Abstract

Dismenore adalah nyeri perut yang terjadi selama menstruasi. Di Indonesia diperkirakan 54,89% perempuan tersiksa nyeri selama haid. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifitas pemberian kompres hangat dan rebusan kunyit terhadap penurunan nyeri desminorea pada siswi SMP Negeri 7 Kelas VII 2020. Desain penelitian bersifat quasy eksperimen pretest-postest, data dianalisis dengan data analisa Univariat dan Bivariat dengan T-test dependent. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 7 Bukittinggi Bulan Juni tahun 2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 20 orang siswi. Hasil analisa data univariat diketahui rata-rata nyeri sebelum diberikan kompres hangat adalah 6,80 standar deviasi 2,150, nilai minimum-maximum 3-10 Rata-rata setelah diberikan kompres hangat adalah 1,70 dengan standar deviasi 1,418, nilai minimum-maximum 0-4. Rata-rata nyeri sebelum diberikan rebusan kunyit adalah 6, 80 dengan standar deviasi 2,751, nilai minimum-maximum 10-4 Rata-rata setelah diberikan rebusan kunyit adalah 2,50 dengan standar deviasi 1,716, nilai minimummaximum 0-5 . Selisih rata-rata antara pemberian kompres hangat dengan rebusan kunyit adalah 5,1 : 4,3. Dan pengaruh pemberian kompres hangat dan rebusan kunyit yaitu dengan P Value 0.000 < α =0.05. Kesimpulan penelitian ini berarti ada pengaruh pemberian kompres hangat pada siswi yang mengalami desminorea. Setelah mendapatkan informasi ini diharapakan agar siswi untuk dapat melakukan cara alamiah mengatasi desminorea secara berkelanjutan untuk menggunakan kompres hangat atau rebusan kunyit.

Abstract

At Begins at the 5th and 6th nerves and ends at the scapula, speeding up the action of the parasympathetic nerves in conveying signals to the anterior and posterior brain, allowing oxytocin and prolactin to be released. The researchers want to see how the husband's Rolling Massage affects the smooth production of postpartum mother's milk in the Mercu Public Health Center's working region in Sangir Balai Janggo District, South Solok Regency. A quasi-experimental design with a post-test only control group is used in this sort of study. The research was carried out between November 2022 and January 2023. The participants in this study were all postpartum women who were in the Mercu Health Center's operating region, and a purposive selection approach was used to choose a sample of 32 persons. The observation sheet for the smooth production of breast milk on days 1-4 was employed as the instrument. The Mann-Whitney Test was used to analyze the data. The study's findings revealed that p = 0.000, indicating that there is an effect of rolling massage by the husband on the smooth production of breast milk for postpartum mothers, with smooth production of breast milk in the treatment group on days 1-4, namely 18.8 percent, 62,5 percent, 93.8 percent, 93.8 percent, and smooth production of breast milk in the control group on days 1-4, namely 37.5 percent, 50 percent, and smooth production of breast milk on days 2-3, namely 37.5 percent. The conclusion is that the husband's Rolling Massage has a substantial influence on the smooth production of postpartum mother's milk. Husbands should be allowed to perform Rolling Massage on postpartum women to ensure that milk supply continues smoothly after childbirth, according to researchers.Keywords : Rolling massage, milk production that is smooth

Abstract

This research aims to prove and analyze the increase in digital savings customer satisfaction through increasing e_service quality and brand image. The research analysis unit is digital savings customers at 7 Digital Banks in DKI Jakarta Province. The research method used was a descriptive and explanatory survey with a minimum sample of 80 respondents. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling with the SmartPLS 9.3.2 statistical analysis tool. The research results show that e_service quality and brand image partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on digital savings customer satisfaction. E_service quality partially has the most dominant influence on digital savings customer satisfaction. Managerial implications, to increase digital saving customer satisfaction can be done by improving the quality of e_service, especially by increasing the reliability aspect of the service feature functions running smoothly and quickly), and supported by improving the brand image, especially the user image aspect of the digital saving service used.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of the responsibility of the Regional Government of Kepulauan Meranti in supporting the independence of Persons with Mental Disorders (ODGJ), based on Government Regulation No. 28 of 2024 as the implementing regulation of Law No. 17 of 2023 on Health, with additional insights from the perspective of Islamic law. The research applies a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the regional government, through the local Health Office, Social Affairs Office, and Regional General Hospital, has initiated various mental health programs. However, these efforts still encounter significant challenges, such as the shortage of professional mental health workers, limited budget allocation, and geographical barriers of the archipelagic region that hinder service accessibility. Another pressing issue is the limited capacity of families to provide adequate care for ODGJ. Existing initiatives include primary-level mental health services and cross-sector coordination, yet their effectiveness remains suboptimal. From the perspective of Islamic law, ensuring the rights and protection of ODGJ is a moral and social obligation of the government in realizing public welfare (maslahah). Therefore, this study recommends strengthening regulations that prioritize the rights of ODGJ, enhancing cross-sectoral collaboration, and utilizing local potential to sustainably expand the reach of mental health services, in line with both positive law and Islamic legal values.

