Abstract

The purpose of the research to find out the role of housewife cobra craft in order to increase family income and determine the factors that affect it. Sample in this study is pengerajin fiery housewife of 40 people. Data obtained by interview using kuisioner and further analyzed with multiple linear regression test.The results showed a strong relationship between the availability of skills variables, age, level of formal education, an endless hours of work and motivation to increase family income indicated by the double correlation (R) of 0.862. Simultaneous influence of family income female workers craft cobra explained by age, level of formal education, skills, flushing hours of work and motivation is 74.20%, while the remaining 25.80% is influenced by other factors.Viewed from the contribution income crafting fiery housewife on total family income per month figures obtained 1,278,750 (38.50%) from 3,321,250 to the lowest range is 1050000 (37.50% and the highest is 1500 .000, - (38.46%). Given the very large role of housewife in the family expected to increase the revenue the government cant provide contruction and counseling so that they can produce more quality productions.

Abstract

The many demands from companies that are imposed on employees to complete work result in the performance of employees being not optimal and resulting in fatigue in the workforce. The occurrence of work fatigue will affect work motivation and work quality, causing decreased worker productivity and accidents. This research was conducted to determine the relationship between work shifts, sleep quality and energy intake with work fatigue at PT. Q Kalimantan. This type of research is analytic observational with cross sectional design. This research was conducted at PT. Q Kalimantan with a population of 200 people with a systematic sampling technique obtained 50 samples. How to collect data using a questionnaire and Food Recall 2 x 24 hours. Data analysis with rank Spearman Test. The results showed that 96% of the work shift system was appropriate, 82% of poor sleep quality, 60% of energy intake in the category of severe deficit and 80% of employees experiencing low levels of work fatigue. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between shift work and work fatigue in production employees. There is no relationship between sleep quality and work fatigue in production employees and there is no relationship between energy intake and work fatigue in production employees.   ABSTRAK Banyaknya tuntutan dari perusahaan yang dibebankan kepada karyawan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan mengakibatkan kinerja dari karyawan menjadi tidak maksimal dan mengakibatkan kelelahan pada tenaga kerja. Terjadinya kelelahan kerja akan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja dan kualitas kerja sehingga menyebabkan produktivitas pekerja menurun hingga kecelakaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan shift kerja, kualitas tidur dan asupan energi dengan kelelahan kerja di PT. Q Kalimantan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan desaian cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Q Kalimantan dengan populasi sebanyak 200 orang dengan teknik systematic sampling didapatkan 50 sampel. Cara pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan Food Recall 2 x 24 jam. Analisis data menggunakan rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 96% sistem shift kerja sesuai, kualitas tidur buruk 82%, asupan energi kategori defisit tingkat berat 60% dan karyawan mengalami kelelahan kerja tingkat rendah 80%. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan ada hubungan shift kerja dengan kelelahan kerja pada karyawan bidang produksi. Tidak ada hubungan kualitas tidur dengan kelelahan kerja pada karyawan bidang produksi dan tidak ada hubungan asupan energi dengan kelelahan kerja pada karyawan bidang produksi.
