Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation to employee performance State Savings Bank, Tbk Manado. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach with tools simple correlation and regression analysis, to test the level of relationship and influence that occurs between the variable compensation with employee performance. Results indicate compensation linked to employee performance as evidenced by the coefficient of determination of 0.619. The performance of the employees affected by the compensation of 61.9%, and there are 38.1% is determined by other factors. We hope this research can be used as a reference in subsequent research by developing a variety of other variables related to human resources management.Keywords: Compensation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Everyone has the potential to run entrepreneurship. Moreover, if the social environment supportive of individuals who have the potential to implement a business idea into a business which is in fact there. However, only those who have personality characteristics that can be creative and innovative in carrying out the activities of entrepreneurial success. To run a business, often times individuals who have the same perspective in the business of similar form business group.This study aims to determine the entrepreneurial capacity of an existing group in the community Sonder Minahasa. Sonder communities selected as demonstrated track record since the Dutch colonial era businesses that they are tenacious and diligent in carrying out business activities. The study population was a sub-district community S onder who have entrepreneurial activity. While the samples are 68 businesses that are members of the business group in the village Ask this one. The analysis in this study using non-parametric statistics, while data collection is done through questionnaires, interviews and focus group discussions.The results showed the majority of respondents found the family economy to develop entrepreneurship is the best option, however, there are obstacles in developing the business in which more than fifty percent of the respondents have not made a good business plan, more than eighty percent of respondents stated capital as a key factor hamper business development, product marketing is often not smooth, and the price of raw materials continues to increase. The majority of respondents have not completed the training in entrepreneurship, rate high enough courage to take risks, understanding to utilize available natural resources around them pretty good environment, capital is a major constraint that is quite a big role in the success and failure in development business.To satisfy their curiosity about effective entrepreneurship need to be facilitated with training, guidance and assistance should be in the business in order to develop an entrepreneurial spirit can be realized, the courage to take a high risk should be directed to positive business activities, and socialization needs of financial institutions about the procedure to obtain capital work for all businesses.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine employee perceptions of business ethics, ethical implementation and local cultural values by employees. Data were obtained from 92 respondents by using questionnaires at nominal scale, which were analyzed using nonparametric statistics. The results showed that employee perception about business ethics is very good because the majority of respondents gave a positive answer on the indicators tested in the range of numbers 73% to 98%. The implementation of binsis ethics in air transport services company is quite good because of lack of complaints from customers. While the impact of local cultural values on ethical behavior is relatively less visible because the strategy and business policy set from the head office. Therefore, knowledge and understanding of employee business ethics need to be improved, as well as the availability of ethical guidebooks for the implementation of business ethics to be easily realized, and local cultural values need to be integrated with organizational business practices

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of spiritual leadership to ethical behavior, quality of work life, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee performance. The sample in this study was 160 employees working at the Bank of North Sillawesi. Structural Equation Modeling was used as a tool of analysis in this study. The results showed that spiritual leadership had significant influence directly to ethical behavior, but no significant effect on the quality of work life, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee performance. Ethical behavior has a direct significant effect on the quality of working life, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment, and indirectly significant effect on employee performance. Quality of work life has a significant direct effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee performance. Job satisfaction has a direct significant effect on organizational commitment and indirectly has a significant effect on the perforrnance of employees. Organizational commitment has a direct significant effect on the performance of the employee. The findings in this study are the spiritual leadership affects the quality of work life, job satisfaction and organizational commitment through ethical behavior. Spiritual leadership affects the performance of employees through ethical behavior and organizational commitment. Ethical behavior influences employee performance through organizational commitment, and job satisfaction influence on employee performance through organizational commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh altruisme, pemaafan, sifat kepribadian dan kebahagiaan pada narapidana bebas bersyarat di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Besar sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 145 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling dengan pendekatan Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa altruisme berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pemaafan, demikian juga altruisme berpengaruh positif terhadap sifat kepribadian, sedangkan untuk variabel altruisme berpengaruh positif terhadap kebahagiaan. Selain itu, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa pemaafan berkorelasi secara signifikan dengan sifat kepribadian dan bahwa trait kepribadian berkorelasi dengan kebahagiaan. Juga ditemukan bahwa altruisme ditemukan terkait dengan kebahagiaan melalui ciri-ciri kepribadian. Sedangkan pemaafan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebahagiaan dan altruisme tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebahagiaan melalui pemaafan narapidana bebas bersyarat di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara.

