Abstract

Impact of career development on employee performance of Islamic higher education. This research is a quantitative study using primary data obtained from a questionnaire and measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study were 75 employees at Islamic higher education institutions. The method of selecting the research sample used simple random sampling without considering the strata of the members of the population because it was considered homogeneous. The measurement and testing data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) using the SmartPLS 3.2 program. The results showed that career development had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Recommendations for further research are to increase the number of research variables and use the mix method as a method to enrich the study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pengetahuan evaluasi pembelajaran terhadap kinerja guru pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di MAN 1 Kotamobagu. Guru sebagai ujung tombak pendidikan dituntut tidak hanya menguasai materi, tetapi juga memiliki kemampuan dalam merancang dan melaksanakan evaluasi pembelajaran yang efektif. Evaluasi pembelajaran memegang peran penting dalam menilai pencapaian siswa, merancang tindak lanjut pembelajaran, serta meningkatkan kualitas proses belajar. Namun, masih ditemukan sejumlah guru PAI yang belum optimal dalam menerapkan prinsip dan Teknik evaluasi secara menyeluruh, sehingga mempengaruhi kinerja mereka secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru-guru PAI di MAN 1 Kotamobagu. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket yang disusun berdasarkan indikator pengetahuan evaluasi dan kinerja guru. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengetahuan evaluasi pembelajaran dengan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam peningkatan mutu profesionalisme guru serta menjadi dasar bagi pengambil kebijakan dalam merancang program peningkatan kompetensi guru di lingkungan madrasah