Abstract

                The study aims to determine the influence of service quality and therapeutic communication on outpatient satisfaction at Pabuaran Indah Public Health Center, Cibinong District, Bogor Regency. This research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method, using data collection techniques including observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The sample consisted of all outpatient visitors during May–June 2024, 100 patients, selected using the census technique. The results show that the service quality is categorized as good, with an average score of 3.95. Service quality has a moderate relationship with patient satisfaction, indicated by a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.587 and a determination coefficient (R²) of 0.345, meaning that 34.5% of patient satisfaction is influenced by service quality. Therapeutic communication, also rated as good with an average score of 3.88, shows a strong relationship with patient satisfaction, with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.744 and a determination coefficient (R²) of 0.553, indicating that 55.3% of patient satisfaction is influenced by therapeutic communication. Simultaneously, service quality and therapeutic communication have a strong relationship with patient satisfaction, with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.709 and a determination coefficient (R²) of 0.509, meaning that both variables together influence 50.9% of patient satisfaction. In conclusion, service quality and therapeutic communication have a significant influence both partially and simultaneously on outpatient satisfaction at Pabuaran Indah Public Health Center.

Abstract

The performance of nurses in the Central Surgery Installation (Instalasi Bedah Sentral/IBS) is a crucial factor in ensuring the quality of healthcare services in hospitals. However, there is still a discrepancy between workload and the achievement of optimal performance, which is suspected to be related to competence and training effectiveness. This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and training on the performance of nurses in the Central Surgery Installation of Ciawi Regional Public Hospital (RSUD Ciawi), Bogor Regency. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. The population in this study consisted of all nurses in the IBS of RSUD Ciawi, totaling 150 individuals, with 100 respondents selected proportionally. Data collection was conducted through questionnaire distribution. Data analysis techniques included descriptive and inferential statistics using multiple regression, correlation, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that the nurses’ competence is generally categorized as very good, with a correlation coefficient (R) value of 0.608, indicating a strong relationship between competence and performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.370 indicates that 37% of the performance variation is influenced by competence. Furthermore, the training received by nurses is generally good and has a strong relationship with performance, with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.729 and a coefficient of determination (r²) of 0.532, meaning 53.2% of the performance variation is influenced by training. Simultaneously, competence and training have a strong and significant influence on performance, with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.763 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.582, indicating that 58.2% of the performance variation of IBS nurses at RSUD Ciawi is determined by these two variables. Therefore, continuous improvement of competence and training can serve as an important strategy to enhance nurse performance in the Central Surgery Installation of RSUD Ciawi.

