Abstract

dikota Padang. Penelitian ini juga diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi bagi unidha untuk dapat memformulasikan posisioning yang relevan dalam mensikapi preferensi masyarakat atas Unidha. Objek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat kota pada dengan jumlah sampel yang dihasilkan sebanyak 100 orang. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer. Data primer bersumber dari pendapat masing-masing sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan angket atau penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden atau 100 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis faktor . adapun faktor yang paling kuat dalam mempengaruhi keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih perguruan tinggi swasta di Lingkungan Kopertis wilayah x adalah faktor promosi yaitu berupa informasi dari mulut ke mulut (word of mouth) serta faktor tampilan website dari Perguruan TinggiKata kunci : Marketing Mix, Perilaku Konsumen, Preferensi Konsumen.

Abstract

This re$se$arch analyze$s the$ influe$nce$ of store$ atmosphe$re$, price$ and product comple$te$ne$ss on custome$r purchasing de$cisions at Budiman supe$rmarke$ts in Padang City (case$ study of FE$B stude$nts at Dharma Andalas Unive$rsity) using quantitative$ me$thods. This re$se$arch aims to de$te$rmine$ the$ influe$nce$ of store$ atmosphe$re$, price$ and product comple$te$ne$ss on custome$r purchasing de$cisions at Budiman Supe$rmarke$ts in Padang City. This re$se$arch use$s data colle$ction te$chnique$s in the$ form of que$stionnaire$s with a quantitative$ approach, whe$re$ data is colle$cte$d from 123 re$sponde$nts who are$ FE$B stude$nts at Dharma Andalas Unive$rsity. The$ population of this re$se$arch was 1,062 FE$B stude$nts at Dharma Andalas Unive$rsity. And sampling in this study use$d the$ rao soft size$ calculator software$ me$thod to calculate$ the$ numbe$r of sample$s, so the$ sample$ in this study was 123 FE$B stude$nts at Dharma Andalas Unive$rsity. Data colle$ction was carrie$d out through que$stionnaire$s distribute$d to 123 re$sponde$nts, which we$re$ the$n analyze$d using SPSS (Statistical Product and Se$rvice$ Solutions) software$ ve$rsion 21. The$ re$se$arch re$sults show that: store$ atmosphe$re$ has a positive$ and significant influe$nce$ on custome$r purchasing de$cisions at Budiman Swalayan Padang City, price$ has a positive$ and significant influe$nce$ on custome$r purchasing de$cisions at Budiman Swalayan Padang City, and product comple$te$ne$ss has a positive$ and significant influe$nce$ on custome$r purchasing de$cisions at Budiman Swalayan Padang City, store$ atmosphe$re$, price$ and product comple$te$ne$ss simultane$ously have$ a positive$ and significant influe$nce$ on custome$r purchasing de$cisions at Budiman Swalayan Padang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Job Interest, Hard skill, and Soft skill on the Job Readiness of Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Dharma Andalas University. The population in this study were students at the Faculty of Economics and Business as many as 225 people. The sample in this study was 144 people with the criteria of students who have job readiness. This research is a quantitative research. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The results of the study using multiple linear regression analysis showed that simultaneously there was a significant influence of job interest, hard skills, and soft skills on job readiness and partially job interest had a positive and significant effect on student job readiness, partially hard skills had a positive and significant effect on student job readiness, partially soft skills did not affect student job readiness.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah strategi pemasaran, khususnya di platform e-commerce seperti Shopee. Affiliate Program dan Live Streaming menjadi fitur utama yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian produk fashion. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kedua strategi pemasaran digital tersebut terhadap keputusan pembelian mahasiswa Universitas Dharma Andalas. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 110 responden dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) affiliate program berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk fashion di Shopee, 2) live streaming berpengaruh positif dan signifiikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion di Shopee, 3) Affiliate Program dan Live Streaming secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pelaku bisnis fashion di Shopee dalam mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran digital. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk mempertimbangkan variabel lain seperti ulasan pelanggan dan pengalaman belanja online guna memperkaya pemahaman tentang perilaku konsumen di e-commerce.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of perceived usefulness and aese of use on students’ intention to use QRIS. The population of this study consists of undergraduate Management students at Dharma Andalas University, Padang, with a sample size of 110 respondents. The data were collected through questionnaires distributed directly to the respondents and were analyzed using SPSS version 25. The findings indicate that both perceived usefulness and aese of use have a significant effect on students’ intention to use QRIS. The coefficient of determination shows that these variables explain 39,1% of the variance in students’ intention to use QRIS, while the remaining 60,9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
