Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cognitive restructuring techniques on students' social anxiety. The research design used in this study was one group pretest-posttest design.The population in this study was grade VII students of SMPN 5 Gerung with a total of 37 students, and the samples in this study were 9 people who were indicated to have high levels of social anxiety based on the results pre-test. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires as the main method and methods of observation, interviews and documentation as a complementary method. The results of this study indicate that cognitive restructuring techniques have an effect on minimizing students' social anxiety.

Abstract

Self-management is self-control of thoughts, words, and actions that are carried out, and encourage oneself to do things that are not good and increase good and right actions. Addiction Online Game is one of the problems that gets the attention of the wider community because this problem will have an impact on several aspects of life, such as health aspects, psychological aspects, academic aspects, social aspects and financial aspects. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between self management with addiction online game in class XI students at SMAN 1 Praya Barat, Central Lombok Regency, in the 2021/2022 academic year. In this case the researcher will use quantitative research methods with the type of correlational research. In this study , the research population was 191 students and the sample used by this researcher was some students of SMAN 1 Praya Barat in class XI IPS with a total of 87 students. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. While the data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation.Correlation formula Product Moment, where the results of the t-count data analysis are 0.841 with a t-table value with db (N-1) = 87-1 = 86 with a significant level of 5% is 0.213. Thus, the t-count value is greater than the t value in the table (0.841 > 0.213), so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between self management with addiction online game in class XI students at SMAN 1 Praya Barat, Central Lombok Regency, in the 2021/2022 academic year. So the results of this study were declared "Significant".

Abstract

Cyberbullying merupakan salah satu permasalahan serius yang banyak terjadi di kalangan remaja, khususnya di lingkungan sekolah. Perilaku ini muncul karena kurangnya empati, keterampilan sosial, serta kontrol diri siswa dalam menggunakan media digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kelompok konseling dengan teknik role play terhadap perilaku cyberbullying pada siswa kelas XI di SMAN 1 Sakra Tahun Ajaran 2025/2026. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket yang diberikan pada tahap pretest dan posttest , kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 5,773 yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan t-tabel sebesar 1,860 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima, sehingga konseling kelompok dengan teknik role playing berpengaruh secara signifikan dalam mengurangi perilaku cyberbullying siswa. Temuan penelitian ini memperkuat pandangan Gillespie, dkk. (2015) dan Adit, GN, Hendriana, H., & Rosita T. (2019) bahwa role playing memberikan kesempatan bagi siswa untuk memahami peran sebagai pelaku, korban, maupun pengamat, sehingga menumbuhkan empati, keterampilan sosial, serta kesadaran akan dampak negatif cyberbullying. Dengan demikian, konseling kelompok melalui teknik role playing efektif diterapkan sebagai upaya preventif dan kuratif dalam menekan perilaku cyberbullying serta menciptakan iklim sekolah yang lebih harmonis.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to prevent boredom and anxiety for children who are learning from home (BDR) during the Covid-19 pandemic so that they can help their development process properly through the participation of parents. This method of community service activities is carried out through webinars using the Faceebook and Zoom social media flat forms while still paying attention to health protocols from the government. The results obtained in this community service activity were the high enthusiasm of the parents and teachers who participated in the activity. This was evidenced by the large number of participants who participated in the activity and carried out the discussion process by asking questions related to the theme presented.
