Abstract

CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) merupakan suatu kegiatan yang wajib dilakukan dan diungkapkan oleh perusahaan berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas, salah satunya Bank Umum Syariah (BUS). Belum adanya pedoman pengungkapan CSR bagi perusahaan berbasis syariah mengakibatkan BUS masih banyak yang mengacu pada indeks GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) dalam mengungkapkan kegiatan CSR-nya. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini diantaranya adalah untuk mendiskripsikan dan mengevaluasi tingkat pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial oleh BUS menggunakan indikator indeks Islamic Social Reporting (ISR). Kriteria sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah BUS yang terdaftar di Statistik Perbankan Syariah dan termasuk dalam kategori Bank Umum Kegiatan Usaha (BUKU) 3 di Statistik Perbankan Indonesia serta telah menyediakan laporan tahunan di web masing-masing bank. Periode penelitian yang diambil adalah tahun 2018 sampai 2020. Teknis analisa data yang digunakan adalah metode content analysis berdasarkan indikator indeks ISR. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 4 (empat) BUS pada tahun 2018 sampai 2020 bila diukur menggunakan indeks ISR berpredikat Informatif dengan perolehan nilai sebesar 75%, namun masih ada beberapa item yang kurang mendapat perhatian BUS sehingga terlewatkan pengungkapannya dalam annual report. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence students to invest in the Islamic capital market, especially Islamic stocks, and to view the dominant variables in influencing student interest in investing using the Exploratory Analysis Factor (EFA) method. This study uses the variables of perception, level of financial literacy, income level, and stock performance analysis - market capitalization with a factor of 40 items. This type of research is descriptive and quantitative with data sourced from questionnaires. A total of 228 people were used as research samples based on the purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this study uses a Validity Test, Reliability Test, and Exploratory Factor Analysis. The calculation results show that of the 40 factors, 14 factors are dominantly influential. The 14 factors are divided into 2 dominant variables: the level of income and perception. The dominant variables are income level, perception, stock performance analysis – market capitalization, and financial literacy level. The lowest rating of this research is the level of financial literacy. It is hoped that there will be a shared responsibility to further improve financial literacy so that sharia investment is more productive. Abstract

This study aims to analyze service quality and handling complaints against user loyalty through user satisfaction as an intervening variable in the millennial generation in Jakarta as users of the Bibit application of sharia mutual funds. This study used a quantitative approach with primary data obtained through questionnaires using the Likert scale as a measurement scale. The author uses the method of path analysis with the SPSS version 25. The results of this study shows that service quality and complaint handling have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, service quality has a positive but not significant effect on user loyalty, complaint handling and user satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on user loyalty, user satisfaction is unable to mediate the effect of service quality on user loyalty, and user satisfaction is unable to mediate the effect of complaint handling on the loyalty of Bibit application users sharia mutual fund investment in the millennial generation in Jakarta.

Abstract

The Performance Comparation between sharia instrument performance and conventional syariah The main objective of investors in investment activities is to get the profit. Similarly, investors in Islamic investment activities want the same things. But often the performance of sharia instruments deemed lower than conventional instruments, so market share Sharia-compliant investment instruments is still minimal. This research doing comparation performance index and mutual fund index between shariah based and conventional based. Based on the results of research that takes samples Islamic instruments of capital markets such as sharia Islamic stocks and sharia mutual funds, it is concluded that the performance of sharia-based investment instruments are not significantly different from the conventional investment instruments, even during the period of research Islamic investment instruments showed slightly better performance.  DOI:10.15408/aiq.v6i2.1230

Abstract

This study aims to identify the party and the dominant aspects that influence millennial customers in using Islamic banking services and provide relevant recommendations. The research problem is because the role of Islamic banking has not been optimal in the national economy due to the low market share and small number of deposits. This is due to the low scale of the Islamic banking industry. Market share growth is also influenced by the growth in the number of Third Party Funds. To increase customer users, Islamic banks should innovate in knowing the needs, desires, tastes and behavior of customers so that they trust and be a loyal customers. One of the user segmentation is millennial society so this object research is millennial customer respondents. The research method is descriptive analysis, factor analysis and mean analysis. The results of study found that those who influence millennial customers in using Islamic banking services are majority on their own initiative. The dominant aspect that affects millennial customers in using Islamic banking services is the perception of reputation and the availability of networks and technology. The sub-aspect of the dominant perception of reputation is religious reputation or the principle of sharia conformity. The dominant aspect of network availability and technology is the availability of SMS/internet/online banking. Limitations of this study are related to the search for previous research literature that discusses respondents with millennial age segmentation is still few.

Abstract

Indonesia dan Malaysia, sebagai negara dengan populasi Muslim terbesar di dunia, berkomitmen untuk menjadi pemimpin dalam bisnis kosmetik halal global berdasarkan Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) yang ditandatangani pada Juni 2023. Berdasarkan temuan studi yang dilakukan pada 2024, intensi untuk membeli kosmetik halal di kalangan Gen Z Indonesia lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan Gen Z Malaysia. Wardah, sebagai produsen kosmetik halal terbesar di Indonesia, perlu meningkatkan penjualan kosmetiknya, terutama di kalangan Gen Z, untuk memenuhi komitmen pemerintah menjadikan Indonesia sebagai pemimpin global dalam bisnis kosmetik halal. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam skema Lektor Kepala, edukasi dan pelatihan diberikan kepada 66 individu Gen Z untuk meningkatkan intensi mereka membeli kosmetik halal Wardah sebagai mitra dalam kegiatan ini. Untuk memperkuat intensi tersebut, Program Kelas Kecantikan (Beauty Class Program) juga dilaksanakan untuk mempromosikan kosmetik halal dan mengajarkan peserta cara tampil profesional saat memasuki dunia kerja, sehingga Gen Z merasa perlu menggunakan kosmetik Halal. Setelah kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, ditemukan bahwa intensi pembelian Generasi Z telah meningkat. Dari hasil kegiatan ini, diharapkan penjualan Wardah kepada Generasi Z akan meningkat, sehingga dapat mewujudkan komitmen pemerintah menjadi pemimpin bisnis kosmetik halal dunia. Abstract Indonesia and Malaysia, as the countries with the largest Muslim populations in the world, are committed to becoming leaders in the global halal cosmetics business under a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) signed in June 2023. Based on the findings of a study conducted in 2024, the intention to purchase halal cosmetics among Indonesian Gen Z, is lower than that of Malaysian Gen Z. Wardah, as one of the largest halal cosmetics producer in Indonesia, needs to increase its cosmetics sales, particularly among Gen Z, to fulfill the government's commitment to make Indonesia a global leader in the halal cosmetics business. Through community service activities under a university community service program, education was provided to 66 Gen Z individuals to increase their intention to purchase Wardah halal cosmetics as partners in this initiative. To strengthen this intention, a Beauty Class Program was also conducted to promote halal cosmetics and teach participants how to present themselves professionally when entering the workforce, thereby making them feel the need to use halal cosmetics. Following the community service activities, it was found that Gen Z's purchasing intent had increased.
