<![CDATA[Effective communication is very important for learning process in the class. Effective communication from teacher to parent especially has important role to reach learning achievement for children with special needs ’s classes. The key of well delivered communication is when communicator and communicant have the same message in a same perception thus will have a same understanding without meaning decreasion. Information could be delivered precisely and accurately if teacher and parent have a same understanding of the message. Communication system is necessary in children with special needs school system as the main tool of academic achievement evolvement, psychological achievement, and for student physical and mental development. Two way communication between teacher and parent become the main role of quality of children with special needs family. Communication from parent could help teacher have better knowledge about student that would help teacher to plan their class in the best method they could teach to be effective learning for each student. for children with special needs class could not only involve teacher and school system but also a good network system from parent and institutions from outside class that has impact in the children with special needs physical and mental development. It is necessary to have a certain system to connect every role in children with special needs environment to record their development through communication network system involving school, family, health institution and community as communication ’s instrument support so the learning achievement would be optimally performed]]>

<![CDATA[Pew Research Center reported that Islam is the fastest-growing religious group in the world compared to another religious group. The research mentioned that in 2050 Islam population will be 30% of world’s population while Christian will be silghtly more, 31% of world’s population therefore PEW Research Center predicted that in 2100 Islam population will lead religious group’s population even Christian. Terrorism news, extrimist and radical moslem group and Islamophobic culture almost in every western media platforms that rationally contradictory of reality that Islam is the fastest growing religious group. This research is to analyse terrorism issues in mass media and world’s Islam population. Research conducted in qualitative descriptive by literature research methode. The results of the research showed that despite of negative stereotypes in media who tend to correlated Islam and radical moslem group through several platforms such as movie and news, the decision to join Islam was uninfluenced. The stereotypes in news and movies about terrorism, radical moslem group, and extrimist in media could become an initial point for someone to dig information about Islam although it could not concluded as a pure motivation to join Islam.]]>

<![CDATA[Media is often used for political tools. Media has an important role in the political process, the media can influence the number of elections that are extraordinary in terms of politics. Some people prefer a political actor who often appears on the media screen rather than being passive behind the media. Politics by using media is intended so that information in politics can spread widely. So this is often used by some political parties to campaign or market their parties. Politicians market their parties through advertisements. Political advertisements that are currently emerging, whether on television or other social media, are songs of identity or better known as mars from the Indonesian Unity Party (Perindo) which is headed by Hary Tanoesoedibjo who is also the owner of MNC Group. This ad is often aired on several television stations under the auspices of MNC Group, such as RCTI, MNCTV, GlobalTV (which has now changed to GTV). In this study, researchers used qualitative research using semiotic analysis methods. Semiotic analysis methods can be used to find out the purpose and purpose of advertising through symbols and signs that are often raised when the ad is displayed. The object of the research used was the advertisement of Mars of the Perindo Party, where data sources came from television shows and literature literature such as books, internet sites, and others related to the object of research. The results of this study are the effects of semiotic messages that are included in the Mars advertisements of Perindo Party so that they can generate confidence and sympathy and support from the people who see them, and this will end in vote support during elections.]]>

<![CDATA[This research purposed to determine the preaching messages of aqeeda and sharia in the movie "Jilbab Traveler Love Spark in Korea". The methode of the research used qualitative approachment of Ferdinand de Saussure semiotic analysis to determine the meanings of every adegans, texts, sounds, dialogues, sounds, videos and symbols in the movie. The results of this research showed that there are preaching messages of tafakkur, istighfar, and dzikr in the movie. The preaching messages in sharia aspects are praying, dresses, fasting, sadaka, sincerity (ikhlas) attitude, obidient to alcohols and porks prohibition. The preaching messages in muamalat aspects are obidient to Islam’s law, discussing polygamy issues and to follow premarital process of Islam before marriage (khitba and taaruf).]]>

<![CDATA[Public image is a person's view of self-image in order to appear to give a good and positive impression in the eyes of the public. Instagram is referred to as one of the social media to build, maintain and restore image by posting uploads that contain positive ideas and provide good comments. Image recovery is carried out when someone experiences an image crisis due to negative news and news so that the positive image decreases. Image decline can happen to anyone, including the world's number one soccer athlete who managed to score 600 goals on April 28, 2019 and won the Golden Soes award 4 times in 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2014. Many achievements have been achieved by a football athlete from Portugal. This makes the popularity more attached and ogled by big companies to become brand ambassadors and become a public figure. The high popularity made the image of Cristiano Ronaldo highlighted by many audiences, but at the end of 2020 news about the rape scandal, the violation of COVID-19 protocols emerged until his new case in January 2021, namely sexual harassment. The existence of negative news made Cristiano Ronaldo not remain silent so that he immediately restored his image through positive uploads on his personal Instagram media account, which became interesting to study. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the approaches used is semiotics and and image recovery theory. The results in this study are to find out the strategies used by Cristiano Ronaldo in fighting the image crisis through Instagram @cristiano and the model for uploading content on his Instagram to provide a positive image perception to the public. Cristiano Ronaldo can provide an example and inspiration for the public, especially other artists and athletes in order to maintain a positive image. ]]>

