Abstract

This paper demonstrates the results of analyzing business processes for filing leave or permission for employees at IT Del. The ERP system is a business solution that is applied to increase productivity in the company. ERP systems are a combination of software packages with business processes, therefore ERP implementation and business processes are using open source ERP is an option because it is easier to implement with lower costs. This article discusses the analysis of company business processes and maps with business processes in an ERP system.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a public complaint application that can be used by the public in conveying their aspirationsregarding problems that occur in the midst of the community. This application is built on a smartphone system with the Androidoperating system that can be used by the public in daily communication related to submitting complaints. In this research, themethod used is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, which is a systematic development model, design, andmaintenance of software projects that ensure all user needs are met. This application is built using the Java programminglanguage. This application will display the types of complaints, the date of the complaint, the user who made the complaint andthe status of the complaint. Based on the results of interviews conducted with the public, it shows that this application willreally help the community in making complaints.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic caused by Sars-Cov2 virus has caused the damage of the human respiratory system. Therefore, the government give a recommendation to all of us for using a personal protective equipment like a face mask when everyone is doing an activity in the outdoor to prevent the spread of the Sars-Cov2. The purpose of this study is to build a classification model to be able to determine whether someone uses a mask or not. The building model used in this study is SqueezeNet for feature extraction and Naïve Bayes, Support Vector Machine for the classification process. Research data to build the model consist of 658 facial images using masks and 656 facial images without masks. The evaluation using 10-Fold Validation is the accuracy of the model using Naïve Bayes is 0.958, precision is 0.981, and recall is 0.938. Using SVM, the evaluation result is for the accuracy is 0.992, precision is 0.994, and recall is 0.990.

Abstract

Database auditing has become a very important aspect of security as organizations today use database management systems (DBMS) as the main asset that stores, maintains and monitors sensitive information. Using the Computer-Assisted Audit Technique (CAAT) technique can make it easier for auditors to complete the audit. This study aims to build an automatic tool for conducting database audits in the category of log on / off audit, database usage audit, database usage outside operating hour audit, and security attribute audit (privileges, user / login, and password changes. The resulting audit in this study begins with creating an audit environment, logging and then producing an audit report. Creating triggers and logs are the steps in obtaining data for the audit process. The resulting reports include suspicious access, inactive users, access outside of operational hours, and Inactive users are accompanied by recommendations that can be used by the auditor when conducting the audit.

Abstract

The era of disruption is marked by the presence of various innovations, technologies, platforms, and new business models. This era opens up opportunities for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) to grow. Initial observations that aimed at Toba MSME actors show that the use of digitalization for marketing is still very low. This prompted to conduct the research with purpose to find out the possibility of how the implementation of MBKM can help accelerate the digitization of Toba MSMEs. The data collection method was carried out by surveying students, lecturers and staff as interested parties in MBKM, and continued with Focus Group Discussions with Toba MSME actors. Through this study, an evaluation of the digital capabilities and implementation of e-marketing of Toba MSME actors was carried out in order to produce further recommendations and obtaining the results in the form of an overview of Toba MSME digital capabilities based on aspects of ‘digital innovation, digital technology, digital orientation, digital capability, and marketing capability’. From this research we found that the most common obstacles faced by Toba MSME actors are the limited digital literacy of MSME actors, limited capital, lack of understanding of marketing concepts and practices, and limited number of human resources. These limitations are very likely to be resolved with the MBKM program so that the acceleration of the Toba MSME digital transformation can be carried out.

Abstract

Pertanian merupakan sektor yang berperan penting dalam mendukung upaya ketahanan pangan nasional terhadap ketersediaan, akses, dan stabilitas pangan. Pada Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan, sektor pertanian merupakan sektor yang paling mendominasi. Namun, proses pemasaran yang dilakukan pada sektor pertanian di Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga akan menyulitkan dalam melakukan penjualan terhadap produk pertanian. Sebagai solusi dari permasalahan tersebut, maka dilakukan penerapan salah satu sistem manajemen yang dapat digunakan dalam mengelola hasil pertanian, yaitu sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Sistem ERP dapat mengefisienkan proses manajemen yang sebelumnya dilakukan dengan menggunakan kertas maupun melalui telepon. Manajemen ERP mencakup semua bidang utama bisnis, mulai dari akuntansi dan penganggaran, manajemen sumber daya manusia, sirkulasi dokumen hingga pelaporan, dll. Kegiatan penerapan ERP tersebut dilakukan melalui PKM Pemanfaatan Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) berbasis website dengan menggunakan Odoo. Setiap aktor memiliki akses yang berbeda-beda di dalam sistem. Modul yang digunakan adalah modul sales, events, website, e-commerce, discuss, blogs, e-learning, purchase, dan accounting. Adapun modul-modul yang digunakan tersebut tersedia pada Odoo dan dapat dikustomisasi sesuai kebutuhan. Sistem yang dikembangkan adalah sistem berbasis web yang dibangun dengan menggunakan modul website. Penggunaan sistem informasi terdiri dari 4 aktor yaitu petani, pemerintah, pembeli, dan supplier. Sistem sudah berhasil dibangun dan sudah melakukan tahapan pelatihan terhadap aktor dari sistem ini.

