Abstract

This study analyzes the performance of the Indonesian banking sector efficiency and peeling technique factors that lead to inefficiencies that could reduce the bank's internal performance using Data Envelopment Analisys model (DEA). Research on the efficiency of banking techniques in Indonesia in 2000-2004 conducted using secondary data analysis including balance sheets and income statements of banks in Indonesia 12, the number of bank offices, and the number of bank employees in 2000 until 2004. Results of DEA analysis for the entire group decreased efficiency of banks during the crisis, except Bank Mandiri. This means that Bank Mandiri has the best performance compared to other banks. Inefficiency generally caused by using less than optimal inputs to produce output. Inputs that have not been completely allocated are assets and labor are not on optimizing the range below 50 percent. To produce the maximum efficiency, the bank must increase the use of its inputs to 100 percent.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the description of Quality of Work Life and Employee Motivation in UPBJJ-UT Pangkalpinang, and its influence is partially and simultaneously so that it can get information to increase motivation which will improve the quality of organizational performance. The research method used is descriptive quantitative approach with cross sectional design. The sample in this study amounted to 30 samples. The type of data used is the primary data. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression test. The results showed that (1) The overall variables had a high average value that is in the category of 3.41-4.20 and the variable of pride to the institution had the highest average value of 4.21%. Thus the majority of respondents feel proud of the institution while working at UPBJJ-UT Pangkalpinang. In general, there are seven variables that have positive and significant influence and four variables that have positive but not significant influence. Variables that have positive and significant impacts are available facilities, workplace safety, employee engagement, communication, security, a sense of pride in institutions and work restructuring. While the variables that have positive but not significant are balanced compensation, career development, problem solving and work environment (3) Simultaneously the Quality of Work Life variable has a positive and significant influence on work motivation. This means that any increase or decrease in Quality of Work Life together will give a significant influence on employee motivation in UPBJJ-UT Pangkalpinang. Keywords: Quality of Work Life, Work Motivation, and Employee Motivation

Abstract

Exports and investment play an important role in the economy of a country that is open. Exports will generate foreign exchange, foreign exchange to finance imports of capital goods and raw materials required in the production process that will create added value for the economy. The variables examined in this study is the difference in private sector investment plans, loan interest rates, government spending, and Gross Domestic Bruto (GDP). Research on the analysis using the method of least squares OLS (Ordinary Least Square). Results of regression test based on the theory, statistical and econometric criteria. The results of this study are interest rates significantly have a positive affect on the private investment. GDP will have a positive effect on investment and also government spending has a positive effect on private investment.

Abstract

Proses perhitungan HPS dalam pengadaan Bahan Ajar Cetak(BAC) Mahasiswa di Universitas Terbuka dilakukan oleh pejabat pengadaan dengan mempertimbangkan hasil perkiraan biaya/Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB), Pagu Anggaran yang tercantum dalam DIPA/DPA. Pengadaan BAC memerlukan biaya anggaran yang besar sehingga dalam memnetukan Nilai Harga Perkiraan sendiri(HPS) harus dilakukan perhitungan secara keahlian dari pakar dan hasil survei terhadap pihak ketiga(provider). Terbatasnya Sumber Daya Manusia terkait perhitungan HPS menyulitkan proses perhitungan HPS disamping itu survei penawaran terhadap vendor akan menyulitkan jika dilakukan secara manual. Adanya aplikasi online akan memudahkan perhitungan HPS berdasarkan data/keterangan dari Ahli terkait perhitungan HPS selain itu data survei terhadap provider akan dimasukkan ke aplikasi akan memudahkan perhitungan HPS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan untuk menentukan HPS diperoleh berdasarkan perhitungan HPS yang dilakukan terhadap 7 provider dengan spesifikasi : a. Ukuran kertas A4, custom warna, dan jumlah halaman 50-200 diperoleh HPS : 2,322, b. A. Ukuran kertas A4, custom warna, dan jumlah halaman 177-305 Ukuran HPS : 2.188, c. Ukuran kertas A4, warna custom, dan jumlah halaman 306-434 Ukuran HPS : 2.103, d. Ukuran kertas A4, warna custom, dan jumlah halaman 435-563 Ukuran HPS: 2.072.
