Abstract

The change management in higher education governance is able to adapt into a global change of businesses and sustainable technologies based on supply chain strategy. This study aims to assess the empowerment profile-based on the change management governance quality by human resource management. This research uses quantitative method to collecting data and documentation by triangulation technique to determine the main factors of quality policy, mechanism of reference preparation theory to fit theoretical reference and quality guarantee. The results show that there are changes of quality based on the governance management because of the main factor or the quality target indicators. The next result is the leadership variable which is main factor in accountable management, which of the good indicators to assess the overall management of universities proven indirectly to have is one a positive impact on changes in the performance of higher education management. This shows evidence that universities must consider the implementation of visionary leadership factors to improve the performance of human resource management in universities.

Abstract

Higher education must have a strategy to be able to compete with other universities. The good method had to be needed to find out the alternative strategies used to improve the competitiveness among higher education. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was the decision-making method to obtain alternative strategies that were suitable to the needs of the higher education according to the new paradigm of higher education management. The criteria used in this study were based on RAISE++. There were relevance, academic atmosphere, internal management, sustainability, efficiency and productivity, leadership, access and equity. The relevance had five sub-criteria; the academic atmosphere had four sub-criteria; the internal management had five sub-criteria; the sustainability had four sub criteria; the efficiency and productivity had six sub-criteria; the leadership had five sub-criteria; and, the access and equity had five sub-criteria. The alternative strategy for developing the competitiveness of higher education was through the questionnaires and contained 18 strategies alternative. These alternatives were classified through AHP method. The result of this study was that there were certain alternatives that must be considered for the higher education competitiveness e.g., the management quality, leadership, human resource quality, quality control and evaluation, and good Human Resources investment. These alternatives were regarded as a recommendation for higher education to determine strategies in developing higher education competitiveness.Keywords: Analytic Hierarchy Process, Higher Education Competitiveness, RAISE++

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja guru dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan budaya organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi. Data primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner yang disebar kepada seluruh populasi sebanyak 37 guru di SMA Annida Karang Anyar, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan.Analisis data menggunakan uji Model Persamaan Struktural (Structural Equation Modeling/SEM) dengan metode alternatif partial least square (PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.3.3. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi baik secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Selain itu, variabel budaya organisasi menjadi variabel moderasi hubungan pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru, serta hubungan pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

Kepuasan konsumen merupakan hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan setelah membandingkan ekspektasi dan persepsi mereka terhadap kinerja suatu produk atau layanan. Kantor Imigrasi Bandar Lampung adalah instansi pemerintah yang bertugas mengelola serta mengawasi pergerakan warga negara Indonesia (WNI) dan warga negara asing (WNA) yang masuk, keluar, atau berdomisili di Indonesia. Pengaduan terkait layanan di Kantor Imigrasi Bandar Lampung menunjukkan adanya ketidakpuasan, yang mengindikasikan bahwa pelayanan belum optimal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perbaikan guna meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap pelayanan di Kantor Imigrasi Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui survei kuesioner. Teknik non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan accidental sampling digunakan untuk menentukan sampel penelitian, yang terdiri dari 100 responden. Untuk mengukur kepuasan secara keseluruhan, digunakan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), yang mempertimbangkan tingkat kepentingan masing-masing atribut kualitas layanan. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa nilai CSI yang diperoleh adalah 0,687 atau 68,7%, yang masuk dalam kategori Sangat Puas.Meskipun tingkat kepuasan cukup tinggi, perbaikan tetap diperlukan, terutama dalam aspek efisiensi waktu dan responsivitas petugas. Peningkatan ini bertujuan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen terhadap layanan Kantor Imigrasi Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Konsumen, Evaluasi Layanan, Ekspektasi dan Persepsi, Pelayanan Publik, Pengaduan Pelayanan.

Abstract

The performance of police personnel serves as a key indicator in determining the effectiveness of law enforcement organizations in carrying out their duties and functions. The complex and high-pressure nature of police work poses significant challenges that may affect the stability and productivity of personnel performance. High workload and psychological pressure resulting from job stress can have both direct and indirect impacts on performance. Work motivation plays a strategic role as a mediating variable that can either strengthen or weaken the influence of these determinants on performance. The research problem addressed in this study is: how do workload and job stress affect the performance of personnel at the Lampung Regional Police (Polda Lampung), both directly and indirectly through work motivation as an intervening variable? This study employs a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with SmartPLS version 4.0. The results reveal that workload has a significant positive effect on personnel performance, while job stress does not. Additionally, personnel performance does not have a significant positive effect on work motivation. Moreover, workload and job stress do not significantly influence personnel performance through work motivation. Keywords: Workload Determinants, Job Stress, Personnel Performance, Work Motivation
