Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of the thematic perfect metamorphosis board media for grade 4 at MI Miftahul Falah Mindahan Batealit Jepara. This research uses the development method (research and development). This research method uses the development model of Sugiono's ten steps. Due to time constraints, the researcher developed up to five steps: potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, and design revision. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the needs analysis sheet by the fourth grade teacher of MI Miftahul Falah and it can be concluded that the science map learning media board on metamorphosis material is really needed. Based on the validation results, it can be concluded that the product developed is in the "very good" category.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to analyze the company's performance based on the balanced scorecard at PT. Indofarma (Persero) Tbk. Design/methodology/approach - This research aims to analyze the company's performance using the Balanced Scorecard method, by measuring the company's performance not only from a financial perspective, but also measuring the company's performance from the perspective of the customer, internal business process perspective, and the learning and growth perspective. This research was conducted at the Indofarma PT. (Persero) Tbk, as PT Indofarma. (Persero) Tbk. has already implemented the Balanced Scorecard method. Findings - The results there are financial ratios that are less good, is the GPM, ROA, CR, and ROCE, because less than average – mean of the pharmaceutical industry in Indonesia, product availability, price cuts, and a realization of the products continue to decline. Implications - This study uses data from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website, idx.co.id

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the bankruptcy prediction calculation score, to find out whether there are differences in bankruptcy prediction and to find out which bankruptcy prediction model is the most accurate in predicting bankruptcy altman, springate and zmijewski methods. This type of research uses quantitative research with a comparative approach. This study uses the population of real estate and property companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2021 on the www.idx.com website. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling so that a sample of 80 companies was obtained. Data analysis techniques in this study used the Normality Test and the Kruskall Wallis Test using SPSS 26 and the Accuracy Level Test. The results of the Kruskal Wallis Test illustrate that there is a significant difference between the three methods used with significant values of 0.005 or < 0.05. The results of this study revealed that the Zmijewski Model is the most accurate bankruptcy prediction model in predicting the bankruptcy of real estate and property companies with a total accuracy rate of 86.67% and an error rate of 13.33%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan Ladder Drill dan Hurdle terhadap kecepatan tendangan T atlet, karena berdasarkan observasi di lapangan hasil tendangan tersebut masih kurang maksimal baik saat latihan ataupun saat kejuaraan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen two groups pretest-posttest design, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 10 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan Ladder Drill dengan hasil uji t dengan nilai Sig (2-tailed) sabit kanan 0,000 dan sabit kiri dengan nilai Sig (2-tailed) 0,000 dimana nilai p < 0,05 artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan. (2) ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan Hurdle dengan memperoleh nilai uji t sig (2-tailed) 0,000 sabit kanan, dan memperoleh nilai Sig (2-tailed) 0,000 sabit kiri dimana nilai p < 0,05 artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan. Demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan Ladder Drill dan Hurdle berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan  tendangan T atlet UKM Unwahas.Kata Kunci : Ladder Drill, Hurdle, Kecepatan Tendangan, Pencak Silat. AbstractThis research aims to determine the effect of Ladder Drill and Hurdle training on the speed of athletes' T kicks, because based on observations in the field the results of these kicks are still less than optimal both during training and during championships. This research is a two groups pretest-posttest design experimental research, with a quantitative approach, with a sample size of 10 people. The results of the research show that: (1) there is a significant effect of Ladder Drill training with the results of the t test with a Sig (2-tailed) right sickle value of 0.000 and a left sickle with a Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 where the p value <0.05 means there is a significant influence. (2) there is a significant effect of Hurdle training by obtaining a sig (2-tailed) t test value of 0.000 right sickle, and obtaining a Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 left sickle where the p value <0.05 means there is a significant effect. Thus, it can be concluded that the Ladder Drill and Hurdle training has an effect on the T-kick speed of UKM Unwahas athletes. Keywords : Ladder Drill, Hurdle, Kick Speed, Pencak Silat
