Abstract

Kondisi pembelajaran yang dimaksud dalam tulisan ini meliputikondisi guru, siswa, metode pembelajaran dan bahan ajar. Kondisi guru yang dimaksud dalam tulisan ini adalah kondisi berkenaan dengan pengalaman pengembangan bahan ajar. Berdasarkan data diperoleh informasi bahwa terdapat guru yang sudah mendapatkan pelatihan pengembangan bahan ajar dan juga ada yang belum pernah mendapatkan pelatihan. Namun, semua guru cerdas istimewa di Provinsi Jambi ternyata belum pernah melakukan pengembangan bahan ajar. Dengan demikian diperoleh kesimpulan kondisi guru berkenaan dengan pengembangan bahan ajar untuk siswa cerdas istimewa belum pernah melakukan pengembangan dikarenakan adanya kesulitan waktu, skil, dan dana. Berdasarkan pengamatan dan angket yang peneliti sebarkan diperoleh informasi kondisi pembelajaran siswa cerdas istimewa. Angket disebarkan kepada guru dan siswa cerdas istimewa. Sedangkan pengamatan dilakukan oleh peneliti selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Setelah data kondisi pembelajaran terkumpul penulis mengelompokkan menjadi dua kelompok kondisi: kondisi positif dan kondisi negative dari pembelajaran yang dilangsungkan. Penulis menemukan bahan ajar yang digunakan oleh guru fisika di sekolah penyelenggara layanan pendidikan siswa cerdas istimewa tingkat SMA di Provinsi Jambi adalah buku teks yang diterbitkan oleh berbagai penerbit. Selain buku teks juga terdapat Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) untukkegiatan  praktikum di labor. Penulis juga mendapatkan modul belajar yang disusun oleh guru bidang studi. Modul tersebut berisi ringkasan materi dan soal-soal permasalahan fisika. Berdasarkan temuan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar yang digunakan untuk melayani siswa gifted tersebut belum berbeda atau belum terdifferensiasi dari bahan ajar untuk siswa reguler.

Abstract

Dewasa ini, diperkenalkan berbagai macam teori belajar dan pembelajaran. Setidaknya ada dua teori yang dikenal, yakni konvensional dan konstruktivistik. Artikel ini berusaha melihat model pembelajaran konstruktivistik. Berbagai hal terkait model tersebut, seperti struktur kognisi dan sistem penalaran serta operasionalnya, dikemukakan. Di akhir, model tersebut berusaha didialogkan dengan konsep-konsep dalam fisika.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the organizational communication strategy for the Quick Public Response (CRM) service in Cilandak Sub-District in improving the image. A communication strategy is an organizational plan to manage the strategy of the newly developed ideas, combined with the recipient of the message through the media, and achieve the effect of good communication goals. The data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative analysis through observation and interviews. The sources of data were primary and secondary data. The field research data collection method was in the form of observation, interviews, and literature study. The interview technique was carried out in a structured manner. The resource persons in this study were 6 people, i.e., the Head of Cilandak Sub-district, Head of the Government Section of the Cilandak Sub-District Office, Communication Lecturer at the Stiami Institute of Social Sciences and Management, Service Staff of the Cilandak Sub-District Office, and the people of Cilandak Sub-District. From the results of this analysis, the organizational communication strategy of the CRM service in Cilandak District in improving the image has implemented research indicators in accordance with the objectives of the CRM service.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) aims to provide tangible contributions to community development, one of which is through the reinforcement of Islamic values. The implementation of the Pekan Anak Sholeh (Righteous Child Week) in Bagagap Village is an effort to strengthen Islamic values in children. This activity includes various competitions such as the call to prayer (azan) competition, tartil (Quran recitation) for boys and girls, and Islamic calligraphy coloring. The method used begins with preparation and planning, socialization, technical training, implementation and evaluation, involving village children as the main participants and the local community as event supporters. The results of the activity show increased enthusiasm and participation of children in understanding and practicing Islamic values, as well as boosting their self-confidence. The azan and tartil competitions enhance the children's abilities and courage in performing religious practices, while the calligraphy coloring competition fosters their love for Islamic art. Additionally, this activity strengthens social bonds between children and the community and provides a deeper understanding of the importance of practicing Islamic teachings in daily life. Therefore, the Pekan Anak Sholeh in Bagagap Village has proven effective in reinforcing Islamic values in children and can serve as a model for similar activities in Bagagap Village.
