Abstract

This research aims to influence organizational commitment, discipline and motivation to employee performance at Hotel Pacific Batam. This study uses the data questionnaire distributed to employees who work at the Pacific Hotel Batam, distributed questionnaires 125 respondents with levels ranging from managers to staff. This study uses the individual level of analysis. The object of research is the Pacific Batam hotel employee. This study used multiple linear regression tests stattistik which include validity, reliability, normality, and R-square test. Results from the study showed the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) shows that the coefficient of determination (R2) has a value of 0.764 which means that the variable variable employee performance can be explained by the variable organizational commitment, discipline and motivation, of 76, 4.0%, while the remaining 23, 4% is influenced by factors that do not exist in this study

Abstract

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is essential for both the society and more so, specifically the pharmaceutical industry. Companies now measure success in multiple ways beyond just profits, such as benefits to society. This is the “triple bottom line” approach, it takes into account stakeholders in addition to shareholders. Businesses are now seeing the long-term value of giving back to the society in which they conduct business. Sustaining health in various communities can raise the standard of living, increasing paying customers and instilling brand loyalty. In addition, there is evidence that mitigating negative public perception can relieve some of the excessive regulation that is now in place. Within this context, I provide real-world examples of CSR programs that pharmaceutical companies are currently engaged in and show how these programs help both society and the pharmaceutical industry itself. In closing, I discuss opportunities for the pharmaceutical industry’s current CSR initiatives.

Abstract

This study aims to review to find out how big the influence product quality, Brand Image Products And Promotion Operating simultaneous and partial Buying Decision Against Suzuki motorcycle IN CV.Gajah Mada Padang Branch.Data collection method through primary data and secondary data in form of interviews, collection, distributing questionnaires and data from the Company. The analytical method used is the analysis of correlation and regression analysis, to review Namely hypothesis test used t test and F test. Research results show that the products are quality Positive Influence Buying Decision Against Suzuki motorcycle in CV.Gajah Mada Padang Branch. Then, There is a significant positive effect And Brand Image Buying Decision Against Suzuki motorcycle in CV.Gajah Mada Branch Padang and are positive and significant influence Campaign Against Buying Decision Suzuki motorcycle in CV.Gajah Mada Padang Branch Operation Together And There The significant influence between Product quality, Brand and Promotion. The decision to purchase a motorcycle that Suzuki in CV.Gajah Mada Branch field.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of brand image, price and quality of service to customer loyalty in property companies in Batam. This study uses questionnaires distributed to customers of property companies in Batam City by distributing questionnaires 124 respondents. This study uses the level of individual analysis. The object of research is the customers or customers who have bought a house in the property company in Batam City. This study uses multiple linear regression test which includes the validity, reliability, normality, and r square test. The results showed that the coefficient of determination (R2) has a value of 0.437 which means that the variable of customer loyalty variable can be explained by the variable of brand image, price, and service quality of 43.7%, while the rest is 56.3% influenced by factors not in this study
