Abstract: This study aims to determine the antibacterial potential of ethanol extract of Moringa leaves again: st the growth of Propionibacterium acnes bacteria. Antibacterial activity test was carried out by disc diffusion method, and compared the average inhibition zones of each ethanol extract of Moringa leaves from 3 different concentrations, namely concentrations of 10%, 20% and 30%. The results of the disc diffusion test of Moringa oleifera (Moringa oleifera Lam) ethanol extract were characterized by the diameter of the inhibition zone at a concentration of 10% at 16 mm, a concentration of 20% at 17.5 mm, and a concentration of 30% at 18.5 mm. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the ethanolic extract of Moringa leaves has the potential to inhibit the growth of Propionibacterium acnes bacteria at concentrations of 10%, 20% and 30%, respectively, of 16 mm, 17.5 mm, and 18.5 mm with a strong category. Based on these results, it can be seen that the higher the concentration used, the greater the diameter of the inhibition zone obtained.Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi antibakteri ekstrak etanol daun kelor terhadap pertumbuhan bakteri Propionibacterium acnes. Uji aktivitas antibakteri dilakukan dengan metode difusi cakram disk, dan membandingkan rata-rata zona hambat dari masing-masing ekstrak etanol daun kelor dari 3 konsentrasi berbeda, yaitu konsentrasi 10%, 20% dan 30%. Hasil uji difusi cakram ekstrak etanol daun kelor (Morinmga oleifera Lam) ditandai dengan diameter zona hambat pada konsentrasi 10% sebesar 16 mm, konsentrasi 20% sebesar 17,5 mm, dan konsentrasi 30% pada 18,5 mm. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ekstrak etanol daun kelor mempunyai potensi dalam menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Propionibacterium acnes pada konsentrasi 10%, 20% dan 30% secara berurutan sebesar 16 mm, 17,5 mm, dan 18,5 mm dengan kategori kuat. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat diketahui, bahwa semakin tinggi konsentrasi yang digunakan maka semakin besar pula diameter zona hambat yang didapatkan.
