Abstract

This research aims to know how consumen behavior, lifestyle and charitable behavior of Bugih public and the second is how consumen behavior, lifestyle and charitable behavior of Bugih public based of Islamic consumption . This is a fenomelogy research and used qualitative-descriptive method approach. Data was collected by interviews, observations and documentations. The analysis technique by reducing the data, display data, take a conclusion and do verification. The results of this research conclused that consumen behavior, lifelstyle and charitable behavior of Bugih public are, from consumen behavior more fulfill the basic need beetwen others need. They consumen behavior’s influenced by psychologys, cultures, personals and social factor. They prefer quality than price. They have a saving as a sign that they are not excessive. From lifestyle, all of them fulfill the basic need and do balanced, buying a halal things and prefer taking a time at home than go hangout or refreshing. From charitable behavior, they are have a specific time, give it through to the people and no matter about that. Second, based of Islamic consumption, consumen behavior, lifestyle and charitable behavior of Bugih public are suitable with Islamic consumption. From consumen behaviors of Bugih public are fulfill consumption Islamic ethics, they’re buying balance, do and buy halal thing consumptions. From lifestyle, they’re not deviate from Islamic consumption, attention to maslalah and not hangout or refreshing to taking a free time.

Abstract

The integration of Islamic law into Indonesia's national legal system continues to provoke significant constitutional and institutional discourse, particularly in the case of Aceh's Sharia Court (Mahkamah Syariah). Established under the special autonomy granted by Article 18 B of the 1945 Constitution, the court implemented Qanun Jinayat, an Islamic criminal code that operates within the national legal framework. This unique judicial structure highlights Indonesia's commitment to legal pluralism, while simultaneously exposing tensions between Islamic norms, human rights principles, and national legislative coherence. This study examined the legal status, institutional authority, and normative functions of the Syaria Court through the lens of constitutional law and legal pluralism. It adopts a normative legal research methodology that combines deductive reasoning, historical analysis, and case studies, and is supported by statutory documents, judicial rulings, and relevant literature. By framing the court as a hybrid institution shaped by regional autonomy and national oversight, this article offers a conceptual model of functional recognition, rather than hierarchical subordination. The findings reveal that Mahkamah Syaria exercises jurisdiction over both civil and criminal matters based on Islamic law. However, challenges remain in harmonising procedural standards, ensuring legal certainty, and accommodating plural citizenship, particularly in cases involving non-Muslim minorities. Despite these tensions, courts play a growing role in mediating religious legal traditions and constitutional imperatives. This article contributes to the broader academic discourse on judicial hybridity in decentralised states. It provides a new perspective on the adaptive function of religious courts within democratic legal systems, and proposes pathways for strengthening integration without eroding institutional pluralism.

Abstract

As we all know that the problems in education are not over. Until finally various learning theories emerged as one of the solutions problematics solving in learning activities. Among the many theories that contribute much is the theory of Behavioristic learning. There are several figures that have contributed to the development of this theory, including: Ivan Pavlov with the theory of Clasical Conditioning, Edward Lee Thorndike with the theory of Connectionism, Burrhus Frederic Skinner with the theory of Operant Conditioning, John Broadus Watson with Conditioning theory, Edwin Ray Guthrie with the theory of Contiguous Conditioning Theory , and Carl Leonard Hull with Drive Reduction Theory.

Abstract

Educational facilities and infrastructure are all supporting devices or facilities that are directly or indirectly use in the educational process to make it easier to understand education in order to achieve educational goals. Facilities and infrastucture have an important position in the management of Islamic education so that an Islamic educational institution has charm and appeal. To improve quality, in this case facilities and infrastructure management is needed, namely an activity on how to organize and manage educational facilities and infrastructure efficiently and effectively in order to achieve predetermined goals. The aim of this research is to describe the management of facilities and infrastructure at MI International Sabilillah Sampang. This research uses qualitative descriptive research. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. The conclusion from the results of this research shows that the planning and procurement of facilities and infrastructure carried out by the school principal is in accordance with the provisions, the inventory of school facilities and infrastructure has been carried out well, distribution has been carried out directly and indirectly, maintenance of school facilities and infrastructure has been carried out periodically and incidentally. Sarana dan prasarana pendidikan adalah semua perangkat atau fasilitas pendukung yang secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dipergunakan dalam proses pendidikan untuk memudahkan dalam memahami pendidikan demi tercapainya tujuan pendidikan. Sarana dan prasarana memiliki kedudukan yang penting dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam supaya suatu lembaga pendidikan Islam memiliki pesona dan daya tarik. Untuk meningkatkan mutu, dalam hal ini dibutuhkan manajemen sarana dan prasarana, yaitu suatu kegiatan bagaimana mengatur dan mengelola sarana dan prasarana pendidikan secara efisien dan efektif dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di MI Internasional Sabilillah Sampang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan dan pengadaan sarana dan prasarana yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah sesuai dengan ketentuan, inventarisasi sarana dan prasarana sekolah telah dilakukan dengan baik, distribusi dilakukan secara langsung dan tidak langsung, pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah dilakukan dengan berkala dan insidental.

Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan dan pengadaan sarana dan prasarana yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah sesuai dengan ketentuan, inventarisasi sarana dan prasarana sekolah telah dilakukan dengan baik, distribusi dilakukan secara langsung dan tidak langsung, pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah dilakukan dengan berkala dan insidental.
