Abstract

This study evaluates the application of Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT)-based decision support systems in the recruitment process of financial managers in technology companies "TechInnovate". This study aims to identify the extent to which the use of MAUT can increase objectivity and effectiveness in candidate selection. The quantitative method was used by collecting data from 50 candidates who volunteered for this position. The assessment criteria that have been determined include Education and Qualifications, Work Experience, Analytical and Financial Skills, Communication Skills, Leadership and Team Management, Ethics and Integrity, Technology Capabilities, Adaptability and Innovation, Decision Making Ability. Data is collected through scores assigned to each criterion for each candidate, which are then aggregated taking into account the relative weights of each criterion. Statistical analysis is applied to evaluate the distribution of scores and the effectiveness of the system in selecting the most suitable candidates. Results from this study show that the application of MAUT is significant in improving objectivity in recruitment decision making, with high scores strongly correlated with expected job performance in in-depth interviews and follow-up evaluations. This study proves that integrating a systematic approach in recruitment not only strengthens the selection process but also promotes data-driven and objective decisions. The implications of this research are relevant for companies operating in dynamic and technology-centric environments, suggesting the integration of MAUT-based decision support systems as an effective strategy in the recruitment process.

Abstract

Currently, the development of information technology is not only limited to providing information, but has also penetrated the world of digital commerce on a website basis. The sales information system that is built on a website basis can display information quickly and accurately. In the system that is running at the AR Invitation Printing Shop, there are many problems that occur such as ordering designs and printing invitations that are still done manually. In placing an order, consumers must come to the location of the AR Invitation Printing Shop, in other words, consumers must meet face to face. Based on these problems, the authors want to build a Website Ordering Information System Online with the help of the programming language Php, My SQL, and Code Igniter. With this website, consumers can communicate with sellers, looking for the product they want without having to come to the printing shop.

Abstract

Information regarding the availability of marine fish cultivation products is important for related business actors because availability will affect prices and the sustainability of the business that is being carried out, one of which is a culinary business that requires a supply of marine fish. In addition, suppliers are also required to be able to meet and balance supply and market needs so that market prices can be maintained stable. The most basic problem is that the order or request process made by business people still requires coming directly to the place to place fish orders. In addition, the availability of fish is not necessarily sufficient. This of course will require a lot of time in the process of ordering or requests made by culinary business people with suppliers. Another problem occurs with suppliers, namely when the harvest from fish farming is ready for harvest, the supplier must also be able to offer it to parties who need fish supplies. The purpose of this study is to design and build a supply and demand system for web-based marine fish cultivation products so that it is expected to facilitate the process of demand and supply of marine fish cultivation products. The method used to analyze the requirements / needs in this study is structured analysis so that the design results are obtained according to user needs.
