Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the company's financial performance by looking at theinfluence of factors of acceptance and expenditure on financial performance This study sees theeffectiveness of managing and realizing budget revenue and expenditure PT. Tirta Raya AbadiMedan. Data used are primary and secondary data. The results showed that the performance of PT.Tirta Raya Abadi Medan see table and graph of financial performance development at PT. TirtaRaya Abadi Medan, the influence of revenue and expenditure in the management of corporate financehave a significant effect on the improvement and decrease in the graph of the performancedevelopment of PT. Tirta Raya Abadi Medan in the effectiveness of managing and realizing therevenue and expenditure budget, at least can know or make future policy design. In 2015 total assetsof the company reached 49% and in 2016 total assets of the company PT. Tirta Raya Abadi Medanreached 51%. This shows that the assets of PT. Tirta Raya Abadi Medan experienced a significantincrease so it can be said that the company's financial performance is good. In 2015 the company'stotal liabilities reach 68% and in 2016 total liability company PT. Tirta Raya Abadi Medan reached32%. This shows that the liability company PT. Tirta Raya Abadi Medan experienced a decrease inexpenditure so it can be said that the company's financial performance is good

Abstract

This study aims to determine business risk management on wood in any village. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were CV. Mega independent work and the object of this research is business risk management. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, documentation and interviews. The results of this study were seen from the results of interviews with CV. Mega Mandiri's work to the community so far has implemented business risk management properly. In dealing with the risk of Human Resources CV. Karya Mega Mandiri conducts direct supervision to avoid fraud in the production process. This is intended to reduce risks that may occur, because risks can come from outside or within the company so that risk management is very helpful in dealing with various kinds of risks that exist.

Abstract

Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh rasio  likuiditas  dan  solvabilitas  terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di BEI. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian  ini  adalah rasio  likuiditas  dan  solvabilitas  sebagai  variabel  independen  dan Kinerja keuangan sebagai  variabel dependen. Likuiditas diproksikan oleh Current Ratio (X1), rasio solvabilitas diproksikan oleh Debt To Asset Ratio (X2), dan Kinerja Keuangan diproksikan oleh Return On Equity (Y). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik  analisis data yang  digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah  analisis regresi linear berganda.Dalam melakukan analisis  data,  peneliti  menggunakan  aplikasi  pengolah  data  statistik,  yaitu  IBM  SPSS  versi  29.  Hasil  penelitian menunjukkan  bahwa  likuiditas  (current ratio)  secara  parsial berpengaruh  signifikan terhadap Kinerja keuangan Return On Equity. Solvabilitas (debt to Asset Ratio) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (Return On Equity). Secara  simultan  likuiditas  (current ratio)  dan  solvabilitas  (debt to Asset ratio)  berpengaruh  terhadap kinerja keuangan (return on equity).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how PT. Indo Success Mandiri's sales are impacted by product,pricing, and marketing. Quantitative research is the kind that was employed. ways for gathering datawhile using a questionnaire. 150 PT. Indo Independent Success personnel made up the study's sample.The study's sample consists of 60 workers. data source that included primary and secondary data.Multiples were processed with SPSS version 2016 using linear regression analysis. The study's findingsare evident. With a value of 40.52%, these variables have an impact concurrently, and the remaining59.48% is partially influenced by other variables that were not included in this study. The relationshipbetween the product and sales at the Japanese food restaurant PT. Indo Mandiri success is significantat 35%, the relationship between the price and sales at the Japanese food restaurant PT. Indo SuksesMandiri is significant by 60.7%, and the relationship between the promotion and sales at the Japanesefood restaurants PT. Indo Sukses Mandiri is significant at 30.0%.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) on stock prices of transportation and logistics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2018–2022 period. A quantitative research method was employed using secondary data derived from audited financial statements. Eight companies were selected using purposive sampling, and data analysis was conducted through multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The findings indicate that ROA has a significant negative effect on stock prices, while ROE has no significant impact. However, both variables jointly influence stock prices significantly, with an adjusted R² of 0.820, suggesting that 82% of stock price variation can be explained by ROA and ROE. The results highlight the need for investors to consider sector-specific dynamics and for companies to align financial performance with market expectations. This study contributes to the financial literature by providing insights into the stock valuation process in asset-intensive industries and offers practical recommendations for investors, managers, and regulators.
