Abstract

To improve the performance of the employees, each company would require the human resource potential. Therefore various ways done by thecompany to determine the factors that cause an increase or decrease in EmployeePerformance. In this case, there are two factors that have been observed byresearchers, namely: leadership style and motivation. This study aims todetermine the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee performance.The data obtained in this study wa sthrough interviews with the company as wellas distributing questionnaires to 80 employees, and use a Correlation CoefficientAnalysis and Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed Leadership Styleand Motivation jointly influence on employee performance. However,in this studyMotivation is a major impact on employee performance compared withLeadership Styles.Keywords: Leadership Style, Motivation, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Upaya peningkatan daya guna dan hasil guna bantuan pembangunan desa telah mendorong bahkan menggerakan swadaya gotong royong serta menumbuhkan otoaktivitas masyarakat dalam pembangunan desa. Bantuan ini sangat penting dan bermanfaat untuk pembangunan termasuk di Sulawesi Utara, khususnya desa-desa di Kecamatan Tareran Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Ternyata rangsangan riil telah membawa dampak positif bagi masyarakat desa, terutama dalam hal memobilisasi potensi desa, seperti dana, tenaga, dan pikiran yang dimiliki masyarakat.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis variabel dana bantuan, peran camat, partisipasi masyarakat, dan pembangunan desa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan tergolong pada penelitian survei. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di wilayah Kecamatan Tareran Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data primer dgunakan alat, yaitu pertanyaan. Cara pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden dan teknik wawancara di setiap desa yang telah ditentukan,sedangkan untuk data sekunder diambil melalui dokumen atau informasi dari kantor terkait. Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara dana bantuan dan pembangunan desa digunakan teknik analisis Chi Quadrat, dan untuk mengukur besarnya derajat hubungan antara variabel digunakan rumus Koefisien Kontingensi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa faktor bantuan desa dan pembangunan desa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan. Setelah dihitung dari persentase bantuan desa,ternyata lebih banyak menilai baik atau memilih adanya manfaat terhadap pembangunan desa. Demikian juga, adanya derajat hubungan antara pembangunan desa dan peran camat setelah dihitung nilai maksimum koefisiensi kontingensi. Pada hakikatnya bantuan desa dengan pelaksanaan pembangunan desa mempunyai hubungan yang erat. Jadi, jika bantuan desa meningkat maka kualitas pembangunan desa pun akan meningkat.Kata kunci: bantuan desa, pembangunan desa

Abstract

Pengetahuan dianggap sebagai salah satu aset penting dalam perusahaan, karena dengan pengetahuan perusahaan dapat mengetahui bagaimana kondisi lingkungan perusahaan saat ini, dan memperkirakan bagaimana lingkungan tersebut akan berubah serta bagaimana mengantisipasi dan memanfaatkan perubahan tersebut. Namun, banyak perusahaan belum mengetahui bagaimana memperoleh, mengelola, dan memanfaatkan pengetahuan-pengetahuan yang ada untuk kepentingan perusahaan. Dalam membangun suatu learning organization, dibutuhkan komitmen dan kesediaan para anggota organisasi untuk terus-menerus belajar dan berubah sesuai dengan perubahan lingkungan, dan hal ini dapat ditunjang oleh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasankKerja. 2) menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh learning organization terhadap kepuasan kerja. Lokasi penelitian di Kota Bitung yang terdiri dari 3 Lokasi/Perusahaan Minyak Goreng yaitu: 1) PT. Bimoli, 2) PT. Multi Nabati Sulawesi, dan 3) PT. Agro Makmur Jaya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 125 responden. Untuk menentukan sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian, digunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Data yang telah dijaring dengan kuesioner kemudian diberi nilai dan ditabulasikan untuk selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh epemimpinan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan learning organization berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study aimed "to determine the influence of the BI Rate to Return On Assets (ROA) at Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk". This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. The data used in this research is secondary data by source and by the dimension of time using time series data (time series). In this study, the time series of data used is the data on a monthly basis in the period January 2013 s / d December 2015. The data collected were then analyzed by applying descriptive statistical analysis techniques and simple regression analysis and correlation of product moment.The results of the study were presented as follows: (1) that in the study period, the variable BI rate positive and significant impact on Return On Asset (ROA). (2) that the increase in ROA of 12.4% co-determined or influenced by the BI rate, while the remaining 87.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Thus, it can be concluded that the hypothesis which states "It is believed that the BI Rate effect on Return On Assets (ROA) PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk "validity can be tested empirically, as well as justify terori-the underlying theory.To optimize the reception ROA at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, required government policies, especially Bank Indonesia to control the value of BI-Rate effective and competitive so as to stimulate the real sector thus encouraging the proper functioning of banks as financial services, which in turn will increase the ROA of the bank itself.Keywords: BI-Rate, Return on Assets, Bank Mandiri.

