Abstract

Background; Increasing public awareness of their rights to obtain services, including health services, is a positive indicator of increasing awareness of the importance of health. This study aims to determine the quality of health services at Puskesmas Padongko, Barru District, Barru Regency. Methods: This research type used is descriptive qualitative. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data as informants are Puskesmas Padongko staff, patients, and community leaders. Meanwhile, secondary data is carried out through literature searches, journals, and other scientific works. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. Then the data analysis techniques, namely; data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that although there was still a lack of facilities and facilities, in general, it could be concluded that Puskesmas Padongko had shown a fairly good quality of health services. Conclusion: Although there is still a lack of facilities and infrastructure, in general, it can be concluded that Puskesmas Padongko has shown a fairly good quality of health services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas penerapan etika admnistrasi publik melalui pelaksanaan tugas pelayanan birokrat. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adaah kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama tiga bulan (Juli-September) Tahun 2021. Teknik pengumpulan data, melalui penelusuran kajian pustaka, literatur, jurnal ilmiah dan dokumen perundang-undangan yang sesuai dengan tema penelitian. Hasi penelitianl menunjukkan bahwa penerapan etika administrasi dapat ditelusuri melalui asas-asas pokok yang mendasari penerapan administrasi publik, yaitu asas-asas pokok dalam sistem nilai (etika) administrasi modern, seperti dalam aspek: tanggung jawab, pengabdian, kesetiaan, kepekaan, keadilan, dan kepantasan. Kemudian untuk menilai suatu pelayanan dari birokrat yang dapat dikategorikan berkualitas dapat ditinjau dari dimensi pelayanan, yaitu: bukti langsung (tangible), keandalan (reliability), daya tanggap (responsivennes), jaminan (assurance) dan empati (empathy). Jika seluruh dimensi pelayanan tersebut semuanya dapat diterapkan secara tepat dalam poses penyelenggaraan pelayanan, maka dapat menghasilkan kinerja birokrat yang berkualitas. Dengan demikian penerapan etika pelayanan publik sudah terpenuhi yang berarti pula penerapan etika administrasi publik juga sudah dijalankan dengan baik oleh birokrat. Diharapkan lahirnya seluruh aparat birokrat yang memiliki kemampuan menerapkan etika administrasi publik yang dapat tercermin dari sikap dan prilaku yang profesional, simpatik, beretika dan bermoral tinggi dalam melakukan pelayanan publik.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a concrete description of how the participation of all elements of society in preserving the mattojang tradition in Kamiri Village, Balusu District, Barru Regency. In this research used descriptive qualitative research type. This research was conducted in Kamiri Village, Balusu District, Barru Regency which was carried out for 3 months starting from May-July 2021. Data collection techniques were: observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data analysis technique used consists of three stages, namely; data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions (Miles and Huberman 2014). The results of the study show that community participation in preserving the mattojang tradition in Kamiri village, Balusu district, Barru district from community leaders, traditional leaders, and perpetrators of the mattojang tradition can be categorized quite well. This conclusion is based on the results of data analysis through research indicators: mind participation, energy participation, mind participation and skill participation, goods participation and money participation. From the results of the study, it can also be concluded that community participation from the younger generation is categorized as quite low. Based on the data obtained, this condition is quite worrying considering that the number of parents who understand the mattojang tradition is decreasing. On the other hand, the number of young people is quite large, but their concern for the mattojang tradition is decreasing. Therefore, special attention is needed to make efforts to raise awareness of the younger generation so that they are more concerned with their traditions.
