Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect effects ofschool leadership and professionalism of teachers on the performance of elementary school(SD) in Siak Districts Siak. This study uses a quantitative method using a technical of the pathanalysis. As for variables the study consisted of two independent variables that PrincipalLeadership (X1) and Teacher Professionalism (X2) while the dependent variable is the TeacherPerformance (Y). The study population was a teacher SDN districts of Siak regency Siakamounted to 188 people and 65 samples. The result of data analyses shown leadership ofheadmaster has given direct effect significantly trough teacher professionalism by 17,8%. Theother analyses shown that leadership of headmaster has given significant effect through teacherperformance by 6,65%, then leadership of headmaster and teacher professionalism throughteacher performance by 24,7% contribution. The result of data analyses shown that teacherprofessionalism has given significantly effect through teacher performance by 10,8%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) the influence of social competence on workmorale, (2) the influence of spiritual intelligence on work morale (3) the influence of socialcompetence and spiritual intelligence on teacher work morale. The research method used isquantitative research method by using survey method. The population in this study is all teachersof SMP Negeri in Kecamatan Minas Siak Regency amounted to 128 teachers and the numberof samples in this study as many as 97 teachers. The research instrument used for data collectionis a questionnaire. Before the instrument (questionnaire) research used to collect researchdata, firstly conducted trials conducted with validity and reliability test Test requirements analysisis a test of normality and linearity, then conducted data analysis with correlation test, simpleand multiple regression. The result of this research is found: (1) there are positive and significantinfluence of social competence to teacher work moral equal to 34,8%; (2) there is positive andsignificant influence of spiritual intelligence and to teacher work moral equal to 36,8%; (3)There are positive and significant influence of social competence and spiritual intelligence toteacher work morale equal to 42,6%. The higher the influence of social competence andspiritual intelligence then the higher also in affecting the moral work of teachers in SMP Negeriin Kecamatan Minas Siak District. Thus, to optimize work morale teachers need improvementin social competence and spiritual intelligence.

Abstract

The purpose of this research aim to influence cost (x1) and headmasterentrepreneurship ( x2 ) toward school effectivity (Y) at junior high school (SMP) atPekanbaru.Population in this researchi is principal of junior high school (SMP) at Pekanbaruand respondent is 112, research sampel amount to 88 respondent. The instrument validity wastested by using product moment, correlation formula,while realibility coefficient intrumentcalculated by alpha coefficient.Requirement of data analisis was normality test using SPSS.Data analis used simple and partial correlation then simple and multiple regressions.Thisreseachshowed that: First, the was positive effect betwen cost (x1) of the school effectivity(Y) with correlation coefficient rY1= 0,343 and regressions equation ˆ = 64,449 + 0,481X1.Second, there was positive effect betwen headmaster entrepreneurship ( x2 ) of the schooleffectivity (Y) correlation coefficient rY2= 0,425 and regressions equation= 59,210 + 0,493X2.Third, , there was positive effect betwen cost (x1) and headmaster entrepreneurship towardschool effectivity (Y) togetherness with correlation coefficient rY1 = 0,538 and regressionsequation= 42,023 + 0,308X1 + 0,371X2. Conclusion of this research showed cost and headmasterentreprenership could be influence to school effectivity at junior high school at Pekanbaru

Abstract

Sejalan dengan diberlakukannya UU No. 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 43 Tahun 2014 tentang Peraturan Pelaksanaan UU No. 6 Tahun 2014 telah membawa perubahan di bidang hukum dan administrasi, yang ditandai dengan adanya pengakuan akan otonomi desa dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan di desa. UU Desa juga memberi jaminan yang lebih pasti bahwa setiap desa akan menerima dana dari pemerintah melalui anggaran negara dan daerah yang jumlahnya berlipat, jauh diatas jumlah yang selama ini tersedia dalam anggaran desa. Kebijakan ini memiliki konsekuensi terhadap proses pengelolaannya yang seharusnya dilaksanakan secara profesional, efektif dan efisien, serta akuntabel yang didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip manajemen publik yang baik agar terhindar dari risiko terjadinya penyimpangan, penyelewengan dan korupsi. UU Desa membawa misi utama bahwa negara wajib melindungi dan memberdayakan desa agar menjadi kuat, maju, mandiri dan demokratis sehingga dapat menciptakan landasan yang kuat dalam melaksanakan pemerintahan. Dengan demikian pembangunan desa diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan kualitas hidup manusia Indonesia. Pembangunan desa akan berdampak positif bagi upaya penanggulangan kemiskinan melalui penyediaan pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar masyarakat, pembangunan sarana dan prasarana, pengembangan potensi ekonomi lokal dan pemanfaatan sumberdaya alam dan lingkungan secara berkelanjutan.