Abstract

Heart disease is a leading cause of death worldwide, and the need for effective predictive systems is a major source of the need to treat affected patients. This study aimed to determine how to improve the accuracy of Random Forest in predicting and classifying heart disease. The experiments performed in this study were designed to select the most optimal parameters using an RF optimization technique using GA. The Genetic Algorithm (GA) is used to optimize RF parameters to predict and classify heart disease. Optimization of the Random Forest parameter using a genetic algorithm is carried out by using the Random Forest parameter as input for the initial population in the Genetic Algorithm. The Random Forest parameter undergoes a series of processes from the Genetic Algorithm: Selection, Crossover Rate, and Mutation Rate. The chromosome that has survived the evolution of the Genetic Algorithm is the best population or best parameter Random Forest. The best parameters are stored in the hall of fame module in the DEAP library and used for the classification process in Random Forest. The optimized RF parameters are max_depth, max_features, n_estimator, min_sample_leaf, and min_sample_leaf. The experimental process performed in RF uses the default parameters, random search, and grid search. Overall, the accuracy obtained for each experiment is the default parameter 82.5%, random search 82%, and grid search 83%. The RF+GA performance is 85.83%; this result is affected by the GA parameters are generations, population, crossover, and mutation. This shows that the Genetic Algorithm can be used to optimize the parameters of Random Forest.

Abstract

White blood cells play a role in maintaining the immune system which consists of several types such as neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils and basophils. MobileNetV2 is one of the pretrained convolutional neural network (CNN) models that provides excellent advantages and performance in classifying images. In this research was conducted to find out how to apply optimization hyperparameters and the impact of image processing on white blood cell image classification using MobileNetV2, so that it is expected to find a combination of preprocessing and combination of hyperparameter values that can produce the highest accuracy value. To maximize the classification process, before classifying the image, several stages of image preprocessing are carried out, namely cropping, grayscale, resizing and augmentation. Hyperparameter tuning was carried out for an experiment to improve model performance. The three main parameters used in hyperparameter tuning are learning rate, batch size, and number of epochs. Performance optimization model performance will be measured using accuracy, sensitivity, specificity and using a confusion matrix. Based on the experimental results in this study, it shows that the best learning rate value is 0.00001, the best batch size value is 32, and the best epoch value is 250.

Abstract

Modeling an ERD can be done manually, but generally obtaining an Entity Relationship (ER) Diagram modeling manually will usually take a long time. So, it takes an ERD generator automation from the requirements specification to make it easier to do ERD modeling. This study will develop a system that produces ERD from requirements specifications in Indonesian by applying several stages of Natural Language Processing (NLP) according to needs research. The requirements specification used by the research team used technical document analysis. The stages of NLP used by the research team are: case folding, sentence segmentation, tokenization, POS tagging, chunking and parsing. Then the research team will conduct the words from the text that have been studied in the stages of NLP with the Rule-Based method to find a list of words that meet the ERD components such as: entities, attributes, primary keys and relations. The research team will describe the results obtained in the previous stage using the Graphviz library. From the results of the evaluation of the ERD system design, the research team used an expert evaluation evaluation. From the evaluation results obtained based on the evaluation of several cases, the results of the average precision, recall, and F1 scores from each expert are: 91%, 90%, 90% in expert 1; in expert 2 obtained 90%, 90%, 90%; in expert 3 obtained 98%, 94%, 96%; in expert 4 obtained 93%, 93%, 93%; and in expert 5 obtained 98%, 83%, 90%.

Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini adalah dasar peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan berperan pada  kemajuan pendidikan di masa yang akan datang. Untuk memaksimalkan potensi anak, harus dimulai sedini mungkin. Salah satu tujuan pendidikan anak usia dini adalah untuk menyediakan pembelajaran untuk pengembangan keterampilan dan kemampian anak. Pendekatan Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBL) atau problem based learning adalah salah satu strategi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan strategi pembelajaran PBL kepada guru dan siswa di PAUD GKII Sangkar Ni Huta Balige. Melalui kegiatan ini, dirancang sebuah metode pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan siswa PAUD di sekolah tersebut. Pembelajaran yang telah dirancang tersebut kemudian diterapkan dengan berbagai kegiatan dan kemudian di evaluasi menggunakan insrtumen evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pembelajaran PBL ini memberikan dorongan bagi anak untuk berpikir secara kreatif karena didukung oleh peralatan dan rancangan pembelajaran yang sesuai.
