Abstract

This research aims to find out how much motivation and work experience influence on employee productivity, the population in this study is all employees on cv. Citra Proteksindo Jambi City. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test, R². The results of the study show that Motivation and Work experience simultaneously affect employee productivity, and partially motivation has no effect on employee productivity while work experience affects employee productivity.

Abstract

This research aims toaanalyze the causal relationshipbbetween several variables including economiccgrowth using the value of PDRB at constant prices, the variable humanndevelopment index (HDI) and capitaleexpenditures in Jambi Province during 2010-2020 period. The data used in this research is secondary data with a database obtained from BPS Jambi Province and Regional Financial Statistics Jambi Province. The method used in this research is the Granger causality analysis method, which was previously tested using unit roots and cointegration methods to see the long-termrrelationship betweenrresearch variables. The results showed that there was a long-term relationship between the research variables. Economic growth has a one-way causal relationship with HDI. Economic growth increases the supply of resources needed for human development which in turn will encourage better human development. The capital expenditure variable has a one-way causal relationship with the economic growth variables. The allocation of capital for the implementation of various community economic activities and become an economic stimulus in Jambi Province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, independence, integrity, accountability and professionalism on audit quality in local government at the inspectorate of Jambi Province. Several previous studies regarding audit quality show different results. Therefore, other research needs to be done to retest the theory about audit quality. The independent variables in this study are Competence, Independence, Integrity, Accountability and Professionalism. For the dependent variable in this study is audit quality. This research was conducted at the Inspectorate Office of Jambi Province. The data in this study were primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires directly to the Inspectorate Office of Jambi Province. The results of this study partially show that the characteristics of independence and integrity, while competence, accountability, professionalism have no effect on audit quality. The results of this study simultaneously influence audit quality

Abstract

This paper analyzes the factors that influence poverty by using panel data from districts/cities in Jambi Province which are presented from 2010-2020. The results of the study used a fixed effect model approach which resulted in per capita expenditure and population which had a significant influence on the number of poor people in districts/cities in Jambi Province. Meanwhile, the variables of economic growth, human development index and labor force do not have a significant effect on poverty in districts/cities in the Jambi Province. Variable relationships are interrelated between districts/cities. The increase in poverty in Batanghari Regency is due to the relationship with the economic conditions of Jambi City with a strong category of 79.40 percent. The decrease in poverty in Bungo Regency is related to the condition of the Sarolangun Regency area with a large correlation of -67.90 percent with a strong category. The increase in poverty in Kerinci Regency is due to the regional linkage of Jambi City with a large correlation of 89.10 percent, a very strong relationship category. For Sungai Penuh City, the increase in poverty is due to the condition of the Jambi City area with a correlation of 65.40 percent in the strong category. For Merangin Regency, the increase in poverty is due to the relationship with regional conditions in Tebo Regency with a large correlation of 95.80 percent in a very strong category. The increase in poverty in Muaro Jambi Regency is related to regional conditions in Batanghari Regency with a large correlation of 72.60 percent in the strong category. The increase in poverty in Tanjabbar Regency is related to the condition of the Tebo Regency area with a correlation of 96.60 percent, the category is very strong. And for the increase in poverty in Tanjabtim Regency, it is related to the condition of the Tanjabbar Regency area with a large correlation of 84.90 percent, the category is very strong.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze how much influence the APBD has on the Human Development Index (HDI) and economic growth. The data used in this research are Kerinci Regency APBD data, HDI and economic growth for the 2013-2022 period obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The method used is descriptive quantitative using a simple linear regression analysis tool. The results of this research show that the APBD has a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index (HDI) and economic growth in Kerinci Regency during the 2013-2022 period.
