Abstract

Abstract

Bleeding can occur at any gestational age. The incidence of bleeding in early pregnancy is often associated with abortion. The frequency of spontaneous abortion in Indonesia is 10%-15% of 5 million pregnancies each year or 500,000-750,000. At the Colonel Abundjani Hospital Bangko, the number of abortions in 2020 was 232 people (25.6%) and in 2021 there were 176 (24.8%) people. The purpose of the study was to determine the risk factors for abortion at the Colonel Abundjani Bangko Regional Hospital in 2022. The study was carried out from February to May 2022 at the Colonel Abundjani Bangko Regional Hospital. Variables are parity, age, disease history, gestational distance, nutritional status, parity and history of abortion. While the dependent variable is abortion, the type of research is Observational, descriptive design. The population of all mothers who have abortions in 2019 - 2021 is 566 people with a sample obtained using purposive sampling of 293 people. The data uses secondary data. Analyzed by univariate analysis. The results showed that more than half of the 167 respondents (57%) were aged 20-35 years. 185 respondents (63.1%) had pregnancy intervals > 2 years. 212 (72.4%) have a parity of 1-3 people. 124 respondents (42.3%) had no history of disease. 224 respondents (76.5%) had normal nutritional status. 122 respondents (41.6%) had missed abortions. The conclusion of this study is that many respondents had missed abortions. It is expected for hospitals to always provide health services in carrying out care for patients, especially health workers on duty in hospitals and provide information in order to improve the quality of health services, especially about problems that occur in pregnant women causing abortion. Keywords: Risk, Abortion Incidence.

Abstract

At Begins at the 5th and 6th nerves and ends at the scapula, speeding up the action of the parasympathetic nerves in conveying signals to the anterior and posterior brain, allowing oxytocin and prolactin to be released. The researchers want to see how the husband's Rolling Massage affects the smooth production of postpartum mother's milk in the Mercu Public Health Center's working region in Sangir Balai Janggo District, South Solok Regency. A quasi-experimental design with a post-test only control group is used in this sort of study. The research was carried out between November 2022 and January 2023. The participants in this study were all postpartum women who were in the Mercu Health Center's operating region, and a purposive selection approach was used to choose a sample of 32 persons. The observation sheet for the smooth production of breast milk on days 1-4 was employed as the instrument. The Mann-Whitney Test was used to analyze the data. The study's findings revealed that p = 0.000, indicating that there is an effect of rolling massage by the husband on the smooth production of breast milk for postpartum mothers, with smooth production of breast milk in the treatment group on days 1-4, namely 18.8 percent, 62,5 percent, 93.8 percent, 93.8 percent, and smooth production of breast milk in the control group on days 1-4, namely 37.5 percent, 50 percent, and smooth production of breast milk on days 2-3, namely 37.5 percent. The conclusion is that the husband's Rolling Massage has a substantial influence on the smooth production of postpartum mother's milk. Husbands should be allowed to perform Rolling Massage on postpartum women to ensure that milk supply continues smoothly after childbirth, according to researchers. Keywords : Rolling massage, milk production that is smooth

Abstract

A pregnant woman is considered to have anemia if her hemoglobin level is less than 11 grams/dl. This disease causes problems for the mother and the fetus, including infection, bleeding, birth defects, and possibly maternal and infant death. Purpose : The purpose of this research is to identify the variables linked to the prevalence of anemia in expectant mothers at the Community Health Center. Methods : This research is cross-sectional and analytical in nature. All pregnant women in the vicinity of the Bungus Community Health Center made up the study population, and 80 pregnant women were chosen as a sample using the incidental sampling technique. Questionnaires and a digital hemoglobin equipment were used to measure hemoglobin levels. The Chi-Square statistical test was used to conduct the analysis both univariately and bivariately. Result : According to the findings, anemia affected 66.2% of expectant mothers. Factors found to be associated with the incidence of anemia were education level (p = 0.00) and pregnancy spacing (p = 0.02), while knowledge level did not have a significant relationship (p = 0.073).  Implications : The study's findings indicate that while there is no appreciable relationship between knowledge level and anemia incidence, the incidence of anemia in pregnant women is connected with both pregnancy spacing and educational attainment. Conclusion : To prevent anemia, it is hoped that health professionals will take a more active role in educating expectant mothers about the value of proper diet and prenatal monitoring.
