Abstract

In the ideal level, Islamic education must touch on 3 (three) aspects. "Knowing" realm understanding value Islamic religion, "doing" realm practicing the values Islamic religion, "being" go through a period of life following values Islamic religion. However, the development of the 21-st Century, which provides open access to all information from cyberspace, has not been fully implemented in the field of Islamic education so that it gives a challenge for the world of Islamic education in implementing the concept of "being" optimally in the process of learning. This article aims to describe and analyze the development of the Islamic education curriculum through 3 (three) approaches: multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary, and transdisciplinary. This article uses a qualitative approach to the type of literature study research. A literature study that is in line with the research theme leads this research to the conclusion. First, the Common Core State Standards (Kurikulum Inti) emerge as a form of balance standardization between the aspects of ideal learning and skills needs in the 21st-century. Second, the difference between multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary, and transdisciplinary approaches lies in the "starting point" of each approach. Multidisciplinary emerge as the form of concepts and skills desired by each discipline (explicitly), interdisciplinary in the form of shared concepts and skills, as long as a scientific discipline (implicitly) and transdisciplinary in the form of real reality in life where students being both subject and object in gaining that knowledge. Third, the similarity between multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary approaches lies to balance between accountability, relevance, and development of the 21st-century; all three are integral parts of the Core Curriculum; all three involve more than one scientific discipline in discussing a theme/issue and; all three have aspects of evaluation/assessment during the learning process.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengurai tentang rekonstruksi paham keagamaan relasi egaliter antara laki-laki dan perempuan melalui sistem pendidikan di perguruan tinggi Kota Malang. Riset ini dilaksanakan di dua perguruan tinggi yaitu Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Maulana Malik Ibrahim dan Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) yang terus membangun pola pendidikan egaliter. Karenanya, riset ini fokus pada realitas kependidikan egaliter tersebut serta dampak pada tumbuh kembangnya paham keagamaan yang humanis, moderat, dan egaliter di tengah sivitas akademika. Dari telaah tersebut, riset ini menyimpulkan bahwa paham keagamaan tentang keperempuanan bisa tumbuh dari realitas sosial kependidikan. Munculnya sistem pendidikan tersebut dilandasi oleh nilai integratif antara dimensi realitas empirik (ayat kauniyyah) dan wahyu normatif (al-Qur’an dan al-Hadist (ayat qauliyyah)). Nilai-nilai integratif dalam sistem pendidikan tinggi inilah oleh peneliti dikatakan sebagai kaldera egaliter religius. Upaya humanis melalui pola sistem pendidikan egaliter mendorong adanya lembaga pendidikan yang bisa mengangkat harkat derajat perempuan dalam mainstreaming paham keagamaan. Bahkan ia mampu mereproduksi kultur akademik yang lebih progresif dan moderat.

Abstract

Objective: this research is a preliminary study that aims to describe the process of implementing traditional ceremonial traditions and Islamic values and the impact of acculturation of Islamic education on Mappogau Sihanua Karampuang. Method: This study uses field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this study were ten community leaders directly involved in implementing the Karampuang traditional ceremony and two educators. Results: This study found that in the Mappogau Sihanua tradition, several ritual processes must be passed, namely: Mabbahanang is deliberation, Mappaota. It is a request for permission or blessing. Mabaja-baja is cooperation to clean houses and traditional locations, menre ri fur (going up to the top of a mountain to release vows), mabbali sumange, preparing traditional medicines, and Malling is a prohibition on slaughtering livestock. The most numerous messages of value in the Mappogau Sihanua Karampuang time-honored tradition are moral values such as respecting each other, preserving the environment, respecting leaders, cooperation/helping each other, ukhuwah, and friendship values. Novelty: The novelty in this study is that the values of Islamic religious education can have a positive impact and give the Karampuang community new perspectives on something new in behavior.

Abstract

Pendidikan dimaknai sebagai proses mengubah tingkah laku anak didik agar menjadi manusia dewasa yang mampu hidup mandiri dan sebagai anggota masyarakat dalam lingkungan individu berbeda. Pendidikan tidak hanya mencakup pengembangan intelektual saja, akan tetapi lebih ditekankan pada proses pembinaan kepribadian anak didik secara menyeluruh sehingga anak menjadi dewasa. Karena itu pendidikan pada dasarnya merupakan usaha manusia (pendidik) untuk dengan penuh tanggungjawab membimbing anak menjadi dewasa. Usaha sadar tersebut dilakukan dalam bentuk pembelajaran, di mana ada pendidik yang melayani para siswanya melakukan kegiatan belajar dan pendidik menilai atau mengukur tingkat keberhasilan siswa tersebut. Proses belajar mengajar merupakan suatu proses yang mengandung serangkaian perbuatan guru dan siswa atas dasar hubungan timbal balik yang berlangsung dalam situasi edukatif untuk mencapai tujuan, interaksi atau hubungan timbal balik antara guru dan siswa itu, merupakan syarat utama bagi berlangsungnya proses belajar mengajar mempunyai arti yang luas tidak sekadar hubungan guru dan siswa. Tetapi berupa interaksi edukatif berupa penanaman sikap dan nilai pada diri siswa yang sedang belajar.Kata Kunci: interaksi edukatif, intelegensia, pembelajaran efektif
