Abstract

This research aims to find out: Implementation of Law No. 16 of 2019 concerning Efforts to Prevent Early Marriage at the Office of Religious Affairs, Balusu District, Barru Regency. And to find out the efforts to prevent early marriage at the Office of Religious Affairs, Balusu District, Barru Regency. Sources of data obtained by means of Observation, Interview, Documentation, and Triangulation. The research method uses qualitative descriptive.Based on the results of the study, it shows that the implementation of Law No. 16 of 2019 concerning Marriage in Efforts to Prevent Early Childhood Marriage at the Office of Religious Affairs in Balusu District has been implemented properly or in other words, has carried out counseling to the public regarding the dangers posed by marriage. early childhood, because all responsible parties such as marriage counselors and the local village government have made several efforts in terms of preventing early childhood marriage at the Balusu District Religious Affairs Office, one of the efforts that will be carried out is to prevent early childhood marriage. namely bringing in the health sector to socialize the consequences of early marriage so that the community is well aware and there will be no early marriage

Abstract

Implementation of Government Regulations concerning the Implementation of Lasalama Village-Owned Enterprises in Binuang Village, Balusu District, Barru Regency.This study aims to determine the implementation of government regulations regarding the implementation of Lasalama Village-Owned Enterprises. in Binuang Village, Balusu District, Barru Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research type, data sources consist of primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Village Owned Enterprises has been implemented quite well according to research indicators, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. Meanwhile, the factors that hinder the implementation of the Government Regulation on Village-Owned Enterprises are the lack of IT training for BUMDes Lasalama managers so that they are still not proficient in administrative management and the lack of cooperation partners so that the supply is still lacking.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: To find out the preparation of SOPs that become public service standards at the Balusu District office and to determine the implementation of the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in supporting community satisfaction. The research method use disaqualitative method with data obtained through surveys, interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the preparation and application of SOPs in Balusu District according to the data collected, it is known that all of them have followed the applicable procedures in supporting the satisfaction of the people of Balusu District. The implementation of SOPsat the Balusu District Office has complied with public service standards, namely requirements, time for completion of applications, cost capacity, clarity of procedures, open ness and clarity of information, ease of submitting complaints and good understanding of office employees.
