Abstract

Tujuan yang diharapkan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui danmelakukan analisis pengaruh produk terhadap keputusan pelanggan yang dilihat pada perspektif ekonomi islam studi kasus pada usaha jahit di kota Pekanbaru, untuk mengetahui dan melakukan analisis pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pelanggan yang dilihat pada perspektif ekonomi islam studi kasus pada usaha jahit di kota Pekanbaru, untuk mengetahui dan melakukan analisis pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pelanggan yang dilihat pada perspektif ekonomi islam studi kasus pada usaha jahit di kota Pekanbaru, untuk mengetahui dan melakukan analisis pengaruh produk, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pelanggan yang dilihat pada perspektif ekonomi islam studi kasus pada usaha jahit di kota Pekanbaru. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa secara parsial bahwa produk dan harga berpengaruh terhadap terhadap keputusan pelanggan yang dilihat pada perspektif ekonomi islam studi kasus pada usaha jahit di kota Pekanbaru, sedangkan secara simultan produk, harga dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap terhadap keputusan pelanggan yang dilihat pada perspektif ekonomi islam studi kasus pada usaha jahit di kota PekanbaruKeywords : Produk, Harga, Promosi dan Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

This research explores the feasibility of an online business strategy for "Toko Serba Pancing" (Fishing Equipment Store) in Pekanbaru, Indonesia, considering the shift in consumer behavior from traditional to online platforms, triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic. The study employs qualitative analysis using Porter's 5 Forces, Business Model Canvas, and SWOT analysis. The findings reveal that "Toko Serba Pancing" adopts a Business-to-Customer (B2C) model in its online strategy, focusing on providing unique fishing bait not readily available elsewhere. SWOT analysis indicates potential opportunities outweighing threats externally, with strengths outweighing weaknesses internally. Despite identified weaknesses, the store has significant potential for development. The business strategy that can be implemented is Webrooming via social media, search engines, and e-commerce.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi saat ini sangat begitu pesat, hampir setiap bidang kehidupan manusia berhadapan dengan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, seperti bidang sosial, politik, budaya dan ekonomi; termasuk dalam transaksi jual beli masyarakat menjadi lebih cepat, lebih mudah dan lebih aman. Orang yang ingin membeli kebutuhan hidupnya hanya berdagang dengan berbasis digital atau aplikasi. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang telah dilakukan yaitu pelatihan melalui workshop digital marketing bagi para pelaku usaha, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini telah berhasil dilaksanakan secara bermanfaat dan sejalan dengan tujuan pengabdian masyarakat. Keberhasilan tersebut dibuktikan dengan antusiasme para pelaku usaha melalui proses tanya jawab yang menarik.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide enlightenment in empowering human resources (employees) in a good work environment. The goal is to minimize employee turnover rates starting from the employee recruitment process, the attitudes of leaders and employees. In addition, there is also training in recording good and correct financial transactions. This service method uses seminars and training methods, the Community Service team is followed by a question-and-answer session from the audience. The seminar method provides an overview of how to become a leader who can influence his subordinates, training is used to apply what has been conveyed in the seminar. The material presented in this seminar discusses a good employee recruitment process by offering several stages of the employee recruitment process that are simple and commonly used. In addition to the employee recruitment process, material discussion is also directed to leaders and employees. Community Service Results as a whole the activity ran smoothly and it can be said that the participants were able to take part in the activity well. This activity involved lecturers from the Management study program in collaboration with Master Laundry as the target subject.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide enthusiasm and motivation to the younger generation about the importance of the younger generation to work for the nation, especially in the economic field. For this reason, the younger generation needs to do something positive that can be developed with creative ideas and innovations from the youth as the nation's successors, especially the Entrepreneurial Youth Community in the Riau region in the city of Pekanbaru. . This service method uses the method of sharing knowledge and experience of the Community Service team followed by a question and answer session from the audience. The method of sharing knowledge and experience is used to convey knowledge and experience in general about how to build a business or entrepreneurship, how to find creative ideas for a work and what to prepare and the steps in developing existing works. The question and answer method is used to complete things that have not been explained by the knowledge and experience above. In this sharing of knowledge and experience, it involved lecturers of the Management study program in collaboration with the owner of the Quantung coffee shop and the Riau Region Entrepreneurial Youth Community as the target subjects.
