Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of kiai leadership on umana' performance and the effect of salary satisfaction on umana' performance partially, as well as the influence of kiai leadership and salary satisfaction on umana' performance simultaneously. This type of research uses a field research method (Field Research) with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used the Simple Random Sampling technique to 51 respondents. This study uses statistical analysis consisting of classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the kiai's leadership has a partially significant effect on umana' performance with a sig. t = 0.003 < = 0.1. Salary satisfaction has no partial effect on umana' performance with a sig value. t = 0.762 > = 0.1. The kiai's leadership and salary satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on umana' performance with a sig. f = 0.004 < = 0.1.

Abstract

Secara umum, KSPS BMT-UGT Sidogiri telah menerapkan kompensasi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan para karyawannya seperti pemberian kmpensasi bonus. Kompensasi gaji, dan semacamnya demi menjaga tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawannya. Seorang akan lebih antusias dalam bekerja apabila tingkat kepuasan karyawan dicapai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Apakah kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan di KSPS BMT-UGT Sidogiri Se-Wilyah Situbondo dan Seberapa besar pengaruh kompensasi terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan di KSPS BMT-UGT Sidogiri Se-Wilayah Situbondo. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan metode studi analisis yaitu dengan cara Observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan penjelasan secara terperinci dan sistematis tentang pengaruh kompensasi terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan di KSPS BMT-UGT Sidogiri Se-Wilayah Situbondo. Secara parsial variabel kompensasi (X) berpengaruh terhadap varibel kepuasan kerja (Y) di KSPS BMT-UGT Sidogiri Se-Wilayah Situbondo. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t dengan taraf signifikas 5% yaitu thitung≥ttabel (6,677≥1,679) atau nilai sig. 0,000<0,05 maka hasil hipotesis diterima, artinya Variabel kompensasi (X) berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan (Y) di KSPS BMT-UGT Sidogiri Se-Wilayah Situbondo. Besaran pengaruh variabel kompensasi (X) terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan di KSPS BMT-UGT Sidogiri Se-Wilayah Situbondo menunjukkan kategori sedang. Hal ini terbukti melalui hasil korelasimya yaitu sebesar 0,509 dan hasil koefisien diterminasi (R squer) sebesar 0,509, artinya pengaruh Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dalam kategori sedang dari kompensasi (X) terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan (Y). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kmpensasi (X) mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan (Y) sebesar 50,9%% selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan oleh model regresi yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar 49,1%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel X berpengaruh nyata terhadap variabel Y dan ada pengaruh positif dalam kategori sedang.

Abstract

This research has the aim to find and analyze the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the existence of businesses in East Java. The research method in this study uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data sources are more focused on secondary data sources derived from the results of research as well as sources of reference literature in accordance with the discussion with the research conducted. The time interval for conducting research was conducted from April to June 2020. Data collection techniques used were documentation techniques. The results showed that the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic was grouped into 2 parts. First, Covid-19 Pandemic is one of the biggest factors that has an impact on business actors, especially those who depend their lives through direct meetings with consumers / buyers. Second, business categories constrained by the Covid-19 pandemic include MSMEs, hospitality and tourism, restaurants, shopping centers, transportation and property sectors. Third, business categories that increased during the Covid-19 pandemic include the health sector (masks, hand sanitizers, disinfectants, face shields, medicines, vitamins, etc.), food delivery and logistics, Information Technology, food processing and, retail. Fourth, business actors in the business category are constrained due to the Covid-19 pandemic can move to businesses that fall into the increased business category by utilizing available online business platforms or marketplaces.

Abstract

Dengan seiring berkembangnya ekonomi syariah di Indonesia serta didukung adanya program Halal Tourism Industry. Salah satu tuntutan yang harus dipenuhi adalah bagaimana pelaku bisnis harus bisa memenuhi tempat penginapan yang membantu kenyamanan dalam praktek ibadah termasuk juga penyediaan makanan halal, kolam renang, spa, tempat olahraga dan beberapa fasilitas lainnya. Dalam menjalankan operasioanal kegiatan dan pengembangan bisnis perhotelan berbasis syari’ah, tentu dibutuhkan pelayanan yang baik sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip pelayanan syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh prinsip-prinsip pelayanan syariah yang terdiri dari Ketuhanan (Rabbaniyyah), Etis (Akhlaqiyyah), Realistis (Al-Waqi’iyyah), Humanistis (Al-Insaniyyah) secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kuantitatif, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan simple random sampling yang berjumlah 67 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner). Analisis data diuji menggunakan uji instrumen atau prasyarat (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik (uji multikolinieritas, uji autokorelasi, dan uji heteroskedastisitas), uji hipotesis (uji regresi linier sederhana, uji regresi linier berganda, uji F dan uji t) serta uji analisis koefisien determinasi ). Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Ketuhanan (Rabbaniyyah) berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dibuktikan dari nilai sebesar -1,128 < = 1,997 atau nilai sig. t = 0,264 > 0,05. (2) Etis (Akhlaqiyyah) berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dibuktikan dari nilai sebesar 8.505 > = 1,997 atau nilai sig.t = 0, 000 < 0,05. (3) Realistis (Al-Waqi’iyyah) berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dibuktikan dengan sebesar 6.596 > = 1,997 atau nilai sig. t = 0, 000 < 0,05. (4) Humanistis (Al-Insaniyyah) berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dibuktikan dengan sebesar 8.908 > = 1,997 atau nilai sig. t = 0, 000 < 0,05. (5) Ketuhanan (Rabbaniyyah), Etis (Akhlaqiyyah), Realistis (Al-Waqi’iyyah), dan Humanistis (Al-Insaniyyah) berpengaruh dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dibuktikan dengan nilai = 125.015 > = 2,51 dengan tingkat sig. F = 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

The tight competition in the business world requires every business actor to develop business with various kinds of competition in all fields, one of which is by processing human resources, because the quality of human resources greatly affects the quality of production. The production process is usually associated with productivity, if productivity increases it will also be followed by an increase in the performance of the company. Human Resources is one of the keys to the success of the company in order to increase competition and improve product quality. The method used in this study is a descriptive type of qualitative approach. The data collection technique was through observation, interviews and documentation, the data source being from UD Slamet Situbondo. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of human resources on improving product quality. The results of the study indicate that the existence of quality possessed by human resources is very decisive for improving product quality in the future. For measuring product quality, it can be known through customer satisfaction, free from damage, the size of the durability of the product, product accuracy, and easy to operate and maintain. Meanwhile, from a marketing point of view, product quality is measured in terms of the buyer's perception of the quality of the product

Abstract

Zakat distribution is the distribution, distribution, delivery of goods or services to many people or several places. The distribution of zakat has clear and directed targets and objectives according to the basis stated in the Al-Qur'an which is applied to the form of zakat distribution. The method used in this research is a descriptive method using a qualitative approach which aims to describe zakat institutions in a comprehensive and comprehensive manner through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research explain that the forms of distribution of zakat funds carried out by zakat institutions to improve community welfare are consumptive distribution and productive distribution so that they are able to improve people's living standards. The targets of zakat distribution carried out by BAZNAS Karangasem Bali are eight asnaf, namely the needy, poor, amil, converts, riqab, gharimin, fisabilillah, and ibn sabil. The steps for distributing zakat carried out by BAZNAS Karangasem Bali are planning, implementation and supervision. So, with distribution in the form of empowerment and the right targets and good stages at BAZNAS Karangasem Bali, it has succeeded in improving the welfare of the community.
