Abstract

Abstract. This article aimed to study urban missiology praxis which was highlighted from the church's role as gospel deliverer point of view. This topic was conducted by a literature study approach. The results of the study revealed that urban mission services could run effectively if they paid attention to all the complexities of problems that occured in urban areas. Social problems such as unemployment, poverty, crime, injustice, hunger, environmental damage, and other social problems must be the main consideration in missions. Mission to urban communities means that the church, has a positive impact to the urban communities.Abstrak. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji praksis misiologi perkotaan yang disorot dari sudut peran gereja sebagai pembawa dan pemberita Injil. Untuk mengkaji topik ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka. Hasil kajian mengungkapkan bahwa pelayanan misi perkotaan dapat berjalan dengan efektif apabila memperhatikan segala kompleksitas permasalahan yang terjadi di perkotaan. Masalah-masalah sosial seperti, pengangguran, kemiskinan, kejahatan, ketidakadilan, kelaparan, kerusakan lingkungan, serta masalah-masalah sosial lainnya yang terjadi di perkotaan harus menjadi pertimbangan utama dalam misi di perkotaan. Misi terhadap masyarakat perkotaan adalah dalam pengertian gereja memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat perkotaan.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of three tasks of the church during the covid-19 pandemic in the GKE Jemaat Efrata Kapuas Regency. This research uses qualitative methods. The collection of research data through interviews with informants of as many as five people, consisting of elements of pastors, elders, deacons, and congregations. The results showed that in the implementation of fellowship and church testimony Efrata continued to carry out the task of church vocation where it continues to carry out worship and preaching of God's Word through live streaming and Whatapp, as well as carrying out other ministries. Then, with the implementation of diakonia, the Efrata church tried to have mutual care even amid the midst of the covid-19 pandemic, namely by providing reinforcement and comfort to each other's congregations. In other words, the congregation of GKE Efrata Kuala Kapuas can still carry out the three duties of the church well, although in limitations due to regulations and regulations on prevention of covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali implementasi tri tugas gereja pada masa pandemi covid-19 di GKE Jemaat Efrata Kabupaten Kapuas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data penelitian melalui wawancara kepada informan sebanyak lima orang, yang terdiri dari unsur pendeta, penatua, diaken, dan anggota jemaat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan persekutuan dan kesaksian gereja Efrata tetap melaksanakan tugas panggilan gereja di mana tetap melaksanakan ibadah dan pewartaan Firman Tuhan melalui live streaming dan Whatapp, serta juga melaksanakan pelayanan-pelayanan lainnya. Kemudian, pelaksanaan diakonia, gereja Efrata berusaha untuk saling memiliki kepedulian walaupun di tengah-tengah pandemi covid-19, yaitu dengan saling memberikan penguatan dan penghiburan bagi anggota jemaat satu sama yang lain. Dengan kata lain, jemaat GKE Efrata Kuala Kapuas masih tetap dapat menjalankan tri tugas gereja dengan baik, walau dalam keterbatasan karena regulasi dan peraturan pencegahan covid-19.

Abstract

This paper presents the discursive thinking of the Great Commission of Matthew 28:18-20. A correct understanding of the Great Commission is needed so that the implementation of the preaching of the gospel in society is not arbitrary, let alone cause conflict. This study in exploring the discursiveness of the Great Commission was conducted using a qualitative approach. Retrieval of data in the literature related to the topic in this paper. This research concludes that the discursive Great Commission of the Lord Jesus Christ is one of the culmination of all the biblical foundations for evangelism to develop faith that comes from the four Gospels and the Acts of the Apostles with different emphases. The results of the study conclude that the Gospel of Matthew 28: 18-20 emphasizes that disciples who are weak in faith are empowered to evangelize with the promise of God's participation until the end of time. Abstrak Tulisan ini menyajikan pemikiran diskursif Amanat Agung Matius 28:18-20. Pemahaman yang benar tentang Amanat Agung diperlukan agar implementasi pemberitaan Injil di masyarakat tidak sembarangan, apalagi menyebabkan konflik. Kajian dalam mendalami diskursif Amanat Agung ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengambilan data secara literatur terkait topik dalam tulisan ini. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan, diskursif Amanat Agung Tuhan Yesus Kristus adalah salah satu puncak dari semua dasar Alkitab bagi pekabaran Injil untuk menumbuh kembangkan iman yang bersumber pada ke empat Injil dan Kisah Para Rasul dengan penekanan yang berbeda-beda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Injil Matius 28: 18-20 menekankan, para murid yang dalam keadaan lemah iman diberi kuasa untuk melakukan penginjilan dengan janji penyertaan Tuhan sampai akhir zaman.

