Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of PAKEM learning model on students’ learning outcomes on the Ecosystem theme at grade V SD Negeri 067246 Medan in the academic year 2020/2021. The population of this study were all students of grade V SDN 067246 Medan Tuntungan totaling 30 students.The method used in this research was descriptive method. The results of this study indicated that students’ learning outcome by using the PAKEM model was in very good category with an average of 81.03. Besides, the normality test obtained that the significance value of learning outcomes was Lcount <Ltable, namely 0.661 < 0.927. Based on these calculations, it was seen that the significance value of the learning outcomes was normally distributed. In the correlation test, the coefficient value was 0.652 meaning that rcount > rtable that was 0.361. Thus, there was a strong influence between PAKEM model on students’ learning outcomes with the theme of Ecosystem at grade V SDN 067246 Medan. The results of the t-test found that tcount > ttable or 4.550> 1.701 so that Ha was accepted. This showed that there was a significant positive effect of the influence of PAKEM learning model on students’ learning outcomes on the Ecosystem theme for grade V SDN 067246 Medan Tuntungan for the academic year 2020/2021.

Abstract

This study aimed to improve students’ learning outcomes through the implementation of macromedia flash application on the theme of “Kayanya Negeriku” at SD RK Bintang Timur Rantauprapat. This research was Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this research were 30 students at grade IV consisting of 17 male students and 13 female students. This research was conducted in two cycles with two meetings in each cycle. The research data were obtained from tests and observations. The results showed an increase on students’ learning outcomes after the implementation of Macromedia Flash application. This was proved by the increase of students’ learning outcomes in each cycle. The results in the pre-test showed that  7 students (23%) reached the learning mastery while 23 students (77%) did not yet reach the learning mastery with the average score of 57.33 then, in cycle 1, 13 students (43%) were completed the learning mastery while 17 students (57%) did not reach the learning mastery with the average score of 73.00. Moreover, in the second cycle 24 students (80%) reached the learning mastery while 6 students (20%) did not with the average score of 83.00. The results of observations in cycle I found that 64% of teachers got sufficient category and 62% of students also got sufficient category. Then, the results in cycle II, the observation for teachers increased to 82% with very good category while the observation for students increased to 84% with good category. Based on the percentage of learning outcomes and observations, it can be concluded that implementing Macromedia Flash application improved students’ learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 066650 Medan Kota. Penulis mencoba melakukan penelitian dengan penggunan media audiovisual untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subyek siswa SD Negeri 066650 Medan Kota. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada tema indahnya kebersmaan di kelas IV SD Negeri 066650 Medan Kota. Peningkatan hasil belajar tersebut terjadi setelah adanya perbaikan tindakan pada siklus II. Tindakan diberhentikan pada siklus II karena telah mencapai kriteria keberhasilan, dengan demikian diperoleh simpulan bahwa dengan penerapan media pembelajaran audio visual terjadi peningkatan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada tema indahnya kebersamaan di kelas IV SD negeri 066650 Medan Kota.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD Negeri 04 Pangkatan.Sampel dalam penelitian yang terdiri dari 2 kelas yaitu kelas V A dan kelas V B dengan jumlah 70 siswa.Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk mengetahui keterampilan mengajar guru dan motivasi belajar siswa adalah angket yang telah di uji validasi dan realibilitasnya.Setelah dilakukan pengukuran keterampilan mengajar guru, didapat nilai mean (rata-rata) skor hasil angket sebesar 105,44. Motivasi belajar siswa didapat nilai mean (rata-rata) skor hasil angket sebesar 95,242. Hal ini berarti keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap motivasi belajar di SD Negeri 04 Pangkatan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu berada pada tingkat tinggi.Untuk mengetahui tingkat pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap motivasi belajar, digunakan rumus korelasi dari Pearson.Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh rhitung 0,785, yang berarti nilai korelasi kuat/berkorelasi.Uji signifikasi dilakukan untuk menguji hipotesis, yaitu dengan membandingkan nilai thitung dengan ttabel.Diperoleh nilai thitung = 10,457 sedangkan ttabel = 1,995. Karena thitung ≥ ttabel (10,457 ≥ 1,995) maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak.Melalui uji t tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.