<![CDATA[Karakter BerAKHLAK disusun dan disampaikan di pembekalan Aparat Sipil Negara (ASN) sejak tahun 2022 sebagai upaya memenuhi tuntutan tata kelola ASN berkualitas. Karakter ini disusun untuk memenuhi tuntutan peningkatan tata kelola ASN. Penelitian ini berupaya mengkaji sosiologi komunikasi dari setiap karakter berdasarkan panduan perilaku dan perwujudan perilaku tercantum dalam Buku Saku Karakter BerAKHLAK disusun oleh Badan Kepegawaian Negara. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kajian pustaka untuk menghasilkan deskripsi detail pada setiap karakter, dan kemudian mengkaji keseluruhan karakter secara komprehensif dari teori utama maupun teori pendukung lain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: setiap karakter BerAKHLAK memiliki potensi meningkatkan kualitas tata kelola ASN. Penjabaran ini dapat dijelaskan dengan kajian Sosiologi dan Komunikasi, terutama dalam teori Sosiologi Kerja dan Komunikasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Upaya kritik dilakukan terhadap dinamika pengukuran kualitas kinerja ASN pada dua karakter, yaitu Akuntabilitas danKompeten. Upaya kritik juga dilakukan karena ketidakadaan faktor keseimbangan antara pegawaian dan kehidupan personal serta ketidakadaan faktor penjaminan kesehatan fisik dan mental pada karakter BerAKHLAK.]]>

<![CDATA[Perilaku kerja inovasi perlu dimiliki setiap Aparatur Sipil Negara sebagai upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan pelayanan publik dengan optimal dan memiliki daya saing memadai di era dinamis. Program Inovasi Birokrasi pemerintah mendorong berbagai pelatihan agar para Aparatur Sipil Negara memiliki budaya inovasi hingga tercapai kinerja inovasi. Penelitian ini berupaya mencari hubungan antara pelatihan kepemimpinan pengawas dengan pembentukan budaya inovasi dan kinerja inovasi. Penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dengan variabel diturunkan dari dimensi Innovative Behavior Inventory/ IBI oleh Martin Lukes dan Ute Stephan; terdiri dari 4 aspek, kemudian diturunkan menjadi 7 variabel, dan selanjutnya disusun menjadi 24 indikator. Responden terdiri dari peserta Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Pengawas (PKP) di Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara pelatihan kepemimpinan terhadap pembagunan budaya inovasi dan kinerja inovasi, baik dari pihak individu maupun penerapan pada lembaga. Hasil penelitian kemudian dikaji secara teoritis sesuai teori dasar variabel penelitian, dan dikaji secara manajerial. Kedua kajian tersebut memiliki hasil bahwa pelatihan merupakan faktor penting bagi inovasi birokrasi di Indonesia dan perlu adanya dorongan dimensi kedua dari teori Martin Lukes dan Ute Stephan, yaitu Innovation Support Inventory/ ISI (dukungan stakeholder dan lembaga).]]>

<![CDATA[Innovation communication in organizations has a significant influence on organizational performance and goals. Communication in the innovation diffusion process is an important part in supporting the acceleration of bureaucratic transformation in government institutions. This research aims to analyze the downward communication network that occurs in ASN at BPSDM East Kalimantan and to analyze the implementation of the diffusion of bureaucratic transformation innovation that occurs at BPSDM East Kalimantan. The research sample was conducted on ASN at BPSDM in East Kalimantan and there were 45 respondents. The research method was carried out using mixed methods. Data was generated using interview and questionnaire techniques, then analyzed using SocNetV v3.1. The research results show that: 1. The structure of the communication network formed is stellar, while the centrality that occurs is fragmented. 2. Implementation of bureaucratic transformation innovation diffusion in East Kalimantan BPSDM includes streamlining echelons, developing competency of apparatus resources and forming KISS for implementing training through Kaltim CorpU.]]>

<![CDATA[Adanya penekanan pada kualifikasi dan kompetensi setelah diterapkannya UU Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), membuat para ASN harus memiliki motivasi kerja yang mumpuni agar dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran dari profil persepsi kerja pada ASN yang ada di Kalimantan Timur. Pendeatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode profil persepsi kerja Wayne Pace yang terdiri dari empat unsur meliputi harapan, peluang, kinerja dan pemenuhan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ASN di Kalimantan Timur hampir selalu memiliki harapan pada Instansi, beberapa harapan yang dimiliki oleh ASN dipenuhi dan didukung oleh Instansi, ASN yang merasa sangat puas akan mengirimkan dan dorongan yang dilakukan instansi untuk memenuhi harapan ASN, mendapatkan beberapa peluang dari Instansi , serta tingkat kinerja yang dimiliki ASN di Kalimantan Timur hampir selalu optimal. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ASN di Kalimantan Timur memiliki profil persepsi kerja yang memadai.]]>

<![CDATA[The effectiveness of training management measurements are very important to ensure that the programs’ plan meet the needs of teachers as instructors and that it can be implemented during the Teaching and Learning Process (KBM). An appropriate training management will able to develop human resources superiority by using problem-solving abilities. It must fit the conditions that ensuring the training conducted effectively and has a positive impact on the participants work performances. This study was designed to determine the influence of training management and training effectiveness organized by the East Kalimantan Human Resource Development Agency (BPSDM of East Kalimantan). The research participants were the new vocational high school teachers of east Kalimantan. Sampling was conducted using a non-probability sampling technique quota sampling. The respondents consisted of 38 SMK teachers who had participated in competency training at BPSDM East Kalimantan. Training management implemented by BPSDM East Kalimantan was examined through three aspects: accurate training methods, quality of material content, and quality of training organizers. Meanwhile, training effectiveness was reviewed from three aspects: behavioral change, quality of training materials, and competency development. Teaching creativity was measured through five aspects: evaluation ability, the ability to explain and elaborate on problems, rational thinking, flexible thinking, and fluent thinking. This study employed an associative quantitative method. Data were processed using SPSS Version 28 through the distribution of questionnaire surveys. The results show that training management (X1) and training effectiveness (X2) organized by BPSDM East Kalimantan have an 87% influence on the teaching creativity (Y) of SMK teachers.]]>
