Suruan³ Universitas Papua¹'²'³ E-mail correspondence: herisaptomo432@gmail.com ABSTRAK Organizational Citizenship Behaviors merupakan suatu perilaku sukarela yang dilakukan oleh seorang pegawai diluar tugas dan porsi kerja seorang pegawai sesuai persyaratan dan ketentuan organisasi atau instansi kerja. Dalam OCB terdapat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi OCB, yaitu Perilaku Kepemimpinan, Karakteristik Pekerjaan dan Budaya Organisasi. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh perilaku kepemimpinan, karakteristik pekerjaan, dan budaya organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviors pada Guru SD YPPK di Kabupaten Manokwari. Jenis pendekatan penelitian adalah menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif data, dengan menggunakan data primer (kuisioner). Jumlah responden adalah sebanyak 35 guru, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sempel jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian secara simultan perilaku kepemimpinan, karakteristik pekerjaan, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviors dengan nilai signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05. Didapat juga bahwa variabel perilaku kepemimpinan dan variabel budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh secara Parsial terhadap OCB, sedangkan variabel karakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap OCB. Kata Kunci : Perilaku kepemimpinan, karakteristik pekerjaan, budaya organisasi, Organizational Citizenship Behaviors ABSTRACT Organizational Citizenship Behavior’s is a voluntary behavior carried out by an employee work portion of an employee according to the requirements and provisions of the organization or work agency. On OCB there are Factor’s that influence OCB, such as: leadership behavior, job characteristics, and organizational culture. The purpose of this research is to see the leadership behavior, job characteristics, and organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior’s in YPPK Elementary School Teacher’s In Manokwari District. This type of research approach is to use a quantitative data approach, using primary data (questionnaire). The number of respondent is 35 teacher’s, the sampling technique is saturated sample. Technical data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The result of the research simultaneously leadership behavior, job characteristics and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behaviors with a significance value 0,000<0,05. It was olso found that variable leadership behavior and organizational culture had no partial effect on OCB, while the job characteristics variable had a partial effect on OCB. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the workload, compensation and partial and simultaneous work environment of employee work discipline at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Manokwari Branch Office. This type of research is associative quantitative research. The sample used in this study was 53 respondents with a sampling technique using Nonprobability Sampling. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of this study prove that work is significant for employee work discipline, significant compensation for employee work discipline, and work environment significantly affects employee work discipline. Simultaneously the workload, compensation and work environment are significant for employee work discipline.

Abstract

Construction project activities certainly involve a lot of human resource. The scope of work large and complex projects requires the ability of project managers to manage them well. The quality of project managers has an important role to smooth a construction project. Dedication in this profession requires the project manager to carry out the work goes according to plan. This study aims to determine whether the quality of project managers affect the performance of construction project in Southern Manokwari Regency (case study contactor in Ransiki District). This study uses a sample of 40 contractors flying at the Gapensi association of South Manokwari Regency. Method of data analysis is used in this research are simple regression analysis , t test and r square. The results of this study indicate that the quality of project managers affect the performance of construction projects in South Manokwari Regency. The results of data processing on the test coefficient of determination variable quality project manager is equal to 0.217 or 21,7%, t test results show that the variable quality of project managers affect the performance this is evindenced by the results of t test show significance value smaller than 0,05 ( 0,001 < 0,05) so the results of research indicate the variable of project manager quality influence to construction project performance in South Manokwari Regency.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to knows determine motivation, training and work facilities have a partial and simultaneous effect on the performance of employees of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. In carrying out this research, the type of research used is quantitative research. The sample determination technique uses a saturated sample, that is, all members of the population are sampled. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and questionnaires. For instrument testing using validity and reliability tests. Whereas the data analysis technique uses Multiple Regression formulated in the equation Y= α + β1X1 + β2X2 + β3X3 + e. The results showed that Motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance, Training has a significant effect on employee performance, work facilities do not have a significant effect on employee performance, Motivation, training and work facilities simultaneously affect employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of work stress on occupational safety and health, work stress on work motivation, occupational safety and health on work motivation and the indirect effect of work stress on work motivation through Occupational Safety and Health (K3) at PLNT- Manokwari. The research used in this research is quantitative. The technique of determining the sample uses a saturated sample, where all members of the population are sampled. The number of respondents who were used as samples were 51 respondents. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is path analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that work stress has an effect on occupational health and safety (K3). Job stress is formed by research factors, role demands and interpersonal investigations. Job stress does not affect employee motivation in carrying out work. Occupational Health and Safety (K3) has a direct effect on work motivation. This shows that employees already understand occupational safety and health to avoid work accidents. Work stress affects work motivation through occupational health and safety

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of taro chips supply chain management activities at Tunas Jaya Manokwari Business and to determine the flow of the taro chips supply chain at Tunas Jaya Manokwari Business.In this research, the author uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained from interviews, observations and documentation at Usaha Tunas Jaya Manokwari and secondary data is data obtained from references related to research.The results of the research show that: (1) the application of supply chain management for taro chips at Usaha Tunas Jaya has been running optimally because it has built integrated relationships and good collaboration between supply chain actors from upstream to downstream. (2) The entire supply chain flow in this business is running well by exchanging information, where every agreement made never harms either party, there is a level of trust in each other so that long-term relationships can be established and all parties are well integrated. in distributing taro chips products to consumers. Abstract

This study aims to find out the determination of the cost of goods manufactured of virgin coconut oil according to business actors, variable costing method and full costing method and to find out the comparison of determining the cost of goods manufactured of virgin coconut oil. This type of research uses quantitative research with descriptive methods. The research subjects are five business actors and the object of research is how the comparison of determining the cost of goods manufactured of virgin coconut oil. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documents. The data analysis method is descriptive comparative. The result showed that the determination of the cost of goods manufactured of virgin coconut oil by business actors has not been detailed and has not covered all the production costs, while the variable costing and full costing methods have covered all production costs. Comparison of the determination of the cost of goods manufactured by business actors with variable costing and full costing resulted in a very large difference while the comparison of variable costing with the full costing resulted in a small difference.
