Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, motivation, and competence on the performance of Ngabeyan Village device. Population in this research all apparatus which amounts to 40 and at the same time is sample. Data collection by spreading questionnaires to the respondents of 40 people . Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The questionnaire items tested have been declared valid and reliable. The results showed that transformational leadership, motivation, and competence variables simultaneously and significantly influence the performance of the apparatus. The transformational leadership variable was influential but not significant to the performance of the apparatus. Motivation variable has positive and significant effect on apparatus performance. The competence variable has a positive and significant effect on theperformance of the apparatus.

Abstract

Along with the development of the economy and increasingly advanced technology, companies are required to further increase production yields and product quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Competitive Advantage, Market Orientation and Entrepreneurship Orientation on Marketing Performance at the shuttlecock industry center in Sukoharjo Regency. This research is a quantitative research. The approach method in this study uses a quantitative survey approach, namely survey research that has the nature of pairing and is generally used to draw conclusions on the population so that it uses hypotheses and statistical tools in data analysis. The population and sample in this study were 37 players in the shuttlecock industry, data taken from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Gadingan village. The sampling technique used is the census method, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The results in this study are Competitive Advantage, Market Orientation, Entrepreneurship Orientation affect the Marketing Performance of the Shuttlecock Industrial Center in Sukoharjo Regency. ABSTRAK Seiring perkembangan perekonomian dan teknologi yang semakin maju, perusahaan dituntut agar lebih meningkatkan hasil produksi dan mutu produk yang dihasilkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Keunggulan Bersaing, Orientasi Pasar dan Orientasi Kewirausahaan terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran pada sentra industri shuttlecock di Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif survei, yaitu penelitian survei yang memiliki sifat pemairan dan umumnya digunakan untuk menarik kesimpulan terhadap populasi sehingga menggunakan hipotesis dan alat statistik dalam analisis data. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 37 pelaku industri shuttlecock, data diambil dari Badan Pusat Statistik desa Gadingan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode sensus, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populsi digunakan sebagai sampel. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah Keunggulan Bersaing, Orientasi Pasar, Orientasi Kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran Sentra Industri Shuttlecock di Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Kata Kunci : Keunggulan Bersaing, Orientasi Pasar, Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Kinerja Pemasaran.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh disiplin, motivasi dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Si Cepat Express Surakarta baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan di kantor pusat Si Cepat Express Surakarta yang ber alamatkan di Jl. Tentara Pelajar, Ngasem, Kec. Colomadu, Kab. Karanganyar, Jawa tengah dan akan dilakukan mulai dari bulan November. Pada skripsi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif bersifat deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Si Cepat Express Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling, dimana menggunakan beberapa pertimbangan dalam memilih anggota populasi yang dianggap sesuai untuk memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh peneliti. Hasil dari penelitian ini disiplin, motivasi dan beban kerja berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Si Cepat Express Surakarta. Berdasarkan uji t di peroleh hasil disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Si Cepat Express Surakarta. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Si Cepat Express Surakarta. Beban kerja  berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Si Cepat Express Surakarta.Kata Kunci: disiplin, motivasi, beban kerja, kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Employee performance is defined as the quality and quantity of business results obtained by employees in carrying out their responsibilities. Performance refers to the entire work process, not simply the end result. Employee performance must be measured in order for the attainment of employee work results to be understood and evaluated further. The goal of this study was to assess the impact of work discipline, work motivation, and organizational commitment on the performance of Cepogo Boyolali District Office personnel. This study employs a quantitative technique, and the data used in this study are primary data gathered through questionnaires issued to 99 Cepogo Boyolali District Office personnel. The sampling technique utilized in this study is non-probability sampling, specifically saturated population individuals are used as samples. The validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, and statistical test t test were employed in this study. The SPSS for Windows version 24 program was used to test hypotheses. According to the findings of this study, work discipline, work motivation, and organizational commitment all have a favorable effect on employee performance. Job discipline, work motivation, and organizational dedication all have an impact on the success of Cepogo Boyolali District Office employees. Based on the findings of this study, the Cepogo Boyolali District Office is expected to pay more attention to work discipline, providing work incentive, and organizational commitment of its personnel in order to maximize performance. . Abstract

This study aims to determine customer satisfaction in terms of product quality, service quality, sales promotion, marketer competence. The research was conducted at PT. Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri of Surakarta Branch Independent with a sample of 100 customers by providing a questionnaire through google.form for the period 5 May – 11 June 2022. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression with the help of the IBM SPSS 21 computer program. The results of the study found that statistically customer satisfaction is predicted to be influenced by factors of product quality, service quality, sales promotion and marketer competence. The predictive range with adjusted R Square obtained customer satisfaction influenced by product quality, service quality, sales promotion and competence reached 71.6%. The value of the regression coefficient of the marketer's competency variable is the largest value among other variables, this indicates that the competence of marketers has a very large influence on customer satisfaction at PT. Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri of Surakarta Branch. Keywords : customer satisfaction , product quality, service quality, sales promotion, marketer competence
