Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Value Added Intellectual (VIC), Market to Book Value (MBV), Intellectual Capital Disclosure (ICD), and Good Corporate Governance (ICG) on the financial performance of companies in the banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study used purposive sampling with a sample of 27 companies. Secondary data was obtained through IDX (Indonesian Stock Exchange), Annual Report, and the company ICMD banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2010-2012. Method of analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis to explain the relationship between these variables. These results indicate that all variables simultaneously Value Added Intellectual (VAIC), Market to Book Value (MBV), Intellectual Capital Disclosure (ICD), and Good Corporate Governance (ICG) on the financial performance of the company. Whreas in partial,variable Market to Book Value (MBV) a significant positive effect, variable Value Added Intellectual (VAIC), Intellectual Capital Disclosure (ICD), and Good Corporate Governance (ICG) significant negative effect on the financial performance of the company. Abstract

This study examines the effect of corporate social responsibility and environmental performance of the companys financial performance. This research was conducted at the Indonesian Stock Exchange by using a go public manufacturing company as the unit of analysis. The sampling method used purposive sampling with the observation period from 2009 to 2013. Relationship and (or) influence between variable is described by using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the corporate social responsibility and environmental performance has positive effect and significant to the companys financial performance. Whereas intellectual capital does not effect on the companys financial performance.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Intellectual Capital, Environmental Performance, and Financial Performance

Abstract

This research is research that examines the effect of the internal factors of the volume of bank credit to commercial banks registered in Bank Indonesia. In this study, researchers used a purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based testing can be concluded that: (1) ROA significant positive effect on bank lending to commercial banks in Indonesia. (2) CAR no significant positive effect on bank lending (3) NPL no significant positive effect on bank lending. Abstract

This study aims to transform and the analyze the efect of the  Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning Per Share (EPS), and operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO) to the stock price on the banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchage period 2009-2012. In this study, researchers used data population banking financial companies listed on the Stock Exchange during 2009-2012. The method used is purposive sampling method. Test equipment in this study using multiple linear regression, partial test (t test) and a simultaneous test of f (f  test). The result of this study is the Loan to Deposit Ratio,  Net Profit Margin and operating Expanses Operating Income does not effect the stock price, while earning per share positive effect on stock prices.Keywords: Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning Per Share (EPS), dan Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO)

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Debt Equity Ratio (DER) to the return on assets (ROA) at Commercial Bank. The population in this study is a commercial bank in Indonesia, which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and still in operation during the years 2010 to 2013. Commercial banks may include state-owned banks, national private banks and foreign banks and mix. The sample in this study was obtained by the method of purposive sampling that samples taken based on the criteria used by researchers. Samples taken as many as 24 commercial banks. Data company then tested by means of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study addressed that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR) and no significant negative impact on the return on assets (ROA). While the Non Performing Loan (NPL) is not significant and positive effect Debt Equity Ratio (DER) and a significant negative effect on the return on assets (ROA). Thus the higher the Debt Equity Ratio (DER) shows the composition of total debt greater than the total equity and impact the greater the burden on companies to outsiders that will affect the profitability of banks.Keywords: Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA)

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of financial strength, business risk, opportunity Investments, asset structure and return on assets to financial leverage. The population used in this research are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2011-2013.The sampling technique used is pusposive sampling. The number of samples obtained as much as 68 manufacturing companies. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and using t-test, Model test with significance level α = 5%. It also made the classic assumption test including normality test, multicolinearity test, test and test heteroskedastisitas autokorelasi. Results of the analysis can be concluded that the financial strength, business risk and asset structure and significant positive effect on financial leverage. While the investment opportunity has no influence on financial leverage. And proceeds to ROA significant negative effect on financial leverage. For further research is recommended to investigate all companies listed on the Stock Exchange, not only manufacturing companies alone so that it can be generalized to all companies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return On Asset, Non Performing Loan and Loan to Deposit Ratio of Capital Adequacy Ratio Banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Population in this study are the financial statements of banking companies in Indonesia, published by the Stock Exchange during the period 2009-2013. The technique of collecting samples in this study using purposive sampling method which samples are teken based on the criteria used by the researchers. Samples taken as many as 22 commercials banks in 2009-2013. The result showed that Return On Asset have negative significant, Non Performing Loan have negative not significant, and Loan to Deposit Ratio have negative not significant to Capital Adequacy Ratio. Abstract

This research was conducted to test the effect of corporate governance to risk disclosure of banks firms. Corporate governance are identified as the Board Size, The Proportion of Independent Director, The Proportion of Woman Director, The Educational Background of Director, The Culture Background of Director, The Number of Board Meetings, The Number of Audit Committee Meetings, The Proportion of Independen Audit Committee Members and Leverage.The population used in this study is the Banking Company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange ( IDX ) during 2011-2013. Sampling method used is purposive sampling, with a total sample of 94 and 34 companies that meet the criteria. The test results showed that the variable The Board Size, The Number of Audit Committee Meetings, and The Proportion of Independen Audit Committee Memberspositive and significant on the Risk Disclosure. The Proportion of Independent Director, The Educational Background of Director, and The Number of Board Meetings negative no significant on the Risk Disclosure. The Proportion of Woman Director, and The Culture Background of Directorpositive and no significant on the Risk Disclosure. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability ratio (ROA), liquidity (LDR), leverage (DER), EPS, and Size to return stock banking companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2011-2013. The population in this study are all banking companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2011-2013. Determination sempel by using purposive sampling. The sample in this study as many as 32 banks that meet the criteria. Methods of data collection in the form of technical documentation and multiple regression analysis as an analytical technique. These results indicate that profitability represented (ROA), liquidity represented (LDR), Leverage(DER), EPS and Size simultaneously significant effect on stock returns. Based on the partial test represented profitability (ROA) significant positive effect on stock returns. While liquidity represented (LDR), Leverage (DER), EPS and Size is no significant effect on stock returns.Keywords: Profitability (ROA), Liquidity (LDR), Leverage (DER), EPS Size, Stock Returns
