Abstract

The goal to be achieved by the researcher is to describe the difficulties of students in writing narrative texts for class V theme 7 sub-theme 2 for the 2020/2021 academic year at SDN Mojoagung 01. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were students of class V SDN Mojoagung 01. Based on the results of research on student questionnaires, as many as 8 students had difficulty writing the contents of ideas that were in accordance with the topic, as many as 9 students had difficulties in the suitability of content with titles, as many as 15 students had difficulties in diction/word choice, as many as 17 students had difficulties in using spelling, and 14 students had difficulties with the neatness of writing. Based on the results, it was found that the level of students' ability to write narrative texts was 6 students who were not good enough, 16 students were good enough, and 2 students were good. Difficulties experienced by students in aspects of diction/word choice, spelling use, and writing neatness. Implementation for the world of education is to improve education in the future that is needed to know the difficulties of students in writing narrative texts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas III di SDN Sampangan 02 melalui model Problem Based Learning. Metode penelitian menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang terdiri dari 2 siklus. Data yang digunakan tes dan non tes (observasi dan dokumentasi). Data awal banyak peserta didik yang nilainya belum tuntas KKM. Hal ini dikarenakan guru belum menggunakan model pembelajaran yang inovatif. Hasil penelitian pada prasiklus jumlah peserta didik yang tuntas sebanyak 10 (34,48%). Siklus I terjadi peningkatan sebesar 34,49% sehingga peserta didik yang tuntas sebanyak 20 (68,97%) . Siklus II pemahaman peserta didik meningkat sehingga hasil belajar juga meningkat yaitu sebesar 20,69% atau bertambah 6 peserta didik tuntas. Sehingga terdapat sebanyak 26 (89,66%) peserta didik tuntas. Adanya peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik juga didukung dengan adanya jumlah peserta didik yang mengalami ketuntasan. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa model Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas III di SDN Sampangan 02.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the use of concrete media for the activeness of student learning in mathematics learning grade IIb SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. This study used observation and interview techniques in data collection. The results showed that students actively learn in learning mathematics using concrete objects. In mathematics learning, learners are interested and learners are engaged in learning, as well as listening more and paying attention to what the teacher is conveying. This in learning situations shows an active, creative, and fun atmosphere. Active, creative, and fun learning if carried out continuously, it can increase students' interest in mathematics learning so that learning will be achieved. It is hoped that researchers can provide theoretical as well as practical benefits for the development of education, especially those related to the development of education in elementary schools. Learners can be seen listening to math learning in earnest. Based on the results of observations and interviews, students pay attention, listen, write, actively ask and answer, and do problems so that students feel happy in learning using concrete media in mathematics learning.