Abstract

We know that every company aims to survive and thrive. Goals can be achieved throughefforts to maintain and even increase profits. Profits can only be achieved if the companycan maintain and increase the sales volume of goods and services sold. The purpose of thisstudy is to determine the effect of lending rates to consumers. The interest rate is the priceof the use of money or loan services or can also be viewed as rent or use of certain termmoney. And the consumer is any user of goods / services available in the community eitherfor their own interests, family, or other living creatures. The type of research used in thisstudy is quantitative research. Based on the results of research on PT.Tridjaya MuliaSuccess when the money or the amount of money is greater than the amount of moneyneeded then the price of goods or services will tend to rise and vice versa. Abstract

The existence of competition between automotive products between companies impact on the determination of competitive prices and affordable by consumers to encourage increased sales volume. Thus, this study aims "to determine the effect of price on car sales volume Xenia at PT. Astra Daihatsu Tbk Malalayang Branch of Manado City ". This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach, then applied percentage analysis and for hypothesis testing applied simple linear regression analysis technique and product moment correlation The results of this study indicate that (1) the price level of Xenia cars varies according to the type and size / model of the vehicle, then each year increases the price by an average of 4.9%, while the sales volume decreases from year to year. The decline in the level of sales volume, in addition influenced by factors of price increases, is also caused by the replacement of vehicle type. (2). The result of hypothesis test shows that between price and sales volume have relationship relation and influence that its contribute and very significant, but negative linear pattern. This means that if the price is raised to a certain level, it will result in a decrease in sales volume of Xenia Cars. Keywords: Price, Sales Volume, Xenia car

Abstract

The background of this research indicates that the low organizationalcommitment of employees affects that the low performance of work, so theproblem studied in this research is: How big influence OrganizationalCommitment to Employee Work Achievement at PT. Permodalan NasionalMadani (Persero) Branch ManadoEmployee commitment to the organizationshown by employee characteristics is (1) employees are more concerned withpersonal interests than the company's interest in completing the target work,where employees are more focused on personal issues. (2) less maximize thecontribution of his work as part of the organization as a whole in carrying outits duties and obligations; (3) lackof cooperation among employees in solvingthe problem. This shows that the low organizational commitment of employeesresulted in the likelihood of job performance at PT. Permodalan NasionalMadani (Persero) Branch Manado, so the higher one's commitment to the taskthe higher the performance will be generated. In this research the method usedis quantitative method, by using correlation analysis approach and simple linearregression with data analysis technique used is Pearson Product MomentCorrelation Analysis (PPM). Based on the calculation of Pearson ProductMoment correlation, organizational commitment contributed 97.6% while theremaining 2.4% was a contribution from other variables. And there is asignificant influence between Organizational Commitment to EmployeePerformance at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Branch Manado.While the calculation results of simple linear regression analysis with the resultfhitung ≥ ftabel, or 2787.82 ≥ 2.05, thus reject Ho, which means a significanteffect. This means that Organizational Commitment has a significant andlinearly influence on Employee Work Performance at PT. PermodalanNasional Madani (Persero) Branch Manado. There is a significant influencebetween organizational commitment employees affect the performance of workat PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Branch Manado. It isrecommended to always pay attention to employee performance for theeffectiveness and efficiency of PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero)Manado Branch, so as to maintain its reputation as one of the reliable and trustworthy capital business entities.Keywords : Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT : Maintaining the company's survival in the midst of economic uncertainty and global competition is essential. Companies should conduct an analysis of its financial performance in order to still be able to monitor the state of the company to avoid losses even bankruptcy that threatens the survival of the company. This research aims to analyze the potential bankruptcy of the company by using Altman’s Z-Score method that specifically demonstrate the potential bankruptcy of the company where there are three circumstances, those are safe zone, grey zone, and distress zone. The samples are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013-2015 with sampling purposive technique. The result showed there are two companies in safe zone, one company in grey zone, 18 companies in distress zone, and 10 companies in different zone from year to year. It can be concluded, about 58% of a total sample are in distress zone, so the companies have to immediately find solution in order to prevent the bankruptcy, like do merger.
