Abstract

Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) has altered the way of live of worldwide society including in Indonesia. Education has become one of the affected sectors ruquiring a change on its system from direct to distance teaching through online platforms. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of online learning during Covid-19 in Senior High School Palangka Raya on 2019/2020 period. This descriptive quantitative used in this study was a survey methods take by online platfrom and analyzed descriptively. The result showed that online Physical Education Health and Sport are effectively implemented. The most convenient appplication used by students is google classroom with indiviual task and multiple choice as easier task to understood. The lack of this online methods faced by sttudents are internet network problems

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi dan perubahan gaya hidup menyebabkan perubahan perilaku. Kemajuan teknologi memberikan dampak membatasi aktivitas fisik. Masyarakat khususnya anak-anak sebagai masa depan bangsa memiliki keterbatasan pengetahuan gerakan masyarakat sehat terutama pentingnya melakukan aktivitas fisik. Anak-anak pada umumnya lebih banyak bermain dalam dunia digital menggunakan smartphone daripada bermain yang melibatkan gerakan fisik bersama teman-teman. Kondisi tersebut dapat beresiko terjadinya penyakit tidak menular sehingga perlu dicegah melalui gerakan masyarakat hidup sehat atau di kenal dengan sebutan germas. Kegiatan bertujuan memberikan informasi tentang gerakan masyarakat sehat pada anak-anak. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah sosialisasi gerakan masyarakat sehat melalui permainan, dilakukan di alam terbuka sehingga memungkinkan gerakan atau aktivitas sebagai salah satu perwujudan germas. Target luaran kegiatan adalah peningkatan pengetahuan tentang gerakan masyarakat sehat. Metode kegiatan adalah memberikan edukasi melalui permainan ular tangga sekaligus mempraktikkan salah satu komponen germas yaitu melakukan aktivitas fisik. Pelaksanaan kegiatan di Taman Pasuk Kameloh Palangka Raya pada hari minggu sehingga edukasi juga diketahui oleh keluarga yang nantinya dapat membantu pengawasan pelaksanaan germas di rumah, sekolah maupun tempat bermain. Informasi yang disampaikan dengan cara menarik diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penerapan gerakan masyarakat sehat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the administrative activities of the Physical Education teacher learning program during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Watershed School (DAS). This research is descriptive research. This research was conducted at MI Mutiara Insan Palangka Raya. Data collection techniques used interview techniques, namely through direct question and answer with school residents, namely school principals and physical education teachers. The data analysis techniques in this study are as follows: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) data verification and (4) drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the implementation of PJOK learning at MI Mutiara Insan PalangkaRaya is still being carried out despite the COVID-19 pandemic. In its implementation there are slight differences, from the usual face-to-face meetings turning into online learning at home by utilizing technology to break the chain of the spread of COVID-19. The teacher also adjusts the learning implementation plan to current conditions and according to instructions from the local education office. In delivering the material, the teacher uses the whatsapp group application because it is easy to use so that learning can run effectively. On indicators of assessment or evaluation of learning, teachers can only make assessments from the cognitive (knowledge) domain, cannot make assessments from the affective (attitude) and psychomotor (skills) domains.
