Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the impact of  labor force, domestic labour wages, and infrastructure to foreign direct investment through BPMD Central Java. Data used in this study is secondary data and the analysis techniques used in this study is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis, F-test for simultaneously testing and t-test for partial testing. Results of data analysis showed simultaneously labor force, domestic labour wages, and infrastructure that had significant effect on foreign direct investment in Central Jawa. Ftest results show that the significant value 0.000<0.05 of significance level with a coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) of 0.777, which means that the variable labor force, domestic labour wages, and infrastructure contribution amounting to 77,7%. The remaining 22,3% was explained by other variables. After the data were analyzed by SPSS 16 the equation of Y = 496926.173 + 0.377X1 + 0.135X2 - 21.5107X3 was founded. Partially, the labor force have positive and not significant impact to foreign direct investment in Central Java, the domestic labour wages have positive and significant impact to foreign direct investment in Central Java, and infrastructure have negative and significant impact to foreign direct investment in Central Java.

Abstract

This study aims to design an improvement in the Supply Chain Management using the ERP Odoo application. This research starts from conducting field studies on the research object, designing the required system, prototyping, testing, and implementation. The methodology used is RND Borg and Gall Method approach to reach the right model in making business models for reengineering ERP implementation in small and medium enterprises. As a result, the business processes create using Odoo, is way more efficient because all business activities can be integrated with each other so that there is an automation of changing the working status of the product so there is no need to check manually. Finally, testing has been done to see how well the system is.

Abstract

PT Karya Megah Indowood is a company engaged in veneer manufacturing. The company does not utilize renewable technology to create a system that can assist the company in managing its operations. By not using adequate technology, the company takes more time for its administrative activities, thus affecting the company's productivity. The lack of technology and integrated management systems also leads to a lack of efficiency in inventory management, distribution, and internal communication, hindering the company's growth. It is expected that an integrated technology system can assist the company in increasing its productivity. The problems faced by the company can be improved through the implementation of technology in the Supply Chain Management process and Enterprise Resource Planning using the odoo system. The use of Purchase, Inventory, Sales, and CRM modules is an application in odoo that is applied to purchase goods, check inventory, and strengthen the company's relationship with customers at PT Karya Megah Indowood so that the company's productivity will increase.

Abstract

The perception gap between customer expectations and the quality of service received is a profound challenge for a business. This gap can arise when customers have high expectations for services, but the quality provided by the business does not reach or exceed expectations. This study aims to control service quality at PT Taspen (Persero) KCU Semarang by providing recommendations or proposals using the statistical quality control (SQC) method approach as a statistical tool to improve customer satisfaction. With data collection techniques used are inspection sheets, histograms, P - control charts, pareto diagrams, flow charts, cause - effect diagrams and proposed improvements based on cause - effect diagrams. The respondents obtained were 84 respondents, so the calculations and analyses produced were the number of complaints in January, February, March, April as many as 56 complaints, with the types of facility complaints of 44.64%, service reliability complaints of 21.43%, employee responsiveness complaints of 10.71%, problem solving complaints of 10.71%, and empathy complaints of 12.50% with doinan causal factors are human factors, method factors, and material factors. Gap persepsi antara harapan pelanggan dan kualitas pelayanan yang diterima menjadi tantangan mendalam bagi suatu bisnis. Kesenjangan ini dapat muncul ketika pelanggan memiliki harapan yang tinggi terhadap pelayanan, namun kualitas yang diberikan oleh bisnis tidak mencapai atau melebihi ekspektasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengendalikan kualitas pelayanan pada PT Taspen (Persero) KCU Semarang dengan memberikan rekomendasi atau usulan menggunakan pendekatan metode statistical quality control (SQC) sebagai alat statistik untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar pemeriksaan, histogram, P – chart control, diagram pareto, diagram alur, diagram sebab – akibat dan usulan perbaikan berdasarkan diagram sebab – akibat. Responden yang diperoleh adalah sebanyak 84 responden, maka perhitungan dan analisis yang dihasilkan adalah jumlah komplain pada Bulan Januari, Februari, Maret, April sebanyak 56 komplain, dengan jenis komplain fasilitas sebesar 44.64%, komplain kehandalan pelayanan sebesar 21.43%, komplain daya tanggap pegawai sebesar 10.71%, komplain penyelesaian masalah sebesar 10.71%, dan komplain empati sebesar 12.50% dengan faktor penyebab yang doinan adalah faktor manusia, faktor metode, dan faktor material.
