Abstract

Not achieving job targets at the Company is caused by non optimal performance of Human Resources at the Company. This research aims to design a model for improving human resource performance through an analysis of the influence of teamwork, knowledge sharing, and innovation capability. In addition, it aims to describe and analyze leader supervision support to moderate the effect of innovation capability on improving Human Resource Performance. The Research was conducted using survey method that is distributing questionnaires to the aftersales employees of PT. Nasmoco Semarang. Hypothesis testing through multiple regression analysis was performed using Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS). The results of the analysis show that teamwork, knowledge sharing, and innovation capability have a positive effect on human resource performance. In addition, leader supervision support moderates the influence of innovation capability on improving human resource performance. The empirical findings indicate that in order to improve human resources performance, leader supervision support is needed to moderate innovation capability towards the human resource performance improvement model design

Abstract

In this millennial era, we often hear the term of sandwich generation. Therefore, they are required to be able to manage their finance very well, so that all needs can be met. Not only for the sandwich generation, everyone should be able to manage their finance well to achieve financial freedom. There are various ways fo managing finance today, for examples using financial technology (FT), using financial education and being directly involved in financial activities (FC). In addition, spiritual intelligence (SI) or an attitude of self-introspection and self-control is also needed to maximized personal financial management. This study aims to find out how to improve personal financial management through FT, FC, and SI factors. The samples are 100 people in productive age who lived in Central Java. The data collection method used a combination of accidental and purposive sampling. Research questionnaires distributing through social media then analized using SEM PLS. The result show that FT and SI have an effect on PFM. It means that the perceived usefulness and perceive ease of use of using FT, self-introspection and self-control can affect a person’s ability to manage their finance. SI also has a quasi or partial indirect effect on PFM. However, FC have no effect on PFM and SI. Direct involvement in financial activities doesn’t affect a person’s ability to manage their finances. It also doesn’t affect the attitude of self-introspection and self-control. This shows that direct involvement in financial activities doesn’t guarantee a person’s ability to manage their finances

Abstract

Meningkatnya kasus Pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia serta kebijakan pemerintah melalui Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) sangat berpengaruh terhadap kondisi ekonomi UMKM. Mitra kegiatan pengabdian adalah Komunitas Petani Tanaman Hias dusun Tarukan, Bandungan, kabupaten Semarang yang berjumlah 24 kelompok usaha. Selama ini Petani Tanaman Hias melakukan pengelolaan produksi dan promosi yang sangat sederhana serta hanya mengandalkan pengunjung dari luar kota untuk berkunjung di wisata Gedong Songo. Saat ini tingkat penjualan menurun drastis, bahkan permintaan tanaman hias dan jasa pembuatan taman hanya terjadi satu kali bahkan tidak sama sekali. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan digital marketing dan memberikan satu set peralatan tepat guna untuk mendukung Kaizen Production. Kegiatan dimulai dari survey bulan September 2021, kemudian pelaksanaan sosialisasi pada bulan November 2021. Sistem Integrated Digital Marketing dilakukan dengan integrasi berbagai aplikasi sosial media melalui informasi lokasi bisnis di google bisnisku, memperluas jangkauan pelanggan melalui media Facebook dan Instagram, serta kemudahan dalam proses pemesanan dan komunikasi di Whatsapp Business. Melalui strategi tersebut informasi produk jasa yang ditawarkan menjadi lebih luas dan menjangkau pelanggan berbagai provinsi di Indonesia. Luaran kegiatan ini adalah Kelompok petani tanaman hias dusun tarukan bandungan memiliki peralatan tepat guna, serta strategi pemasaran yang tepat melalui media online digital marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain the latest insights on various issues of Knowledge sharing and Organizational Learning variables to increase Employee Performance of SMEs. The sample was obtained through purposive sampling technique as many as 101 respondents spread over various areas in Semarang. The research technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the Partial Least Square (PLS) program. Other variables obtained from 101 respondents are name, age, gender, last education, SME identity, age when SMEs have operated, and domicile address. Filling out this questionnaire will take at least 20 minutes. The age range varies from less than 30 years old to a maximum age of 50 years. 85% who participated in this questionnaire were women, while the remaining 15% were men. Educational Background 40% are Bachelors and diplomas from universities, while the rest have equivalent high school backgrounds. The results of the study can explain the positive effect of the Knowledge Sharing variable on the increase in Organizational Learning by 41.9%, and the positive influence of the Knowledge Sharing variable on the increase in Employee Performance by 55.8%, and both have P-values < 0.05, namely 0.000 and 0.012. Knowledge Sharing (KS) has a positive effect on Employee Performance (EP) through Organizational Learning (OL) mediation, the significance of which is 0.000 or <0.05 with a quasi-mediating

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 di Indonesia sangat berpengaruh terhadap kondisi ekonomi UMKM. Mitra kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah umkm makanan kecil khas daerah sentra industri Brem Wonogiri desa Ngadiripo, kKabupaten Wonogiri. Penjualan umkm Brem Wonogiri saat ini hanya mengandalkan dari pedagang perantara dan pelanggan yang langsung berkunjung di rumah produksi. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu mitra memperluas target pemasaran dan langsung ke end user yaitu dengan pengelolaan jual beli secara online (digital marketing). Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan memberikan peralatan lengkap dan pelatihan pengelolaan Integrated digital marketing serta melakukan kaizen dalam hal pengembangan strategi pemasaran. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini meliputi (1) Menciptakan logo dan promosi produk sebagai branding produk sesuai karakteristik UMKM; (2) Menciptakan perangkat Integrated Digital Marketing yaitu Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp business, dan Shopee; (3) Pengadaan instrument peralatan integrated digital marketing; (4) Mitra memiliki legalitas usaha berupa Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB); (5) Mitra memiliki kemampuan strategi pemasaran dan mampu mengelola pemasaran berbasis digital. Keseluruhan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat memberikan pengaruh positif kepada mitra sentra industri brem wonogiri sebagai upaya pemulihan pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat setelah pandemi Covid-19 berakhir.

