Penelitian ini bertujuan: Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pendapatan Weda Reef danRainforestResort. Berdasarkan hasil analisis sebagai berikut: (1) Jumlah pengunjung wisatawan tidak menunjukan hubungan yang signifikan terhadap fasilitas, hal ini terlihat dari koefisien regresi sebesar 0,878 dan standart error sebesar 1,226. Hipotesis nol diterima karena p. value sebesar 0,50 yang lebih besar dari tingkat signifikansi 0,05, karena itu sesuai dengan theory trimming jalur jumlah pengunjung wisatawan ke Weda Reef dan Rainforest Resort dibuang atau dihilangkan. (2) Jumlah pengunjung wisatawan tidak menunjukan hubungan yang signifikan terhadap jumlah kamar, hal ini terlihat dari koefisien regresi sebesar 0,011 dan standart error sebesar 0,067. Hipotesis nol diterima karena p. value sebesar 0,953 yang lebih besar dari tingkat signifikansi 0,05, karena itu sesuai dengan theory trimming jalur jumlah pengunjung wisatawan ke Weda Reef dan Rainforest Resort dibuang atau dihilangkan. (3) Fasilitas menunjukan hubungan yang signifikan terhadap jumlah kamar, hal ini terlihat dari koefisien regresi sebesar 0,984 dan standart error sebesar 0,295. Hipotesis nol diterima karena p. value sebesar 0,026 yang lebih besar dari tingkat signifikansi 0,05, karena itu sesuai dengan theory trimming jalur jumlah pengunjung wisatawan ke Weda Reef dan Rainforest Resort. (4). Jumlah kunjungan wisatawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penerimaan retribusi obyek wisata, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 1,000, dan standart error sebesar dan nilai dari p. value sebesar 0,000 yang kurang dari tingkat signifikansi 0,05, maka fasilitas sangat berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pendapatan.

Permasalahan ekonomi, sosial, lingkungan dan ekologi timbul karena adanya interaksi antara aktifitas pertambangan dan eksistensi sumberdaya alam. Semakin besar jumlah dan intensitas eksploitasi sumberdaya alam itu, dampaknya terhadap degradasi ekonomi, sosial, lingkungan dan ekologi dan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas lingkungan (environmental degradation) juga cenderung meningkat. Dampak atau efek samping (side effects/externalities) tersebut mencakup ruang dan waktu. Selain itu, dampak lingkungan tidak hanya berdampak lokal, regional, dan global, tetapi juga berdampak jangka pendek, menengah, maupun jangka panjang terhadap lingkungan. Adapun permasalahan dalam kajian ini sebagai berikut ini: Pertambangan dalam perspektif eksternalitas. Adapun tujuan kajian ini sebagai berikut: Untuk mengkaji pertambangan dalam perspektif eksternalitas. Perhatian terhadap masalah pertambangan terkait eksternalitas masih belum banyak dilakukan. Perumusan kebijakan dan pelaksanaannya masih perlu dikembangkan dan disempurnakan lebih lanjut. Oleh karena itu, perlu dukungan berbagai unsur dalam masyarakat agar industri pertambangan harus berwawasan lingkungan itu bisa diwujudkan. Peranan dan kehendak politik pemerintah merupakan kunci utama keberhasilannya, selain dukungan dan peran serta lembaga lain seperti pelaku ekonomi khususnya produsen di bidang industri maupun pertanian, lembaga swadaya masyarakat, media massa, yang secara bersama-sama dengan dukungan dan partisipasi masyarakat.

The type of research used in this study is quantitative research with the aim of measuring the effect of village fund contributions (X1) on the welfare of the Loleba village community (Y). The analytical tool used in this study is simple regression. The results of the study indicate that village fund contributions have an effect on the welfare of the Loleba village community, South Wasilei sub-district, East Halmahera district.

This research is quantitative. Data collection techniques included observation, questionnaires, and in-depth interviews. The results indicate that MSMEs' perceptions of modern stores have both positive and negative impacts. The negative impact is a decrease in MSME revenue. The positive impact is that the presence of modern stores motivates MSMEs to improve and evaluate themselves.

The increasingly dynamic global economic development demands improvements in the quality of human resources through education, including in the field of economics. However, students' low understanding of basic economic concepts remains a major problem in various educational institutions. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model in improving high school students' understanding of economic concepts. The research method used was a quasi-experimental study with a pretest-posttest control group design. The study sample consisted of two classes of eleventh grade social studies (11 IPS) at a public high school in Yogyakarta, which were selected purposively. Data were collected through a conceptual understanding test and analyzed using a t-test. The results showed a significant difference between the average posttest scores of students who participated in learning with the PBL model compared to students who participated in conventional learning. The PBL model has been proven to improve understanding of economic concepts more effectively because it encourages students to think critically, collaboratively, and contextually in solving everyday economic problems. In conclusion, the implementation of the Problem Based Learning model has a positive influence on improving students' understanding of economic concepts. This study recommends the application of PBL as an alternative learning strategy in economics education, especially at the secondary school level.

Nickel mining is considered a crucial activity in the transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy in the transportation sector. However, nickel mining activities negatively impact the entire ecosystem, both upstream and downstream, potentially impacting the environmental and socioeconomic conditions in Central Halmahera Regency. Along with the development of industrial development, it has an impact on water quality, both surface water and groundwater and even coastal areas are experiencing changes. Even a number of rivers are buried and no longer flow to the sea. The objectives of this research are as follows: (1). To determine the effect of drought on the ecosystem. (2). To determine the effect of technology on the ecosystem. (2). To determine the effect of biodiversity on the ecosystem. Based on the analysis results, it was found that drought, technology and biodiversity jointly influence the ecosystem in the environment, both upstream and downstream.

Lake Tolire, located in West Ternate District, Ternate City, is a volcanic lake that serves as a conservation area, water resource, and tourist destination. The rapid development of tourism, including infrastructure expansion, residential growth, and tourism facilities, is suspected of contributing to environmental degradation in the lake area. This study aims to analyze the development of tourism in the Lake Tolire area, identify forms of environmental degradation, examine the contributing factors, and measure the effect of tourism development on environmental damage. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed. Primary data were collected through field observations, interviews, and questionnaires distributed to communities surrounding Lake Tolire, while secondary data were obtained from documentation, literature, and relevant institutions. Data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression, the t-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that tourism development has a significant effect on environmental degradation in the Lake Tolire area. Increasing tourism activities and the expansion of tourism facilities, which are not supported by adequate environmental management, have led to higher volumes of solid waste, vegetation disturbance, and declining environmental quality. Nevertheless, tourism development has also generated positive economic impacts by increasing local income and supporting the growth of small businesses. The study concludes that sustainable tourism principles should be implemented through effective environmental management, enhanced public and visitor awareness, and stricter supervision of development activities to ensure a balance between economic benefits and environmental conservation
