has a significant influence on the variable Attitude toward Using (Y) with a t count of 4.114 with a significance of p = 0.000 (<0.05). The variable Perceived Ease of Use (X2) has a significant effect on the variable Attitude Toward Using (Y) with t count 2.898 with a significant p = 0.010 (<0.05). The results of the analysis of the second regression equation show that the variables X1 and X2 together have a significant effect on Attitude toward Using (Y) because the statistical value F count = 23.556 with a significance p = 0.000 (<0.05).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze application user acceptance of the tourism introduction Android application in Grabag District, Magelang Regency using three (3) variables contained in the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) model, namely Attitude towards Use, Perception of Ease of Use and Perception of Usefulness. This research needs to be carried out to resolve the problem of application acceptance which has an impact on the level of tourist visits, so that later application development and improvements can be carried out according to needs. The respondents used were 81 users consisting of sub-district officers, business or tourism owners and tourists. To obtain data whose validity and reliability have been tested and then analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques, a data collection method using a questionnaire was used. The results of the analysis of the 1st regression equation show that the Perception of Usefulness variable (X1) has a significant influence on the Attitude towards Use variable (Y). The Perception of User Ease variable (X2) has a significant influence on the Attitude towards Use variable (Y). The results of the analysis of the 2nd regression equation show that variables X1 and X2 together have a significant influence on Attitude to Use (Y).

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah hak semua individu dan menjadi fokus utama bagi negara dan masyarakat. Peran orang tua sangat penting dalam memilih sekolah untuk anak, terutama di tingkat sekolah dasar, karena anak-anak membutuhkan bimbingan dalam memilih sekolah yang tepat. Faktor-faktor seperti Biaya, Kurikulum, Fasilitas, Jarak dan Akreditasi. Varibel tersebut menjadi pertimbangan oleh orang tua dalam memilih sekolah dasar. Urgensi dari penelitian ini terletak pada banyaknya opsi sekolah dasar di Kabupatan magelang, yang membuat orang tua merasa bingung dalam memilih sekolah yang cocok dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan anak-anak serta orang tua. Berdasarkan Data Pokok Pendidikan Kabupatan Magelang tahun 2024, jumlah siswa Sekolah Dasar mencapai 76.460 siswa, sementara jumlah sekolah dasar negeri dan swasta bawah Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan mencapai 596 sekolah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem rekomendasi yang dapat membantu orang tua dalam menentukan pilihan sekolah dasar yang terbaik untuk anak-anak mereka. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan konsep klasterisasi data dengan metode Hierarchy Clustering untuk sistem rekomendasi sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Magelang. Hal ini bertujuan membantu orang tua memilih sekolah yang sesuai untuk anak-anak mereka, dengan pengembangan sistem rekomendasi yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat, terutama dalam pemilihan sekolah dasar sebagai pondasi pendidikan di Indonesia. Metode dalam penelitian ini meliputi Studi Pustaka, Pengumpulan Data, Klasterisasi Data, Pengujian dan Evaluasi Model Sistem Rekomendasi dan Model Sistem Rekomendasi. Hasil clusterisasi iperoleh tiga cluster yaitu pada clusteri 1 sebanyak 23 sekolah, cluster 2 sebanyak 14 sekolah dan clusteri 3 sebanyak 9 sekolah, sedangkan hasil pengujian Silhouette Coefficient diperoleh score 0,86 artinya struktur kuat.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk memberdayakan karyawan Kasuari Resort agar dapat menggunakan smartphone mereka untuk merekam video di lingkungan Kasuari Resort dengan teknik-teknik sinematik yang telah diajarkan. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga bertujuan untuk mengajarkan karyawan tentang teknik editing video sehingga mereka dapat menghasilkan video sinematik yang menarik dan efektif sebagai alat promosi Kasuari Resort. Metode pelatihan ini melibatkan sesi teori dan praktek, di mana karyawan diperkenalkan dengan konsep dasar pembuatan video sinematik dan kemudian menerapkannya dalam pengambilan gambar di lokasi resort. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan karyawan dalam merekam video dengan kualitas sinematik dan mengeditnya menjadi video promosi yang menarik. Video yang dihasilkan dari pelatihan ini kemudian digunakan untuk memperkuat kampanye promosi Kasuari Resort, baik melalui situs web, media sosial, maupun iklan daring. Dengan meningkatnya kualitas video promosi, diharapkan daya tarik Kasuari Resort sebagai destinasi liburan akan semakin meningkat.

Abstract

The service that will be carried out is to answer the problem of an active goat farm called Ciliwung Farm which is in the middle of Semarang City, precisely in the Citarum area, East Semarang District. Besides being in the middle of the city, this farm has a number of goats and sheep of approximately 80 heads. It is feared that the location of the farm which is really in the middle of a settlement will create disturbances for the people who are in the vicinity. There is also quite a lot of livestock manure produced, around 40kg - 80kg per day, where the manure is not processed at all by breeders and is only sold to goat manure collectors at very cheap prices, namely Rp. 500 - Rp. 2,000 per kilogram. Then the purpose of this service is to make a goat manure management system from the beginning until it can finally become organic fertilizer that has economic value. Starting from making tools and materials to process goat manure into organic fertilizer, making packaging or packaging from organic fertilizer (including tools and materials for making packaging), to the process of marketing organic fertilizer using digital media as a media for promotion and sales. So that Ciliwung Farm can process its own livestock manure into organic fertilizer and can market its own organic fertilizer. The results of this service apart from the animal manure processing equipment and digital media as a marketing medium are publishing devotional journals in national journals with ISSN, involving articles in electronic media and video content of community service activities

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan ini membahas tentang pelatihan yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kemampuan karyawan di Kasuari Resort, dengan fokus pada tiga materi utama: pengelolaan manajemen resort, optimalisasi sosial media sebagai alat promosi, dan keunggulan desain interior dari Kasuari Resort. Pertama, pelatihan mencakup strategi pengelolaan manajemen resort untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas layanan. Kedua, sosial media diidentifikasi sebagai platform yang efektif untuk mempromosikan resort, dengan fokus pada pemanfaatan yang optimal untuk mencapai target audiens. Terakhir, keunggulan desain interior dari Kasuari Resort menjadi fokus, dengan pembahasan tentang bagaimana desain yang unik dan menarik dapat meningkatkan pengalaman tamu dan membedakan resort dari pesaingnya. Pengabdian ini menggambarkan pentingnya pelatihan dalam mengembangkan keterampilan dan kemampuan karyawan untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan menarik minat pelanggan dalam industri perhotelan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat merancang dan membangun media pembelajaran agama tentang huruf hijiyah di SDN Wates 1 Kota Magelang yang mampu membantu siswa dalam mempelajari salah satu materi dalam mata huruf hijaiyah. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan ini adalah menggunakan metode MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) dengan tahap penelitian yang meliputi : Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing, Distribution. Metode pengumpulan data dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Perancangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pemodelan UML (Unified Modeling Language), Seorang perancang sistem harus mengikuti aturan-aturan yang ada ketika dia menggunakan permodelan UML ini. Pengujian sistem pada penelitian ini menggunakan Black-box Testing. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang mudah di pahami dan dipelajari dalam penyampaian materi huruf hijiayah dan dapat meningkatkan capaian hasil belajar bagi Siswa di SDN Wates 1 Kota Magelang.