Abstract

Improving the performance of health workers is a key focus in hospital management, especially amidst increasing demands for public health services. Ciawi Regional Public Hospital (RSUD) in Bogor Regency, as a referral health facility, faces challenges in maintaining service quality while dealing with limited human resources and high workloads. The phenomenon of heavy workloads and the need for servant leadership and a supportive organizational culture underlies the importance of this study. This research aims to analyze the influence of Servant Leadership and Organizational Culture on the Performance of Health Workers at Ciawi RSUD. The study uses a quantitative method with data collected through literature review and questionnaires distributed to respondents. The population in this study consists of 441 nurses at RSUD Ciawi, with a sample size of 110 nurses selected using proportional random sampling. Data were analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression, correlation analysis, and coefficient of determination. The results show that Servant Leadership has a moderate relationship with health worker performance, with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.587 and a determination coefficient (R²) of 0.345, indicating that 34.5% of performance is influenced by Servant Leadership. Meanwhile, Organizational Culture shows a strong relationship with performance, with R = 0.744 and R² = 0.553, meaning 55.3% of performance is influenced by Organizational Culture. Simultaneously, Servant Leadership and Organizational Culture significantly affect health worker performance with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.782 and R² = 0.611, indicating that 61.1% of performance is jointly determined by these two variables, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Lanjut usia merupakan kelompok yang paling mudah dan banyak terjangkit masalah kesehatan, semakin bertambah usia maka semakin menurun daya tahan tubuh pada orang tersebut. Di Sulawesi Barat pada tahun 2020 data lansia dari keseluruhan dearah ialah sebanyak 22,96%, Polewali Mandar mendapat posisi pertama dengan rasio lansia terbanyak sebanyak 8,57% dari 5 Daerah, dan majene berada pada posisi kedua dengan rasio lansia sebanyak 7,97%, posisi ketiga Mamasa dengan rasio lansia sebanyak 7,43%, posisi ke empat Mamuju Tengah dengan rasio lansia sebanyak 5,59%, dan Mamuju Utara berada pada posisi keterakhir dengan jumlah rasio lansia sebanyak 4,12%. Proses penuaan atau aging ialah suatu proses terjadi pada semua mahluk hidup. menjadi tua (aging) merupakan proses perubahan biologis secara terus menerus yang dialami oleh setiap manusia pada setiap umur dan waktu. Adapun upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan melakukan senam sehat pada lansia, senam lansia adalah serangkaian gerak nada yang teratur, terarah serta terencana dalam bentuk latihan fisik yang berpengaruh terhadap latihan fisik lansia.Maka dari itu diperlukan kegiatan olahraga/senam pada lansia, untuk mewujudkan serangkaian olahraga tertentu yang dilengkapi dengan upaya edukasi untuk membangun pemahaman tentang pentingnya hidup sehat dan pencegahan penyakit pada lansia yang dapat mengarah ke penyakit berbahaya seperti jantung koroner dan stroke. Dengan dilaksanakan kegiatan ini diharapkan meningkatnya kekuatan massa otot pada lansia , dan memberikan edukasi tentang pentingnya berolahraga atau senam, manfaat senam untuk lansia bertujuan untuk mengurangi kekakuan pada sendi atau rematik, hipertensi maupun penyakit lainnya dengan melakukan senam secara rutin dirumah dan dapat dilakukan pula sambil bersantai sehingga diharapkan derajat kesehatan meningkat dan terhindar dari resiko komplikasi pada lansia.

Abstract

Maternal and Child Health Book (MCH Book) documentation is an important part of midwifery services that contributes to the monitoring of maternal and child health. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between knowledge, skills, attitudes, and the performance of midwives in MCH Book documentation. A quantitative method was used with an observational analytic approach and a cross-sectional design. Data were collected through observations and questionnaires administered to midwives in health facilities. The data were analyzed using the chi-square statistical test to determine the relationship between midwives’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes with their performance in MCH Book documentation. Statistical test results showed that knowledge and skills did not have a significant relationship with documentation performance (knowledge: p-value = 0.067 > α = 0.05; skills: p-value = 0.054 > α = 0.05). However, attitudes had a significant relationship with performance (p-value = 0.005 < α = 0.05). These findings indicate that improving skills or knowledge alone is not sufficient to enhance documentation quality; a positive attitude toward the importance of documentation plays a more crucial role. Therefore, training and coaching programs should focus not only on improving technical abilities but also on fostering professional attitudes and awareness regarding the importance of accurate and complete obstetric documentation. Strengthening these aspects is essential to improving the quality of maternal and child health records in healthcare settings.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of work motivation and work discipline on teacher performance at SDN Kebalen 02 Bekasi, both partially and simultaneously. The study employs a quantitative method with descriptive and verificative approaches. Data were collected using questionnaire instruments. Respondents were 32 teachers at SDN Kebalen 02 Bekasi. Multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25 was used. The findings show that work motivation has a positive effect on teacher performance at SDN Kebalen 02 Bekasi. Work discipline also positively influences teacher performance. The study further reveals that work motivation and work discipline simultaneously affect teacher performance at SDN Kebalen 02 Bekasi. The simultaneous effect amounts to 74.1% (R2 = 0.741), while the remaining 25.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. It can be concluded that combining improved work motivation and work discipline significantly enhances teacher performance at SDN Kebalen 02 Bekasi.