Abstract

Tata kelola keuangan merupakan salah faktor yang penting dalam aktivitas kehidupan keluarga. Setiap anggota keluarga khususnya ibu-ibu rumah tangga diharapkan memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam mengelola keuangan keluarga karena sering diidentikan sebagai bendahara. Peran ibu sebagai bendahara dituntut memiliki kemampuan yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan anggota keluarga lain dalam mengelola keuangan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode: penyuluhan, diskusi dan post test. Hasilnya mengindikasikan bahwa anggota WKI GMIM Zaitun Karombasan-Ranotana Weru pada umumnya belum pernah mengikuti penyuluhan yang berhubungan dengan tata kelola keuangan keluarga, namun memiliki sikap positif terhadap perencanaan keuangan. Tidak semua membuat perencanaan keuangan bahkan hanya sebagian kecil yang membuat catatan atau pembukuan penggunaan keuangan keluarga. Untuk mengembangkan ekonomi keluarga pada umumnya memilih untuk berwirausaha karena didukung dengan karakter yang berani mengambil resiko dan bersedia membuka usaha baru serta menciptakan produk baru. Kendala utama membuka usaha disebabkan kurangnya modal. Untuk kegiatan arisan, umumnya menyatakan bersedia mengikuti aturan yang ditetapkan pengurus dan mendukung diterapkan etika dalam interaksi dengan anggota lainnya. Dalam kenyataan cukup banyak ibu-ibu yang punya pengalaman yang kurang menyenangkan dengan pengembalian arisan. Untuk mengakomodir kebutuhan ibu-ibu peserta pengabdian dalam mengembangkan ekonomi keluarga, maka perlu melakukan pelatihan kewirausahaan, akuntansi sederhana dan akses mendapatkan modal usaha dari lembaga keuangan. Supaya dapat menjadi kenyataan, maka perlu membangun kemitraan dengan instansi tehnis dan lembaga keuangan yang relevan.

Abstract

The most important resource in an organization is human resource. Human resources isthe most important factor for the effectiveness of the organization, because of their behavior in the longterm will facilitate or hinder the achievement of organizational goals. Those people in the organizationprovide power, talent, creativity and effort to the organization. Mutations are changes positions, places,work both horizontally and vertically (promotion or demotion) in an organization.Mutation is the one tool that is used to determine whether it can improve work performance ornot in order to achieve the desired level of success of the organization. Job performance is the result of thequality and quantity of work achieved by an employee or employees in carrying out their duties inaccordance woth the responsibilities assigned to him. The study aims to determine whether there is anyeffect of the mutation on the performance of employees.The data obtained in this study is through observation, interviews, and dissemination kuisioner to45 officers with an overview of the respondents are included characteristics consisting of age, gender,length of service and education last. In this study using simple correlation analysis approach and a simplelinear regression.From the research conducted, found no effect of the mutation on work performance. Thereforeagencies or organizations should pay attention to things that include the performance of a mutation that,employee may continue to develop for the betterment of the organization on for the betterment of theorganization or for employees.Keywords : Mutation , Work Performance

Abstract

Abstract .This study was conducted to determine the effect of Worklife Balance and Compensation for Employee Performance at PT PLN (Persero) Area Manado.Based on the results of the study states that Worklife Balance employees get a fairly good value, employee satisfaction in achieving harmony between the responsibilities in private life, and the responsibilities of work is urgently needed so that employees can work better, Compensation of employees received value very good, with a proper compensation system can further optimize the performance of employees due to direct impact for employees, Worklife Balance and Compensation together influence Employee Performance by 55.2%, compensation more dominant.It can be concluded that the Worklife Balance and Compensation affects Employee Performance of PT PLN (Persero) Area Manado partially and simultaneously. Recommendations for Human Resource Management is to continue maintaining the system of compensation and attention to the intensity of management policies for employees in order to achieve balancing between work and private life so that Employee Performancewill increasing andCompany goals can be achieved.Keywords: Worklife Balance, Compensation, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract. In Running an enterprise activity need to make an assessment (evaluation) of the implementation of programs that have been developed human resources in achieving overall corporate objectives to ensure that the functions of the human resources (HR) has been running and contributing to better achievement in the company's success. Therefore, companies require an audit to assess whether the management of the programs and activities of the HR function is in conformity with the effort in achieving corporate goals. This study aims to determine, describe and explain the Influence of Human Resource Audit on Employee Performance at PT. Sanggar Laut Manado. Variables examined in this study are the Human Resource Audit as Independent Variables and Employee Performance as a Dependent Variable. In this study involving all employees who are 40 employees as respondents. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained from the questionnaires and interviews. For Audit Human Resources on Employee Performance, the author uses descriptive quantitative method, Spearman rank correlation, coefficient of determination analysis, and test results is done manually and using SPSS. Based on the statistical analysis of the results are as follows: Hypothesis Testing results indicate that the Human Resource Audit influence on employee performance. of these findings it can be concluded that the study results were declared "Human Resource Audit Significant effect on Employee Performance at PT.