Abstract

Technological advances and developments have helped many entrepreneurs to improve their businesses. Business processes that were originally carried out manually have been replaced by computerized-based automated management. One application of technology in the business world is the use of ERP software. Many companies use ERP software to integrate data between departments. One company that implements ERP software is CV Dext Jaya Sentosa. Implementation of ERP software at this company includes the process of supplying goods from vendors, recording cashiers, and managing customers. The ERP software used is Odoo with the modules used namely Purchase, Point of Sale (POS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Odoo was chosen for this implementation because this software is open source and free to use but with certain conditions. The application of Odoo begins with planning the company's needs, which is then carried out by making a system design. All results of implementing Odoo in this company are then determined by comparing the activities before and after the use of this software. The application of the Purchase Management, Point of Sales, and CRM modules is able to meet the business needs of CV Dext Jaya Sentosa.

Abstract

Desa Ngadikerso yang terletak di kabupaten Wonosobo merupakan daerah dengan fokus pengembangan pada sektor pertanian terutama agroindustri berbasis potensi lokal. Salah satunya yaitu kerupuk krecek salome yang berbahan dasar singkong. Pengelolaan usaha krecek Salome yang dijalankan oleh bapak Misyanto dilakukan secara konvensional, baik dari aspek produksi maupun manajemen, sehingga, membuat produktifitas, kuantitas maupun kualitas produk yang dihasilkan kurang optimal. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah adalah untuk membantu mitra dalam mengatasi permasalahan pada aspek produksi, manajemen pemasaran serta manajemen mutu dan kesehatan khususnya kepada pelaku usaha krecek Salome melalui penerapan Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) dan Public Awareness sebagai strategi peningkatan produktivitas. Metode sosialisasi kegiatan, penerapan GMP, penerapan Public Awareness, monitoring, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Penerapan GMP meliputi penerapan teknologi alat bantu pencetak krecek, pembuatan ruang produksi, dan pengadaan peralatan produksi. Hasil program PIM ini meliputi: (1) penerapan teknologi tepat guna berupa 1unit mesin pemotong adonan dengan dimensi (900 x 700 x 1200) mm dan kapasitas 60 kg/jam yang dilengkapi dengan sistem penggerak motor listrik 0,75 hp, (2) tersedianya ruang produksi sesuai dengan standar GMP dan CPPBT-IRT dengan luas 18 m2, (3) terciptanya 2 media sosial dan 1 ecommerce yang terhubung secara terintegrasi sebagai sarana pemasaran online, (4) terciptanya branding product berupa logo dan kemasan.

Abstract

A dynamic business world is being created by the rapidly growing technology. This condition requires businessperson to be able to implement technology into their business processes. The implementation of an integrated information system can be done to increase the effectiveness of employee performance. An integrated information system called Enterprise Resource Planning can be implemented to increase the effectiveness of employee performance. Naruna Ceramic is a UMKM located at Jl. Sawosari No. 2 Bugel, Salatiga. Naruna Ceramic is an exporter that manages its export sales data manually, so there are no data integration between departments, resulting in a lack of effectiveness in employee performance. In this research, an information system design was carried out to boost business performance at Naruna Ceramic UKM by deploying Odoo ERP. The application method utilized is Rapid Application Development (RAD). The three steps of RAD are requirements planning, system design, and implementation. The User Acceptance Test (UAT) method is used to test the system. The test findings demonstrate how well the system meets business requirements, making its installation at UKM Naruna Ceramic very suited and successful in fostering business agility

Abstract

This study aims to design an improvement in the Supply Chain Management using the ERP Odoo application. This research starts from conducting field studies on the research object, designing the required system, prototyping, testing, and implementation. The methodology used is RND Borg and Gall Method approach to reach the right model in making business models for reengineering ERP implementation in small and medium enterprises. As a result, the business processes create using Odoo, is way more efficient because all business activities can be integrated with each other so that there is an automation of changing the working status of the product so there is no need to check manually. Finally, testing has been done to see how well the system is.

Abstract

PT Karya Megah Indowood is a company engaged in veneer manufacturing. The company does not utilize renewable technology to create a system that can assist the company in managing its operations. By not using adequate technology, the company takes more time for its administrative activities, thus affecting the company's productivity. The lack of technology and integrated management systems also leads to a lack of efficiency in inventory management, distribution, and internal communication, hindering the company's growth. It is expected that an integrated technology system can assist the company in increasing its productivity. The problems faced by the company can be improved through the implementation of technology in the Supply Chain Management process and Enterprise Resource Planning using the odoo system. The use of Purchase, Inventory, Sales, and CRM modules is an application in odoo that is applied to purchase goods, check inventory, and strengthen the company's relationship with customers at PT Karya Megah Indowood so that the company's productivity will increase.
