Abstract

This research aims to look at how the financial understanding of coffee shop business owners, and to see how the profit management of coffee shop business owners. This research uses a qualitative method research design with descriptive explanations. The method used in the sample is area sampling. The population in this study was a coffee shop. Samples in this study met 7 coffee shops. Data collection techniques use observation and interviews. The results of this study show that: (1) The financial understanding owned by coffee shop business owners 100% can distinguish the participation and expenditure. 90% of coffee shop owners have understood financial record keeping for cooking and expenses. 20% of coffee shop owners can identify the risks that exist in their business. 40% of coffee shop owners set up businesses with their own capital. (2) The management of profits owned by the owner's coffee shop business there are as much as 70% has compiled and planned provisions regarding the amount of profit received from the sale. 40% of owners have drafted their business finance plan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of work stress on occupational safety and health, work stress on work motivation, occupational safety and health on work motivation and the indirect effect of work stress on work motivation through Occupational Safety and Health (K3) at PLNT- Manokwari. The research used in this research is quantitative. The technique of determining the sample uses a saturated sample, where all members of the population are sampled. The number of respondents who were used as samples were 51 respondents. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is path analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that work stress has an effect on occupational health and safety (K3). Job stress is formed by research factors, role demands and interpersonal investigations. Job stress does not affect employee motivation in carrying out work. Occupational Health and Safety (K3) has a direct effect on work motivation. This shows that employees already understand occupational safety and health to avoid work accidents. Abstract

ABSTRACT Cat food is a special food consumed by cats to meet the nutritional needs of cats. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the promotion variable and price variable on the variable of buying interest in cat food products (case study of Animalia Vet Store Manokwari). This type of research uses a quantitative approach with the type of associative research. The population in this study were consumers who had purchased cat food at Animalia Vet Store Manokwari, with a research sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that promotion had a partial effect on product purchase intention and price had no partial effect on product purchase intention. Simultaneously promotion and price affect the interest in buying the product. Keywords :Cat food, Promotion, Price, Interested in buying products