Abstract

This research presents the missiological role of the mothers of the GKE Kanaan Palangka Raya congregation. The role of mothers in church ministry during the Covid-19 pandemic is needed, because of the involvement and loyalty of mothers in serving. To discuss the subject of this study, researchers used qualitative methods. This method is strengthened by literature review and documentation data in the field. The results reveal the practical role of the maternal missionary in mission service at GKE Kanaan. The role is that mothers become a fundraiser section in order to support the mission service at the PI Post built by the GKE Kanaan congregation. Then the mothers of the Canaanite church testified to the community by doing social services to distribute sembako to the lesser people. Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic as it is today. To encourage and enhance the role of the mothers of the GKE Kanaan congregation in the ministry of mission, supported by the coaching factor of the church and the commitment of loyalty possessed by the mothers themselves. Loyalty includes the value of witnessing, fellowship, and serving God.

Abstract

ABSTRACTEnvironmental damage in the Rungan River Basin (DAS) in Central Kalimantan is caused by changes in land use, reduced forest cover, and the loss of local wisdom in environmental management. The indigenous Dayak communities inhabiting this area actually have strong ecological values, but these have not been fully integrated into environmental education and conservation efforts. This community service activity aims to increase the community's knowledge and awareness of environmental issues through a community-based ecological education approach and local wisdom. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which actively involves the community in the entire process, from problem identification and solution formulation to activity implementation and evaluation. The activities include group discussions, conservation training, participatory mapping, and the revitalization of traditional practices that support environmental conservation. The results showed a significant increase in the community's understanding of the importance of protecting the watershed ecosystem, the formation of environmental groups, and the growth of collective awareness of the importance of ecological practices based on local culture. In conclusion, Dayak community-based ecological education through the PAR approach has proven to be effective in reviving Dayak ecological values and building sustainable environmentally friendly behavior.Keywords: Ecological Education, Dayak Community, Local Wisdom, Rungan Watershed, EnvironmentABSTRAKKerusakan lingkungan di wilayah Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Rungan, Kalimantan Tengah, disebabkan oleh perubahan tata guna lahan, penurunan tutupan hutan, dan hilangnya praktik kearifan lokal dalam pengelolaan lingkungan. Komunitas adat Dayak yang mendiami kawasan ini sesungguhnya memiliki nilai-nilai ekologis yang kuat, namun belum sepenuhnya terintegrasi dalam upaya pendidikan dan pelestarian lingkungan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kepedulian ramah lingkungan masyarakat melalui pendekatan pendidikan ekologis berbasis komunitas dan kearifan lokal. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif dalam seluruh proses yaitu identifikasi masalah, perumusan solusi, implementasi kegiatan, hingga evaluasi. Bentuk kegiatan meliputi diskusi kelompok, pelatihan konservasi, pemetaan partisipatif, serta revitalisasi praktik adat yang mendukung pelestarian lingkungan. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pentingnya menjaga ekosistem DAS, terbentuknya kelompok peduli lingkungan, serta tumbuhnya kesadaran kolektif terhadap pentingnya praktik ekologis yang berbasis budaya lokal. Kesimpulannya, pendidikan ekologis berbasis komunitas Dayak melalui pendekatan PAR terbukti efektif dalam menghidupkan kembali nilai-nilai ekologis Dayak dan membangun perilaku ramah lingkungan yang berkelanjutan.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Ekologis, Komunitas Dayak, Kearifan Lokal, DAS Rungan, Lingkungan Hidup
