Abstract

Quality of Work Life is a management system approach to coordinating and connecting the potential of Human Resources, where the quality of work life in the organization as a leader of the effort to meet the needs of members and organizations simultaneously and continuously. This study aims to determine whether the effect on Quality of Work Life Employee Performance PT. Flammable Bank Headquarters. This study used a quantitative approach, which becomes the main variable in this study is the Quality of Work Life (X) Employee Performance (Y). In this study population was 150 employees of PT. Bank of North Sulawesi with inaccuracy rate of 10%, the sample size in this study was 60 people through a calculation using the formula Slovin. From the results of successful data obtained through questionnaires, and calculated using simple regression analysis and simple correlation has been obtained significant data. After analyzing the correlation and regression method was then tested this hypothesis in hypothesis testing using t testing. in testing the t test assumed that reject Ho tcount > ttable and accept Ha if tcount<ttable. Having formulated the formula so that the result of t-test, t-test is 5.3454. After getting significant results with ttable tcount tested for 5% error level test two parties and dk= n-2 will be obtained ttable 1.67. So based on t = 5.3454 and 1.67, the ttest>ttable= 5.3454> 1.67. The results of the calculations between the quality of work life on employee performance with regression analysis showed that the quality of work life affects the performance of employees at PT. Bank Of North Sulawesi.   Keywords: Quality of Work Life, Employee Performance.

Correlation test was to determine the effect of promotions on purchasing decisions by comparing the count value of the variable promotion Erafone (X) is greater than t table and show that t count is greater than t table so Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Thus it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between promotion of consumer decisions. Keywords: Promotion, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract. In Running an enterprise activity need to make an assessment (evaluation) of the implementation of programs that have been developed human resources in achieving overall corporate objectives to ensure that the functions of the human resources (HR) has been running and contributing to better achievement in the company's success. Therefore, companies require an audit to assess whether the management of the programs and activities of the HR function is in conformity with the effort in achieving corporate goals. This study aims to determine, describe and explain the Influence of Human Resource Audit on Employee Performance at PT. Sanggar Laut Manado. Variables examined in this study are the Human Resource Audit as Independent Variables and Employee Performance as a Dependent Variable. In this study involving all employees who are 40 employees as respondents. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained from the questionnaires and interviews. For Audit Human Resources on Employee Performance, the author uses descriptive quantitative method, Spearman rank correlation, coefficient of determination analysis, and test results is done manually and using SPSS. Based on the statistical analysis of the results are as follows: Hypothesis Testing results indicate that the Human Resource Audit influence on employee performance. of these findings it can be concluded that the study results were declared "Human Resource Audit Significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of marketing mix to the decisionof buyer of Yamaha motor at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Manado. The influence of the rapiddevelopment of the era makes every company should always do research anddevelopment to always be on a comfortable track. Seeing this, companies need to createbreakthroughs and strategic innovations in order to continue to increase revenue andprofits both quantitatively and qualitatively. PT. Hasjrat Abadi is the exclusivedistributor of Toyota and Yamaha vehicles in eleven leading provinces, parts of centraland eastern Indonesia. Tight competition is mainly happening on Yamaha and Hondafor the top spot. Yamaha motorcycle sales growth in December increased compared toHonda. Therefore, researchers who are interested in taking the title of the research are:"The influence of marketing mix to the decision of Yamaha motorcycle buyer in PTHasjrat Abadi Marketing mix is a combination of four variables or activity which is thecore of marketing company System: product, price, And distribution system (Assauri,2011.) According to Schifman and Kanuk (2007) the decision is the selection of two ormore alternative options In other words, alternative choice must be available to aperson When making a decision Based on the results of research on the product testobtained value (0.00) , The price has value (0,048), whereas place value (0,023) andpromotion is (0,001), the bias is said that all the variables are significant The discussioncan be summarized as follows: Products are partially positive and significantlyinfluence the decision of buyer motor Yamaha in PT Hasjrat Abadi Manado, theproduct is variable te Which affect buyer decisions. Abstract

Abstract PT. Bank Mandiri Branch Office Dotulolong lasut Manado realized that to stimulate customer loyalty, then the sale becomes important in influencing the loyalty of its customers. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between customer loyalty promotion with the PT. Bank Mandiri Branch Office Dotulolong Lasut Manado. The method used in this research is quantitative method associative approach and datasource are customers of PT. Bank Mandiri Branch Office Dotulolong Lasut Manado. The result showed that, there is a significant relationship between promotion with customer loyalty in the PT. Bank Mandiri Branch Office Dotulolong Lasut Manado, where the relationship is detected at r = 0.73 .Perhitungan KP detected that the factors determining the sale of 52.8% Changes in customer loyalty factor while 42.8% Changes in customer loyalty determined other factors. It is recommended that PT Bank Mandiri Branch Office Manado keep doing promotion to continue to stimulate the customer so that it can improve their Clients Loyalty. This also will affect postitif not only short term but also for the long term. Keywords: Promotion, Customer Loyalty.

PT. Wenang Permai Sentosa continues to create innovations and growth forcorporate excellence. In connection with it is important for PT. Wenang PermaiSentosa to continue to maintain the progress and excellence of his company bycreating organizational culture to be the basis, value and guidance for its employees(HR) which is as the main driver of the company in achieving business goals andprofitability. With strong organizational culture owned by employees then thecompany will continue to grow and survive. In general, the results of the analysisstates strongly agree to organizational culture and performance variables. This statesthe influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT.Wenang Permai Sentosa is at a good level. With analysis test proved thatOrganizational Culture have positive effect on Employee Performance so thathypothesis accepted. So with the results of the authors concluded the factors thatmake the organizational culture effect on employee performance that employees havea commitment in the company and can work well with a team and understand whatthe company goals. The better the organization culture the employee has, the higherthe employee's performance. Abstract

Marketing practices are constantly being upgraded and updated to improve the chances of success for a company. Good marketing can’t be separated from the level of products and prices offered to consumers, products are varied and affordable prices will provide a distinct advantage for companies engaged in the field of trade because this will provide a boost to consumers to take a repeat action in the company. This study aims to determine whether the effect of completeness of products and prices on the repurchase of consumers at Freshmart Bahu Manado. The method used is quantitative research method, by taking sample members as much as 60 respondents by using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there is a significant influence on the level of product and price to consumer buyback seen from the results of multiple regression tests and correlation coefficient test results. So the hypothesis states there exists the effect of product and price on consumer buyback is acceptable. with the conclusion that the better the quality of the product and the price offered will be the higher level of repurchase of the consumer, as well as the lower the product and the price offered, the lower the repurchase rate of the consumer. Keywords: Products, Price and Consumer Buyback

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of price, product, and promotion of the Consumer Loyalty. Data were obtained through interviews with the owners of the company and distributing questionnaires to 60 consumers. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis approach. The results showed Price, Product, and Promotion jointly affect the Consumer Loyalty. However, prices partially greater influence on Consumer Loyalty compared with the Product and Promotion. Therefore, to increase customer loyalty Big Jay Family Karaoke, it is necessary to implement appropriate marketing strategies according to customer requirements.
